I have lived here for three years now, and I couldnt be happier. The residents are kind, and look out for each other. I have wonderful neighbors! It is also nice knowing you are buying the land, so you dont have to worry about a change of ownership and rent going up. Make sure you get a place with ample parking, it can be a problem if you cant fit all your vehicles in your driveway. I extended my drive way when I moved in and now fit 3 cars comfortable, its nice for guests..

Its a senior housing community very quiet its peaceful to live in but management is very strict.

Resurfacing time here and I do not like the new neighborhood manager at all I liked Scott being our neighborhood manager. Not a bad place to live at all though.

I can tell theyre trying to make things better, but more help is needed, poor staff is run ragged by job demands but they reply honestly and quickly no matter the question.

Lived here my whole life. Sometimes management varies from manager to manager but overall, good.
