Ordered on our way 4 sandwiches and one salad. Did curbside pickup...paid including a 20% tip upon arrival and was told that our food would be brought out momentarily. 30 minutes after arrival the first delivery was brought out with one sandwich missing and one that was ordered as gluten free that was done I correctly. We sent it back and another 20 minutes later still no sandwich.....at that time I went inside to retrieve whatever had been made to that point as I probably had lost all patience on the making of 4 sandwiches and one salad.....on top of it all, the takeout sandwiches should have included cookies of which those were missing too. Im hoping it was just a bad day on their part, but 1 hour was totally unacceptable.

I got the Orange Turkey and it was fantastic. It surprises you how well the sweet jams combine with the sandwiches. I thought the flavor was very unique. The restaurant is also festively hippie and jam band themed.

The real challenge at Jamwich is ordering something you don’t absolutely love. I have tried almost everything on the menu and they are all my favorites. The one that’s my most favorite is the El Fuego - of course. Try their breakfast too - my favorite in Rome.

Cant go wrong with anything here. And the owner and staff are great! Been here for breakfast and lunch. Still need to try dinner. Loved everything Ive had but would definitely recommend the peachy q, jammit Bobby, and dirty south mouth.

Ok, guess I couldn’t wait and took the pic after a bite. I visited two days in a row while in the area because this sandwich was that good. Orange Turkey with the chips and a chocolate treat. So good! The first time I ordered I was overwhelmed and should’ve walked in to see the menu instead of online. The food made up for the frustration. When in Rome again, I’ll visit JamWich!

I work in an office here in Rome and my coworkers decided to go to Jamwich for lunch. My coworkers loved it, but I found it lacking. To start I am vegan, which is a foreign concept to most places in Rome, and I ordered the bluemoon salad with no bacon or cheese. The salad itself wasn’t bad, but it was $11.00 for a small container of lettuce with almost nothing else. I guess I expected more veggies, blueberries, and oranges for the amount charged since I didn’t have bacon or cheese. It wasn’t bad, but I would go as far to say it isn’t vegan friendly. I would also say it’s overpriced/ should update its prices per item so someone doesn’t get charged $11.00 for something I could have made myself for less than $3.00.

I usually forget about this place, which is a shame because Ive really enjoyed the food the handful of times Ive been. Definitely worth checking out if you happen to be downtown around lunchtime.The BLT is superb.

First of all, the food here is unmatched. THE BEST SANDWICHES. I love them so much, I asked them to cater the cocktail hour at my wedding, and Jamwich did not disappoint. Shadae treated me like family. She made a point to see me before I walked down the aisle and gave me the most incredible advice and prayer at a time when I needed it most. I am FOREVER grateful for that! The food was incredible (so incredible that there wasnt any left for me haha!!) Ive had so many guests tell me that was a highlight of the wedding! I cannot say enough good things about Jamwich!

First time visiting Jamwich. I got the Peachy Q. Brisket with a peach jam BBQ sauce. It was seriously delicious! Im in town for work this week and this was the most flavorful thing Ive eaten! Alicia was extremely nice and helpful!

Very interesting food Good taste nice atmosphere. My only critic on this is going to be its rather expensive for a sandwich potato chips and a drink. I get it everythings fairly fresh and made when you order it but when you spend over 30 bucks for a lunch of two sandwiches Im kind of thinking it may be pressing it pretty far. That would be the reason I only eat there once every other month or so. Not trying to be hateful or hurting but 30 bucks at Moes BBQ will make your stomach hurt from eating so much and at jamwich it is just a sandwich still.

Get the Benjammin. Its the best sandwich they offer. Would love to see more variety in the fruit cups and larger portions because you only get a few bites of fruit!

First time going to Jamwich and it was a great experience. Had the Fancy Yancy* on their breakfast menu. Highly recommend. The sweet tea is great there. The staff was great.

Although the sandwiches seemed a bit pricey at first, they were incredible. The jam is a great touch that gives a unique flavor to even savory sandwiches. Featured in the picture attached are el fuego and the breakfast ham jam. The avocado and jam went really well with the buffalo chicken on el fuego, even though I was skeptical at first. Highly recommend. The dirty chips are great too. Ill probably start putting jam on my sandwiches at home and planning out an excuse to head to Rome again to treat myself. Very friendly and relaxed staff and atmosphere.

As you walk into Jamwich, you are transported into an Alice in Wonderland esque peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Speaking of sandwich, their sandwiches are INSANELY delicious with unique, gourmet flavor! The Toe Jam (sounds gross, but delicious) is my favorite. Ive never heard anyone say anything bad about their food. If you are not into sandwiches, they have salads. FYI - the sides, including chips, are extra and the price of the sandwiches is a little high (worth it, but high).

When in Rome this is always a MUST stop. We havent had anything that wasnt good. The food is great and the atmosphere is so cool.

Unique place with delicious sandwiches. My sister got the Reuben and I got the Cuban on gluten free bread. She thought hers had too much sauce. But thats not possible for me. Im all about sauces. The potato salad was just ok. Nothing special. Its also kinda dark in there and the carpet kinda weirds me out. But that wont stop me from coming back. :)

My mom and I stopped in here around 9:30 in the morning to grab a quick bite to eat. The reviews on here all looked good and we were not disappointed. We were greeted by a lovely young lady who took our orders quickly and efficiently. I had the El Fuego sandwich with the pasta salad and a Strawberry Fields salad. My mom had the Reuben and pasta salad. Everything, right down to the sweet tea, was fantastic. The atmosphere had a basement hangout type of feel and I loved it. Were already planning our next visit!!!

Had the Drewberry sandwich on gluten free bread. Delicious u0003london broil, with gruyere cheese, bibb lettuce, smoked-horseradish mayo & raspberry jalapeño jam. Only giving it 4 stars because something was missing. The staff was really great, the food was delish, and the decor was cool but I think the wall colors were too dark and I felt like it had more of a trendy bar scene feel and not a sandwich shop feel. Just visiting from San Diego but like I said, the food was delicious, and so I will be back for lunch the next time I’m in town visiting my sister.

Why in the world would a breakfast place not be open Sunday? Crazy. Went there 6 days ago(I know, my fault) and found them closed on the biggest breakfast day of the week. Why send people to waffle house? Disappointed

Sandwiches are unique and excellent worth the money

My wife and I heard great things about Jamwich so we were eager to give the place a try. Both my sandwich and my wifes were fantastic. We shared a slice of coconut cake for dessert and while it looked delicious, it was rather dry and tasted like a store bought cake mix.Go for the tasty sandwiches, skip the coconut cake.Update 8/28/2015We ate the again this week and both my wife and I found the sandwiches had too much bread and not enough meat. A $9 sandwich should come with more than one slice of deli meat.

I had my doubts about this place. When something is hyped real hard I tend to be extra skeptical. Was very pleased with my visit and the food was great. Definitely added to my short list of favorite places to eat in Rome.

Jamwich is a wonderful addition to the options available on Broad St. Its unique decor and offerings make for an enjoyable place to grab a meal, and I have yet to order something that was not delicious. In addition to the sandwiches, the strawberry fields salad is also a great choice!

LOVE! Had friends drag me to Athens for the day from Atlanta for sandwiches from this place. Super food! Its all simple and so so delicious. The dirty south mouth jamwich was my favorite! Go here its worth it.
