Its a trailer park. Expect to find houses in good and poor shape, with the bountiful amount of associated folk. The layout is weird so pay attention to numbers. Not a lot of lighting.

This is a nice mobile home park. Ive been to this place numerous times throughout my childhood. I like the fact that there is grass and trees within the park. Unlike other mobile home parks there are no trees.

Quiet. But living spaces too close

Nothing but issues with management / corporate ! Could never get ahold of management ! Pricey for 2b/ 2ba ! They fine you for everything! expect you to pay a high water bills for water leaks that They took there sweet time to fix after 2mos and several attempt! They have the water shut off to the park multiple times a week without notice for hours! There are no emergency contact # for after hours emergency ! Resident would have to contact the city just to get anything done!
