Played disc golf here. Nice variety of holes, uphill and downhill, wooded and fields. Can get crowded. Lots of parking, a little tricky to find the first time.. definitely grab a map of the course.

Fun disc golf course that is completely wooded. Signs are either great or missing all together which is fairly normal. The park overall seems like a great place for familys. Dog park, play ground, splash pad and tennis courts.

This is a great park with a ton of things to explore. The splash pad is amazing and only $2 for kids (parents are free as long as your kids can independently play). There are also playgrounds and work out stations, ball parks, trails, dog parks....everything!

Frustratingly disappointing. I brought my kids to the splash pad. First, they charge admission. At a slash pad? Second, they have a very long list of rules, and even hire people to actively enforce them. At a splash pad. Rules include kids not playing with water toys. At a splash pad. Lastly, they have shade structures and they have places to sit, but they werent smart enough to put any of these places to sit in the shade. So parents can only roast in the hot sun. Dumb. Government services at its worst.

I really do enjoy being a silver sneakers instructor as part of the fitness, health, and wellness classes that the city of Roswell offers its residents. Come and join my silver sneakers class on Tuesday Mornings at 11 a.m. offering cardio and strength training for seniors who are or are not active, even those who may need to sit while exercising. Call the Center for information about all classes offered at East Roswell Recreation Center.

My kids enjoy playing on the two playgrounds at this park. The largest playground is the nicest all the way at the end of the complex. It has one large jungle gym and two smaller. There is also a sandbox which my kids enjoy. Lots of swings and picnic tables. The bathroom facility is older and perhaps the scariest looking park restroom that I have been to in the area but at least they have one in case of emergency. The other areas look well kept. I like the first smaller playground although I never see other families use that one so we dont go there as often. There are also several ball fields, walking trails, and a waterplay area. I noticed that they put in what looks like a community garden at the front of the park.

Good for walking the dogs, running or even taking the little ones. They have sidewalks as well as softer nature trails under the trees (runners) but not enough miles for distance runners unless you dont mind looping 2-3 miles. They have many tennis courts and a rec center where you can get equipment. They have expanded the trail paths. So there is more to see with your pups. Some of it is right along Holcomb Bridge, a busy street, which takes you out of the nature experience but it doesnt bother me too much if I have on headphones. Its more of a very good city park vs a nature escape. They have a dog park and frisbee golf; soccer fields and baseball. The park is packed with things to do for all ages and the whole family, even the furry ones!

The park itself is great and I love the dog park. There are, however a few people there that think they own the place. There is a lady and her small dog that frequently are there and she will ask people to leave if their dog tries to play with her dog. I’ve seen her do it three times now to different people. Don’t go to a dog park if you don’t want your dog to play.

I have never seen more roaches in one place, up around the softball fields, it is actually miraculous, like have you ever seen all those wildabeast crossing the river in Africa or imagine the buffalo on the great plains from the days if the American Indian, thats what its like here. If you have always wanted to see enough roaches to stack on top of each other and reach the moon, you need to stop by here.

Disc Golf Course... lots of trees, elevation changes, a few water hazards, full of impossible to par holes that I dont care WHAT Matt Dollar says. Players need all the tricks in their bag to tame this course. Not for the faint of heart. You finish with a good score on this course and youve really done something! Tree on 3rd tee box has removed, course is well maintained.

Sprawling park, two playgrounds, sprayground, picnic pavillions, sports fields. Neat park right next to the East Roswell Library. We played at one of the playgrounds and had a picnic lunch at the pavilion. It was a nice park and Im sure well be back. Well maintained, woodchip ground surface. Kind of hilly for walking, but there were sidewalks along the road if you wanted to walk. Nice shades areas from trees.

I dont really know what to think about the restrooms with stocked toilet paper, seat guards, soap, running water and paper towels. Am I on another planet? Fields are older but nowhere near as worn as Silverbacks. If the sun is out youre going to be hot as shade is at a premium. Wear sunscreen and a hat if your sport allows. Bring plenty of liquids. The fields are also very hot in your feet through your shoes. Five stars would have been earned if they used sprinklers at breaks/halftime. Of course thats ridiculous for rec soccer.
