I use to manage this place. Honestly, stay away from this place. Corporate and the Regional Manager core values are not for the people. I dont want to get into details, if I were looking for a place to move into, I would Never move in here. Bright side is 98% of the residents are good, friendly people.

This place is looking fantastic. The brand new lighting system is great. The clubhouse and the entire park is so clean. The manager is a very dynamic person.

People who leave their they are always blocking the pass they are alweys on the way blocking..!

You cant get decent internet here and they arbitrarily close the amenities that we pay rent to use such as the pool or laundry room. Theres no parking for residents, it is reserved for guests who cant even get through the gate becasue its locked 24/7 now. They tell you to park in the street where cars keep getting broken in to. Management doesnt care once they have your money and any time there are complaints they put out passive aggressive notes addressing us like children. Dont move here.

Omg the older lady driving a golf cart needs to be fired....she acused me and my husband that we were selling drugs... Im only here visiting from Victorville. I would never ever recommend this trailer to my worst enemies.....That lady makes that place uncomfortable.....

The parking situation is terrible for us who live here and pay rent. Most of the parking is for guests and the residents with more than one car have to park outside the gate on the street where the cars get broken into. And management could careless. When we come home from work at night, we have to park on the street and walk passed all the empty guest parking lots. This is very frustrating when its cold and wet outside. This is just one of the many issues.

Some of the people have issues but overall not a bad place. Parking sucks though.

It was trash the place it not clean,the maintenance lady look like a dude so she got mad at me for calling her hey mister
