This place is amazing theres a lot of kids and a playground area and pool area too. Plus theres a basketball court too. LOVE IT HERE

Before i found oasis palms park, i looked in rialto fontana and rancho, and i was not happy, one day i pass by, and i really liked it, went to the office and the manager gave me all the informacion i need it, after ayear living here i can say that im happy here, i like that is keept clean, and the managment is always taking care of this place, they keep order and are available to anwer any question at all times, for my personal opinion i like when they have rules is for the well be of everybody ¡ oasis palms have great managment¡

I love it here great park my parents live here and me and we love it many years living here so far so good the only thing rent spaces prices going up but hopefully one day it will stop .. Manger Dianne . is sweet and a great person to talk she and husband are good on managing the park thats my opinion...

Peacefull place

Nice manager very professional nice and clean park ..like it..

The sprinkler system needs some attention! Since Nov. of last year the water is flooding the plants every night. Makes no sense why it has to be on every night in the winter. Then the water is always shooting up in the air. Took over a month to fix the one broke sprinkler. When it rains it is still on. No plants there anymore. They all died. Turn the damn thing off. Stop wasting the water. Fix the damn system. This is at the South gate entrance and exit. Everynight 9:15 PM to 10:00 PM

Used to live there a few years back before new owners and it has really declined under new mngmt. And I heard much more expensive....

There is not enough parking spots!That seems to be a problem everywhere anymore.

I guess Ill start with the manager she is so bias she argues with the kids instead of addressing the parents theres no guest parking because the tenants take up all the parking spaces the real money made is on Towing vehicles overall I wouldnt want my worst enemy living there

Loud neighbors, Escapee dogs, lots of domestic family fights, dirty pool in which a person took a poo in, lots of bugs that can easily infest your house and ticks are as common as stones, thievery rises some months, annoying 4th of July with gun shots, extensive rent raises in just a few months, however this are just minor when compared to other places its not horrible but there are some rather annoying things that happen a lot
