Undoubtedly one of the best Entertainment and enjoyable place for kids in Rochester. We have celebrated our sons 11th birthday with his friends there. The staff is very co-operative and helpful. They have good plans for partys. All the kids enjoyed the Laser Tagging game as a part of the Birthday party plan. Its worth celebrating there.Its fun filled environment inside.

1st time at Laserton. It was awesome! Spacious, but not pretentious. Very clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great, open bar area, and get this... gratuity graciously DECLINED. It was kinda weird to not tip.... And again, everyone was so friendly! Prices were very reasonable. We were there kinda late, so we only did 1 game.( Ill try the number cars next time) $20/ person. TOTALLY WORTH MORE. I highly recommend! I cant wait to go back!

Domination game was fun as long as everyone ( whether you know them or not) actually works together. Usually only get the pizza when there but tried a few other things. Steak bomber is REALLY good. Not a normal cheese steak has a sauce that gives it flavor.

I took a monthly 22$ pass and almost headed this place every weekend. Its a absolute fun place to crash with friends for a friendly laser tag game. I enjoyed the short arena 2 of 8-10 people than arena 1 of 30-40 people. I ll recommend to go with a small group to enjoy the game.

Fun for all ages. Went with a larger group, so it was fun to mingle with other players and also play against people I knew. Good for all ages, but recommend playing at least two rounds if its your first time (the first round is you just trying to understand the mechanics of the game). Youll come out sweating but will have had a blast!

This place is sweet. Adults can have fun and drink and kids have tons of arcade games and obviously the laser tag is cool. The food is good and the service is very good as well. Definitely a fun way to spend a few hours!

This place is fine for all ages but also offers a adult only couple of hours. The bar is unusual as they do not accept tips. The drink list is decent and their lasertag and bumper car lacrosse game rules.

OMG! So much fun! Took my kids here and we had the best time. The games are quick paced and very fun. A word of advice... Wear light clothing because you will sweat. The arenas are two stories and are much larger than I thought. I was soaking wet! Go here and have tons of fun.

Great laser tag area, with fun play modes and fair pricing. However, be aware that if your team is scoring much higher than the other team, they will alter the laser sensitivity to even the score.

20 bucks for an entire month of laser tag 1 match per day is amazing! Food was great and the staff was on point. Plus the rewards for the arcade arent all super expensive either. Well be back for future family gatherings!

Its okay for play. The only I said that isnt right ask for food to buy in the place, cant pay cash either credit card only via internet even you are in the place only by company someone. Its absurd

I always have a lot of fun here when I come, but the recent unique nickname addition has degraded from the experience. It was much more enjoyable when everyone could just choose the nickname they wanted without worrying about whether it was taken or not. I wouldve rated it 5 starts if that hadnt been the case.

I enjoyed the remote control rats and cockroaches when I ate they said they were top notch fakes. I EVEN FELT ONE CRAWLING UP MY LEG!!! Very realistic

Booked a party for my daughters volleyball team here. The staff was really friendly, especially our server. The girls had fun with the games and the schedule they made for us was perfect as far as time and not feeling rushed. The pizza was mediocre but to be fair I have a pretty high bar when it comes to pizza... The girls had a really good time and I would recommend this place to friends and family. Check it out!

We went for a bachelorette party on a Friday night. They were quick to respond to our reservation request and questions. The night we got there, all of the employees were super friendly and informative. The entire night went smoothly and our group had a lot of fun! I would totally recommend going here for a group event- its so easy to plan with them!

Fun place to play laser tag, with explanational videos on how to play and nice staff. There is a bar and resturant in the building. Also, there is an arcade to play games. If you visit multiple times I would highly recommend buying a gold membership, it is $25 a month and you get discounts on food, $20 of arcade cash, and can play 2 games of lazertron every day as a part of the membership.

I make sure to swing by here each time I’m in the Rochester area. Obviously a bunch of arcade games, but I’m here for the two laser tag arenas. Each game is a number of matches that end up around 45 minutes. We always enjoy a few drinks at the bar in-between games. I will say the pricing seems a bit confusing, but we can always figure out what we’re looking to do with the staff.

AWESOME family or corporate fun. Full bar for the adults, elusively clean fun for kids/teens. Well run games.Only real complaint is confusing/difficult session pricing - they over-favor monthly memberships (30 days of 1-2 sessions locked to a person) rather than visit pricing (X sessions for Y people, today). Maybe they can offer some sort of family card (10-20 transferrable sessions, used up any way you want)?

Always have so much fun here, my boyfriend an I got memberships for $25 each where we can play 2 games a day instead of getting gym memberships its a great workout!

Kids had a blast and the adults were able to eat a fabulous variety of food/dessert from what is essentially a full restaurant and drink cocktails from a full bar. Im very impressed!

Good workout. Wish my aim was better. 60 shots and you need to recharge. Getting shot doesnt disable your gun either.Nice two level arena. Lots of blocking obstacles.

I have been a member seance 2018I in-joy all of the games/bar / the staff is very very nice including the manager Steve is very funny. It’s cheaper to buy a month membership then pay per time.

Nice chill atmosphere... Drinks at the bar are a luttle more expensive because thwy include gratuity. The wings are really good typical food for this kind of place however they do have some more adult offerings like truffles and gelato...the games themselves are fun and good exercise I highly recommend

One of the best places to celebrate a birthday party. The staff was extra helpful and the kiddos have a blast playing lasertag and cibersports. The food was very good too. They even give us passes for the whole party to go and play lasertag again

The basic elimination laser tag is fun. Go with a group and it will be enjoyable. Playing with young kids is a necessary struggle and as long as you are there to have fun and not to win it wont be a problem. The alternative game modes are less fun and EVERYTHING here is overpriced.

Good way to get physically active for people who find exercise boring. Foods also decent; a bit pricey without a membership, but its not like thats why you go here.A few hiccups with integrating the website and session signups for members, but nothing dealbreaking. Important bit is that it lets you preview how busy (and which theme) each timeslot is before you book it, and that works.

Nice place very clean professional staff pricing wasnt too bad for non-members but obviously much greater four members. Bartender was extremely friendly drinks were good food was actually good. Will definitely be coming back here in the future highly recommended add more games but besides that top rate

I had a ton of fun at this place, its fun for the entire family in my opinion even though we went as a class on a field trip here it was so fun and would have been better with family members because who wouldnt want to have a war between the kids and parents with lasertag? It is a bit expensive if you dont do it as a group however.

This place is fun, especially for family of all ages. Theres a decent amount of games for the teens and little kids. While the laser tag and cyber sport is where they stand out. Wear some comfortable clothes because youll be sweating your butt off.

I went to LASERTRON for the first time yesterday and had a blast! The food was great and the arcade games and laser tag were really fun (even though I wasnt experienced at either). Also, Manan (the manager) is THE BEST! When I was there, she went out of her way to give people a good time.

Clean and fun for all ages. Can be pricey but they do have some deals. They do have a nice selection of food to choose from also.

We booked a birthday party package for my 13 year old and everyone that attended and the birthday boy had such a WONDERFUL time. The staff was so polite and attentive, the food was behind delicious and the atmosphere was so much fun. The package was affordable and we were able to do Laser tag sport and cyber sport. Cant wait to go back tomorrow.

We had a company team building event at Lasertron last Saturday. We played Laser Tag and Cyber Sport and also had a sit-down dinner in their private event room. We had a mix of kids and adults, and I dont know who had more fun! All of the staff were so nice and accommodating. We were so impressed by the food as well. We had the Italiano buffet and it was plentiful and delicious! Everyone cant stop talking about what a great time they had! Thank you again!

It was a nice place to hang out. Well done. The Lazer tag arena was well planned out and worked well. Downside was some arcade machines were broken, but still took your money. All and all it was still a fun time.

Honestly is the ideal place for all age groups, arcade, lasertag, cyber sport, and a sports bar/restaurant. Before 9pm its a great family atmosphere for familys with kids and teens. After 10pm especially on saturdays its an awesome place to party with friends

Ive played at around 40 different Laser Tag arenas in four countries and can honestly say this one is really something special.When you consider that Im a competitive laser tag player (visited as part of the Armageddon tournament last month) whos seen a lot of different arenas, its not often that I walk into one and feel exactly like an eight year old again.Thats what this one did to me. You walk into the arena and theres a huge scoreboard on the wall with the team scores. The bases are lit up in the team colours by these giant archways. Its over two levels, and feels huge. When youre not playing, you can view the games from a long corridor full of windows, while simultaneously tracking it on the scoreboards - or they also have good food and an arcade.This is not what you might think of when you think of laser tag - no dingy dark rooms or retro style equipment, lasertron feels fresh, modern and exciting, while at the same time takes you back to the excitement of that first game.

I love this place. Large open spaces so even when it is busy you dont feel it. Did not play laser tag but we spent a good amount of time playing games in the arcade. They have a large variety or skill games for all ages. Out side they no longer have go karts, but now have large tricycles for adults to race. The snack bar was your usual casual foods. Pizza, hot pretzels, and bottled beers. My niece and nephew love coming here and will invest in the membership this winter to stay active.

Been a member for almost 4 months. Called today to go in and have fun as a FAMILY as they advertise on there website. Also as advised by the manager on the phone. Was told because I have my daughter which is part of my family that we are unable to play at 2 pm. They have an adults only game going on at that time. Was told by the cashier when I signed up that ADULTS ONLY time was after 9pm any day and that children could not play then. I am not sure on how a family atmosphere in the middle of the day on a Saturday can say because you have children you cant come in and play. Warning make sure you ask questions before agreeing to a membership here. Will be cancelling membership not doing business with a non family oriented organization that advertises that the are a family business. WHERE FAMILY AND FRIENDS COME TO PLAY. I must add the managers on duty were very short and not helpful at all stating that it is policy. They even stated that if a family came in that they would turn them away if they wanted to join in the sport arena at that time. Not once did they take the time to say what they could do for me at all.

Enjoyed a family membership for about 1yr... great for a daytime fun event for couple hours... if you dont use your playtime then it gets banked on your account along with arcade cash. Also had a great kids party with tag games, pizza, gelato, and other options... bonus gifts for the parents/adults. Overall a really great experience!

I took my family here a year ago and was really impressed. We all had a ton of fun and the food/drinks were great! The laser tag was a great time and everything worked as expected.

A little pricey but the whole group has a great time and the service is top notch. Brandy was an awesome hostess and Tina was our server. They couldnt have been any better

Wear workout clothes - you *will* break a sweat with the laser tag game! It was really really fun though. We played the version like capture the flag and it was (no pun intended) a blast! 2 levels of playing field and lots of obstacles to hide behind - though its not easy to hide when youre covered in flashing lights.I wasnt sure I was going to like the Cyber Sport - similar to round bumper cars (but youre not supposed to ram people) and scoop ball from the beach. The objective is to get a foam ball in a goal using an oversize hand held scoop. It was so much fun!As to the rest, the arcade is small but adequate, the pizza was good, the steak sandwich was amazing. The prices for food are a little high but the food is good quality. The bar is surprisingly well stocked. I will most definitely be back - I also need to try the chocolates and gelato!
