Since Fall Ball 2005 weve golfed, played tennis, playgrounded, and having gone full circle we are back with my 11 year old playing baseball, and training for Middle School Try outs! Fall and Etowah Park!

Its a cool place to skate if your a beginner or dont real like vert skating. Good vibe from the local scene I take my two young sons and never had a problem. I wish the city would invest and make this park better. It could really be cool.

We need a better skatepark but all around pretty sick

Nice quiet little park

I took my grandsons 6 and twins 3 there. They really enjoyed it. It had challenges for them to learn to climb, a balance beam, slides and swings. l loved it because it was fenced in! My small dog even enjoyed playing fetch with the kids. Kids loved her. If we go back that way we will stop and play again

Pretty decent skatepark with nice walking trails. Vending machines are stocked with cold drinks and restrooms are relatively clean.

Great place but the skatepark needs some fixing up around the outside part of it like the concrete bowls and stuff.

Skate park was fun, but there wasnt a bowl or half-pipe which kinda bummed me out.

This is the only skate park that I know if around here. My kids have fun here. But it does need updating and an experienced skater would not at all be impressed. The have put in a new playground with a shade over it for the preschool age kids. That is really nice! The elementary kids play area is fenced in which a mom can really appreciate! I do not know anything about tennis, but the courts look nice and I always see people play there. The roads and the parking lots are a little small for todays bigger cars, but not really a problem. Over all we really like this small park.

Place to hit a sandwedge

Good walking track with clean facilities. Good playground for the kids and not nearly as crowded as Ridge Ferry if youre not into crowds.

Pretty straightforward and standard for a park definitely would stay there again but I also really enjoy skating in new experiences so definitely I think its pretty much well-deserved its not their craziest some people kind of leave their trash but other than that its not so bad

Great park for various ages. Long walking path, skate park, fenced in playground, senior center, driving range, and ball fields make for a multipurpose park near a lot of neighborhoods. Have never had an issue with safety, but bathrooms have been locked from time to time.

Great place to work out or have event

Decent place to bring kids... Wish that theyre were a few vending machines otherwise 5 stars! Go every week and daily in the summer.

The only part of the park I used was the playground. I took my 3 grandbabies ages 4, 2.5 and 1.5. It worked out perfectly, its kinda small, didnt have too many kids, the older 2 could manage anything there while I kept the youngest on the swing. Its well maintained, fenced in, Restroom close by.

Its got the basics and a little more. Courts are clean but lean a little downhill. Plenty of restrooms but no showers. Didnt see any vending machines. Up the way is a decent driving range- self serve.

Issa nice park has a good little skate area 2 play areas one is fenced in and a couple tennis courts located next to a gas station and restaurantAlso has its own bathrooms

We just loved to Sherwood Forest and are very excited about the park being so clean and close for the kids!

Skatepark is in desperate need of renewal and updating. It’s not very good for new skateboarders or even advanced skaters.

So, it says it is 24 hours. I was up late writing a paper one night so, I decided to go and walk around this park at 2 am. Just put my headphones in and just walked around. After I finished my walk, I was greeted wth a cop at my car reading my licenes plate. I was told to leave. Because, apparently, this, 24 hour park, closes at about 8 pm? If you are there after 8, you are considered tresspassing? There goes my stress reliver! You should either change the time of operation, or alert the cops that it is, in fact, open 24 hours.

Off highway 93 (Kingston hwy). Park has jogging/walking options. 12 tennis courts. 2 playgrounds. Baseball. 2 basketball courts by picnic tables. Golf driving range. Near a fire station. Lights on tennis courts. Skate park. Senior center in park.

The park has a nice playground for small kids, skate park, tennis courts,@nd baseball fields.

Its a pretty good place to lunch in your car usually. Theres a place for small children to play, and a skateboarding area.

It is hardly ever packed but thats why we love this park!!

Skatepark needs supervision. Also, needs bigger/better bowls or updating. Thats what happens when people who design a park have no idea what they are doing. Thanks RFPRA.
