Lived here practically my entire life until now and some point in the middle. Everything was great, however neighbors could be noisy and were always rude. Since I lived here for a very long time, I remember the old managers, and have no complaints. However the new one, Rhonda... just nope. Made our lives miserable and was a racist.

Rhonda is a very nice Park manager and works very hard to manage and keep place clean. Tenants living here have trouble maintaining a clean park. Ive seen trash miss the dumpster, vomit left on parking lot and weeds galore in properties. They dont deserve her

The manager is veeery rude, nosey, self entitled, and needs to step up as manager and actually be helpful and do something for her tenants. P.s. dont let her take advantage of you..call the landlord..especially if youre new or of color..because shes definitely seems Pro Trump. And the mobile home park itself is pretty pathetic.. It just sort of looks run down, small, has horrible parking, if you look around..most signs are man made and look like a child did them..in other words...this park is garbage. Especially compared to the surrounding mobile home parks. Come in here and take a look for yourself. Definitely would NOT recommend.
