This is a senior moblepark. Very Clean .. Very Nice Place to Live Very Quiet. Has Secure walls to protect you as while security entry. 55 and older. reasonable rent space . newer and nice yard space . pool, and laundry place to wash cloths .. Peaceful 55+ mobile community. The Littleton family run a clean, safe, well organized mobile park. Theyre friendly, welcoming, helpful and good people. As my moms care taker, I live here with her and we love it. Our mobile unit is cute, roomy and comfortable. We are absolutely happy and blessed.

Up until my mother was too frail to live there on her own, I had piece of mind knowing that she was in this park. The Littleton family ran a clean first rate facility and were always helpful. The shared common areas were a bit dated but well maintained. The only drawback was that neighborhood is really bad.

My Mom feels safe living here.

I’ve visited quite often my grandparents used to live there until he passed away so therefore my uncle lives there now and I love that place the only thing that’s wrong is on the outside of the mobile home park people are always arguing fighting and sometimes your guns going off but they do not come in the park
