Gay pride every where. Seems like a good place for pictures. Also pretty busy. I cant say that Ive been a lot I was visiting family in the area.
Very colorful, rainbow cross walk. Gay pride every where. Seems like a good place for pictures. Also pretty busy. I cant say that Ive been a lot I was visiting family in the area. I would say its worth taking a look at if youre close by. Im not sure whats around but I do remember a sex shop up the street and a few murals in the area.
Something different is always good
This area shows how boring, everyday lifesaving street infrastructure can be vibrant and attractive whilst still serving a purpose.
The go-to place in The Castro. Really makes it colourful and truly LGBT. Its well taken care of.
Great little touristy spot. Beautiful crosswalk!
Shops with pride and equally products. Businesses with Helpful service and customer friendly to everyone. In my experience there was a feeling of rich history and thankfulness for those who took those first steps to equally.
Nice too see. It represents what the whole Castro area stands for.
GODS rainbow has been hijacked!(Genesis 9:11-12) He created the rainbow and placed it in the sky to make a covenant between Himself and His children to never flood the earth with water again! God shall not be mocked! Pride goes before destruction!
Such a nice unique crosswalk that represents the Castro perfectly! My daughter loves calling it out everytime we walk through.
Like in the TV, so nice and comfortable tp see the sunset here
Lovely, great for taking pictures.
Nice design cross walk in a fantastic neighborhood
The sights were well worth seeing
Enjoyable part of Castro area.
This is a very cool cross walk in San Francisco. It is painted with rainbows and is a symbol for equally in the world. It was a very nice change of pace when I walked by wile on vacation. If only to do the rainbow walk it is worth it to come to this part of town.
Worth a visit but not worth going out of your way for. If there try out twin peaks tavern, great place.
Its cool to see so mucho acceptance
Iconic San Francisco! This is a must see to San Francisco. Make sure to stop by the other LGBTQ sites like the Rainbow Walk, Gay History Museum, and Harvey Milk Camera Shop (now Human Rights Campaign store).
The place youll find me over the rainbow.......@the Castro

Castro Valley Human Rights Campaign / and Pride Walk
Ive been coming to the Castro since 1980, the rainbow crosswalk really empowers and makes a permanent memory of gay history
Another memorable neighborhood of San Francisco. Limited parking choices.
I could easily feel the town from the scenery
Nice photo op.... too bad drunk homeless guy is yelling at everyone..... just shows how far down the city has fallen.....
Steps away from ground zero of San Franciscos LGBTQ neighborhood!
Definitely a must in San Francisco!
