Great walking and bike trails, friendly staff working at the park, A trail for everyone if in the mood for a long smooth bike ride that connects to other trails or a short morning walk is perfect, clean and well-taken care of the park and paths is comfortable and safe, also has playgrounds for the kids and benches along the way of the trails to sit and rest and clean restrooms, great park I would recommend to everyone!

Overlooked Park with a lot of perks!This is the most well made park in San Antonio. This deserves more attention. Very beautiful view!! It is definitely one of the places I bring my friends who like to visit San Antonio.I rode many miles here. however, this place is not for beginner bike riders. the curves are narrow and requires great deal of attention.

I used to come here as a child with my parents for all the festivals. Its been years since I was last here, but I brought 3 of my grandkids to enjoy the park and playground.

Good place to go for a run. Plus they have a bike trail just in case you ride.

Its a nice park to walk or take kids to playground or have a party at one of many pavilions or bike ride along the river there is also a bike air pump stand also has several tools you can fix your bike in case your bike needs a fix next to a shade stand with benches by the river.

Went to a pow wow there and it was awsome watching the Indians dance. Restrooms were clean as well. Indian food was fantastic!

A great place to come stretch out and run if your alone. Also perfect if your kids suffer from couch-patotoe syndrome this summer. Nature is calling you to come and rediscover its beauty up close and personally. Turn your TV off, put the phone down and come check it out folks. You will be disappointed.

We were here for the Wounded Warriors 5K. All the facilities are new and well maintained including the bathrooms. Easy access to the River trails (all paved). Great place to host an even of this type.

Mission County Park is an excellent place to walk while enjoying nature. The river adds a peaceful atmosphere to the walking experience. There are several places to sit down and enjoy time with the family or simply read a book in a quiet place.

So proud of San Antonio for everything they have done to make the trails awesome and beautiful.

Good trail with open sidewalks. Great for family runs if you have a big family like me. Plenty of restrooms along the way. Golf course and lots of parks also available.

The first time ever Wounded Warrior 5K Carry Forward event was held at the park on Saturday, October 5, 2019. You either carried a flag, a back pack with weight in it or carry someone on your back. All ages of participants, including children in strollers received a medal at the end of their run or walk. Almost 2,000! Great fun and first time event! Hope they have it again next year!

Paella competition was amazing

Place is beautiful and kept clean, only hiccup was they did not have our reservation and we had to wait for grounds man to ask family to leave and go to other tables,the family was accommodating, we r an hour and half late in decorating for a Surprise party. The grounds man also was helpful in cleaning area for us.

1st time at park, went for a paella contest, great venue, parks department was on point with everyones needs

Still one of the best trail an walk parks in San Antonio Tx roads are kept clean an maintain every day by the city workers an I waved at them every time when I pass bye on my E-bike with my dog in his doggy trailer they love to see him injoying himself as he barks with his dog goggles an they have a big smile as we passed bye on the trail road other than that said if you are looking for a good place to ride your bike or jog in a safe trail along the river south of downtown then this will be the place you want to injoy your self or family and friends.

Even though it was 101° under those fans made it cool. This is a great place for a family gathering, or a birthday party. Great environment. Well worth it all.

Park is clean and well maintained. There are indoor restroom facilities for both men and women with wheelchair accessibility. The park itself is very big. Their is a pavilion with plenty of shade for events throughout the year.

Ive been coming here since I was a child. O love this place. So much rich history. So many memories.

For a county park, this park is impressive. We setup for an event and we had plenty of space. There were food vendors, live bands, corn hole tournaments, and a playground for the kids.This is a great place to have a birthday party or any celebration.Make sure you call ahead and schedule your event with the city.

I love it

When you park follow the stairs to the water and that leads to a hiking path. The water has a little walking path through it. The left side is calm n shallow, our kids were able to swim and our dogs too. The rocky side is where we went fishing and also found crawfish. It was pretty cool.

Nice place to go hang out a ND get away from the rest of the world its craszy quite in some spots and a good bit to entertain your kiddos.

Was every impressed with the Rotunda pavilion. It was very clean. Was there for a birthday party. Restrooms were also very clean. The kids playground was very nice and close enough to pavilion.

Spacious enough to enjoy events there and take your dog Sometimes the cyclists do not let you know they’re coming up behind you though and you tend not to be relaxed sharing the bike trail with them just keep aware

Lots of pavillions, 3 sets of bathrooms, a decent playground. It was pretty clean and its right along the river trail. And there are SWell cycle stations where you can rent a bike along the trail.

I was nervous about renting the pavilion, however, I was very shocked not with just how well kept this park is BUT how beautiful it actually is. I had a few people at my daughters party ask me the information on where to rent it. For the amount of money being paid to have your party here, it is totally worth every single penny. So affordable for what you get. Beautiful park, i will be doing my parties here. The maintenance guy was also so sweet and helpful. Thumbs up!

Great park, my 5 years old grandson Isaac and I completed 5K walk/run in 44 minutes. 3 years later, he completed a 5K run in FL in 25 minutes!
