Nice well keeped friendly people

My friend lives here. After stopping at about 60 other mobile home parks this one was the best idea location for him. Mobile home was nice need a little touch-up TLC which was done immediately his mobile home is absolutely beautiful on the inside and its not a double-wide is more like a triple-wide or a double and a half wide which we seen a couple of them theyre like that his part space rent is still fairly reasonable and it hasnt jumped up every year as with most parks. They have a pool and a game room here and Im not trying to sell anybody on the park so check it out

My niece lives at this mobile Park and is always clean and very peaceful place I llike a lot!!!!

This is a hidden gem!!! The grounds are very well kept and the homes well maintained!!! Theres a pool in the common area and loads of shopping centers near by!!! Rialto high School is walking distance and Arrowhead Regional Medical Center is just a stones throw away!!!

It is a mobile home park what more can I say its quiet my senior citizen friend lives over there so its nice . He. Enjoys it quiet. Hates lock at I think 6 pm then you need a code to get in. Besides I havent seen any dump mobile homes hete

I used to live her, its a nice quiet place but the worst thing I can say is their insurance coverage for breads of dogs, most big dogs are not allowed but then this is the same in a lot of other places.
