We stopped here on a whim on our way from Eugene to Portland, and we were not sorry! Amber gave us great service, the wines were great, and we were surprised by the generous pours on their tastings. Amber even gave us a taste of the Cabernet that wasnt on the tasting list, and we ended up buying the Cab and the Rosé, along with a couple of jewelry pieces they had in the store. It was a great place to relax, take in the view, and drink some good wine on a sunny day. (The neighbors dog was cute, too.) We will definitely stop again at Redhawk!

I went out here for business on behalf of 20 Twenty Sustainable Manufacturing. They have a beautiful view for every table, and a clean establishment. Betty was so sweet, and such a hard worker. She not only took the time to speak wit us, but was very helpful and knowledgeable. Great property!

Redhawks Grateful Red was the first Oregon Pinot I ever tasted (purchased from the Salt Lake City liquor store for the occasion of my PhD completion celebration). And I was hooked. Great wines, great people, a beautiful winery. Dont miss it.

Called about delivery to Hawaii and the woman I spoke to was extremely helpful, giving me shipping costs and going out of her way with useful information. She was patient and cheerful, answering all my questions. I give them five stars and a thumbs up!

More customer service then product. (Even though I would love to try their wines) Called from Michigan to have a gift certificate purchased and mailed to my father-in-law, who lives is Salem. No problem is what was said right away. However I heard, best daughter-in-law ever! Thank you.

Staff so friendly. Opened their wine 2 years after my visit. So smooth and fragrant. Beautiful building too.

Woman in the tasting room..very interested in her phone and less in the customers. Gossiping about people who i only assume worked with her. Didnt seem very knowledgeable about different types of wine or the making process. Will not be back.

Love these guys! They do so much for wine club members, its a pleasure to drive all the way from south Salem to visit.

We just visited Redhawk for a festival. We visited with a member and were having a very nice time. We tasted the barrel and really really liked it. We also tasted the second barrel to see if there was any difference, (same wine different barrel). We all noticed the difference and prefered the second barrel. We asked to revisit the second barrel of wine and had a dark haired lady pouring, who remarked they are the same wine our member friend pointed out that she understood that but the other barrel tasted different and in all of our parties opinion, better. Apprently this really upset the lady pouring, she reluctantly gave us the wine with a really bad attutude. She then proceeded to tell the other wine pouring lady what hat happened. We all felt so uncomfortable we decided to leave. Shame. Customer service is of upmost importance, dont take things personally if someone simply tells you they prefer one thing over the other. Also to my surprise i asked if the lady had tried the two barrels and she replied no she had not. Maybe try them?
