We have been living in the park for 5 years now and has been great until the new management took over. Dont even know whos in charge anymore and dont even see management going around and cleaning up like theyre supposed to. People park wherever they want due to the fact management is never around. The pool and clubhouse have been closed since March Because of the pandemic. I Totally Understand that people need to stay safe. San Diego has been off the list now for the last month and the governor Of California re open pools over 2 months now. unfortunately management is unequipped and does not want to open the pool Because they say is too unsafe for their employees. Im sorry it just sounds like laziness because everybody else has to go to work regardless of the pandemic.

Lived here for 9 years. Manager Christina was the best. A few people there seems to think they are the watchmen/WOMEN of the park. They really need to get a life and mind their own business.

**Update.Since Christina has left Vista Meadows mobile home park has not been such a stressful and negative place to live. Its much better now that shes gone. It always felt like she was on a Witch Hunt of some sort and it made everybody that I know feel uneasy.So I will say the management change is a welcomed change and its not like it used to be.Thank you Star Management for putting a good manager in place at this property.Im changing this from one star to three.***The management makes it very hard to live here.

Not all rules are for all residents. The younger you are the more rules you have applied to you. This was once a senior park and although it was changed to a family park a few years back not all of the residents got that meno.

Would never reccomed living in this park. Defiantly not family friendly. Neighbors are super nosey and complain at everything. Staff acts super stuck up and rude. Not animal friendly either. Overall i hated the people, rules, and quality of this park. Would give zero stars if possible.
