I raised my kids here and loved it. Management is great and safe community. Very clean and kept nice.

Its a nice & quite place to raise kids, by schools and stores, a friend lives there and His wifes parents lived there, the reason My friend bought there.

Great mobile home park

What a lovely and quite neighborhood. Well kept yards. Friendly people throughout.

I lived here for a year. The park is really quiet and I feel safe coming home every night. It has a basketball court and pool. Nice. The only reason for the 3 star is the price of the rent. WAY TOO HIGH. This is a 181 unit park. And they want $600 a month? And the rent went up! Its now $625! Sounds like they are greedy. Imagine $50000 a month they collect from all the rent.

Its family friendly visited family there neighbors are very polite and generous and just truly nice people all around the Border even the manager was nice very big in the inside is worth living there

A little bit better gas station but you pay the price at the pump for it.

Dislike how owners of this park arent about people but about the money, this is supposed to be a family park yet there is no fun family events an the play ground hasnt changed in 20 yrs Ive been here, it is a hazard for children the metal gets hot an can burn you. There is favoritism an harassment by owners, when my children were young growing up in this park we had a manager named jack an he always had events on holidays for the kids. Someday Ill be able to leave this place behind
