Ghetto as hell!!!!!!!! people have no respect nor consideration for anyone. Management sucks also. they dont enforce the rules of parking instead of going after the actual problem people they go after the actual people who are following the rules. I dont want to give it not even one star but they make u choose so when u read this disregard the one star because they dont deserve it.

I am always going to love Anaheim. They have the best doctors there.

I personally think that the park could use improvements, like public relations. Here people are just doing what they want to do,and getting away with it. We suppose to be a community, family orientated. But not so much as opposed to everyone respecting each other, having consideration, compassion, and looking out for there neighbor. The park should have once a month meetings,congregate,.meet with the police,and sheriffs department..our children out late at night, playing, no supervision. Anyway I love the people in the park,,I do.people should take the time to really know there neighbor. Who they really are,. I cant do this by myself, meeting with police department, letting them know, what crime is going on in our community, so you and your kids can be safe. Thats right,I will stand up,and got proof my record is clean.thats r,you never know who a person is,what they stand for,And our manager,teresa,help her,be on her side,shes here for you believe it or not.not pointing fingers just facts,dont dislike het,if any one do,she has a job to do,and children to support, ok love all of you.life is hard and short,especially with 5 years,life expectancy,my heart is failing,,its too late for fixing, so beware my friends

The Park is a quiet place to live in Yes it is a Family Park . However Our Unit is a one Bedroom Home .We bought our home in Oct.1,2010

If youre looking to buy a mobile home, dont look over here. They have NO PARKING spaces. I usually get home from work around 8-10 pm and have to park ON THE STREET because people dont park their cars in the damn driveways or park their cars in the center of the available parking spaces to save the parking for their other cars. Its ridiculous!! Ive gone to complain multiple times & they dont listen, so has my neighbor & its like they laugh at you. If you park anywhere else though they tow you in a second!! Also, there are way too many kids running around the street & its nerve racking when driving around. Trust me, youre better off looking somewhere else!!!

Carolene M. Sears Likes Living in this Little Community That this M.H.P. Provides We Finally Have An OnSite Manager, we had been a Year without One. I Personally Think that She is doing a Great Job. Some People had gotten Used to doing whatever they wanted . We have Very Limited Guest Parking inside the Park and that is On A First Come Basic When their Families with 3 Cars The Parking is Even Worst..We have a gated Driveway we own 1 Car So we have asked all of our Friends to Call First So we can unlock the Gate .This way they dont have to worry about where theyd have walk

Graffiti around the community. Theres a questionable side alley at night. Stray cats and dogs, noticeable damaged storm drain. Not in the safest neighborhood. New trailer homes have been installed. Still found many children play outside and the community in general is peaceful.

Security here is very nice I see them come every night I feel safe
