It was nice and enjoyed that place but now its just blahh.

Lived here 4 years. There is not maintenance person. If you rent you have to fix everything on your own. Have gotten broken into twice. Stole play stations, tvs,. The laundry room has also gotten broken into. The rent checks have also been stolen per management. Very very unsafe neighborhood. Other than that rent is really cheap. Lol

Ghetto garbage place with worse people. Only a few nice people in this cesspool of a mobile home park. Staff is the worst element there.

.Well, we dont have a manager.No one is here to take care of the park.Homeless come is and out as if was thier home. This park its very unsafe.With the temperature over 100° degrees the swimming pool its closed. The weeds are getting larger and larger.The park does not require the tenants to keep their yards clean.Its like living in a third world country but the park wants to charge new comers 900 dollars a month for rent, they really think this place its worth 900 dollars a month.

I lived thair for 15 years. The park is not kept up and it looks like it.its ok if your a druggie.

Skippy the assistant manager, He is a miserable old man who harasses the tenants & guest every chance he gets. This could be a nice mobile home park but this guy makes this place feel like a jail because nobody wants to be outside
