Great park to live in. The manager is amazing she keeps the tweakers out the park. Its so quite no drama and the price is Reasonable

The manager is definitely unprofessional and hates blacks and mexicans. It would be a better a place without her negativity and unwelcoming actions.

I saw 1st hand for myself how prejudice that manager is when she lied on a visitor (a black girl) she claimed was smoking weed in the parking lot. One day the manager came to my white friends house and told his black guest that they had to park their cars in the very back of the trailer park along the fence line and they are taking up the spaces for others to park. I guess she wants the blacks to park where Rosa parks!!!

Management issues have been improving by trying to be more cautious about how she deals with people she seems to be a little more understanding by not to showing racialized hatred towards tenants and their visitors.

No fair housing + Many discrimination experiences!!The on site manager Tammy R. is very openly prejudice against African-Americans (black people) and sometimes Mexicans. She looks for ways to harass or insult anyone for associating with a different race. At times she can become very irate and finds petty reasons to complain and irritate the residents and visitors. She is always snooping around the park for information or gossiping about everyones business and thinks its okay to abuse her authority and will get up in a persons face to be rude and disrespectful while trying to control and intimidate them by yelling and making threats or unnecessary nasty racial remarks and comments.

It rather small, kind of hidden some people may not see it off the back because its entrance also is small. It doesnt really stand out much at all.

Great Park, quiet and reasonable prices, love being here.
