Ive been here and I didnt like it that much, the homes are kinda run down and old and the roads need repair, the lawns are kept nice and the people living here are very nice.
Tragic and sad. The one beautifully cared for home was set ablaze and the good to all others owner of the trailer so close to retirement and steps away from exiting the rat race, abandoned and ignored.QUESTION: Where is a sense of community when someone loses everything, who helped him clean?ANSWER: NO ONE!Q: Who stole from him the few tools left to help him try and rebuild and start new jobs, when he was too tired to guard or had to run errands?A: NEIGHBORS, either doing the deed or letting it happen. All Guilty! Then, just 6 months later I felt I should have locked the doors driving on the same road in the same neighborhood. Now that there is no ideal home that was well kept, all standards are gone and people care even less for their own belongings/property, and from viewed illegal activities and hearing multiple loud quarls it seems they could care less about themselves or family ( we already know their treatment of neighbor) SAD-SCARY-DANGEROUS
Came from Michigan and stayed with some friends that lived in the park very nice folks
I dont really recommend living here at this place. It does seem to be safe however there is a lot of trash, and it looks somewhat like a landfill out there. There are a lot of children running loose out in the street that are very very young. Be extremely careful driving out there because a two-year-old may run right out in front of your car. Also drive very slow the potholes are so huge and you will tear your car up if you drive even the speed limit through there. They seriously need to fix their roads. And possibly they need to put a leash law on the children out there.
Not a park in the strict sense of the word. More like a place that happens to have the necessary hook ups. Not maintained grounds, roads or mobile homes. Several deserted and deralict structures throughout. Children and animals darting in and out of the tall grass and barely defined streets. Most do not even display lot or home numbers making locating a particular one difficult. No defined driveways/parking. The trees provide shade which for mobile homes is a benefit and if the noise level when I was there is the norm was great and peaceful.
Good
It is a nice park for families. Lots are reasonble and spacious with leases that allow storage and playground equipment if you like. There are buses for school and college dropping off and picking up at park entrance several times a day.
Wasnt here long enough to generate an opinion of merit but visually.... Pretty dumpy.
Nice place, lots of kids great for familys .
Ive been living here for little over a year. Ive got some really good neighbors that watch out for me and I do the same for them..
New management and good maintenance keeper done a lot of progress since been in office.. Improves park ever year
Couldnt be bothered to pay invoice for work done last year. Didnt bother to let me know if there was a problem with the work. Didnt return calls, emails or snail mail. Would at least like to know if there was a problem with the work, or if the plan is just to outright burn people for services. Pretty hard for small businesses to take hits like that.
Neighbors are really nice! Pretty quiet place so far.
Not the best place
