Great place to live and awesome neighborhood!

A very nice park. Neighborly folks, plenty of great activities. Great clubhouse & pool area with pool tables, computers and printer, and a cozy area with a fireplace and big screen tv and library. All in all a super place to call home for age 55 and up!

Clean, San Marcos area, well kept.

The place is well maintained and managed in a way that supports the lake and, the people there are friendly.

Clean swimming pool. Great community Lolitas garden is absolutely breathtaking!!
