Just think there should be a combo deal for admission and skating. But great place for kids to hang out. Took my daughters, nieces and nephew. They had a great time. Food priced like any other entertainment complex. There are options if kids do not want to skate or roller blade.

Good staff shady customers.We come here often to skateWas there sat night 1/25/20 with my three kids.. A huge fight broke out, not sure the cause. Security was on it fast and stopped it all pretty quickly. The cops came soon after. Staff was friendly and apologetic to everyone after. Great managers great security. Only 4 stars because there is often a thug like crowd there on the weekends.

Listen I don’t really enjoy going in crowded places, but this wasn’t that big of a crowd, me and my friends go almost every Friday and we just have the best time. Music is uplifting and the staff is alright.

As overpriced as this place is you think they could afford decent laces for the skates that still has the ends on them, considering I had to get a size too big for my toddler because anything under a ten you have to put a $30 deposit to use them even though she had a rental tickets from the birthday party she was attending. Please explain that to me??...you charge for a party package that includes skate rental for the party guests. But if smaller than a 10 you have to come out of pocket again

My oldest grandson turned into a teenage and it was fun to see him and friends and family have fun.

First time in my life roller skating. Though I fell twice, the experience was enjoyable. The facility was clean and even though it was busy, not congested.

Our son had a great time roller skating. Thought that the kids should be allowed to jump off the cliff jump bounce house more than once for the price that was charged for an all day pass. Especially since it wasnt busy. There was some technical issue with the laser tag to were the kids couldnt see their final scores. If we come back we will only be doing the roller skating and maybe some of the games.

Birthday party for my niece kids had a great time

I booked a b-day package for daughter, 1/25/20 who was turning sweet 13. Ive been there several times and no problems. My daughters friends all came & having a wonderful time. Eeon was our host and did a fabulous job of taking care of the needs. Unfortunately there was a altercation between two parties. I felt so sorry because their children suffered because it was their party also. A lot of people were upset because it wasnt necessary but hands were put on someones little child first and then you know youre going to defend your family... I felt sorry for the other family who was just minding their business. I panicked thinking about the parents I was going to have to call to come and get their children. I was like No not tonight. But security intervened. The altercation was also handled outside. I Didnt have to make calls. There was a slight delay, thank God everything worked out well for the rest of the patrons.. Eeon continued to make sure we were taken care of because by now it was time for cake and laser tag and then time to check out with Eeon, his plate was full with everything that happened, but he was very professional. Overall it was handled, So shout outs for all staff and security. Thank you.

Poor. Came here with my daughter for a birthday party. Kids in party can skate free, but parents cant. Why should I pay $14 for admission fee and skate rental. Not customer-friendly.

This weekend I went to Horizon for the first time since I was a kid. Its pretty much the same and kids seem to like it.I was happy to learn that they have a ramp so wheelchair users can get on the roller skating area. However, I went to the bathroom I was really frustrated that there was no accessible stall. Additionally, I only saw two accessible parking spaces in their lot which does not appear to be enough based on how many spaces are in the entire lot.Its time for Horizon to comply with the ADA.

Love the idea of this place. Well maintained, but a little pricey. Everything is an additional fee including the safety/practice device for children. The direction doesnt change so prepare to have your one leg overly stressed out as well as your wallet if you have more than one child. We will probably be back for special occasions, but not regularly due to being a family of 7.

We held my nieces birthday party here, and all the kids enjoyed it. Its a nice little place with a bunch of different things to do, including skating, laser tag, a jungle gym/bouncy house and arcade. Everything is fairly reasonably priced, including the food. The only exception to this is the arcade games. They had a special on their site for 20 free tokens, but from what I saw there, some of the games would have cost that, OR MORE. This is the only thing I saw that frustrated me. Otherwise, its a decent, family-friendly environment.

Fun place too take the kids. Skating, jungle gym, bungee run,, Rick climb, video games. Food is okay. Adults, eat before you go or bring something for yourself.

Loved this place when I took my kids when they where younger.Took my grandkids this past Saturday Nov.2nd,2019.My grandkids loved it.I loved getting a pair of skates on after 15 yrs.Still knew how to skate had to teach my grandkids the ropes on how to skate.Was hilarious and fun with all the activities they have there.

This was our second Birthday party at Horizon. Probably the most fun of all the typical birthday locations (mouse place, mini golf place) the kids dont get bored of roller skating, and have Lazer tag and games in between.

On a whim, my wife and I decided to go rollerblading! Horizon is a decently priced destination for family or couples excursions and wed recommend it to anyone whose idea of having fun involves moving. Music was energetic, the atmosphere was friendly, and staff was accommodating. However, both bathrooms were pretty gross today (my wife reported to me on the female side). Much fun was had.

Had my sons birthday party there today. They all had fun from beginning to end. Our host Ian was great and very helpful. Explained everything well and was attentive. I definitely would recommend the two early times for younger kids since around 4 the older crowd starts coming in and might be a bit overwhelming for the kids. Note that when its getting time for the party to be over start looking for non-reserved area to move your things if you still have to get things out to the car since they will need you to clear up for other parties.

Like the rink. Would love to see the old school music played. Traveled a long way and would have enjoyed age specific music. Adult night perhaps

I went here and my friend couldnt come in because he was too old (hes in 10th) but I saw people who were like 17, 18 in there which is a bit frustrating; I had been planning to hang out with him all week and then all of our plans were cancelled when the lady was like hES tOo OLd!!1! And that left me all alone for 3 hours. I personally believe that on Fridays kids in the age range of 11- 18 should be allowed to skate because if kids wanna be active they should be allowed to do so with fun. I dont think Im ever going back here because its honestly just so frustrating because they can cancel somebodys plans just by saying no to someone which personally doesnt seem right.

Friday nights are the best. Glow skating with unlimited pizza skate and drinks.

So my family had a good time here, we had a roller rink back up north when we were kids so this place brought back some great memories.However for a family of seven this place can really nickel and dime you to death.Admission, rental, and then 7 bucks for an assistive device for my toddler? Not cool.For two hours (our choice)of skating for the above stated it was $120. You could feasibily stay the entire open skate time for $10, admission plus rental. Overall had fun, made some new memories with the kids, and most likely will return.

Depends on the night. Fridays are terrible. Alot of kids running around doing races up and down aisles and staff is useless. Over priced, cheap frozen pizza would taste better. Soda is watered down and to get in is over priced esp when you have to pay for rentals and all the extras.

I love horizon fun fx so much. when you first walk in you will be greeted by a cheerful, wonderful teenage staff. I asked her name, Savannah, and she was professional and polite. Later when I got my skates, they were true to size. while skating, the skate floor was organized and a safe place for my kids to skate around. The snack bar is wonderful as well! The lines are short and the workers are clean and give you your dollars worth. The blonde in the snack bar was extremely patient and accommodating to my needs as I had many kids and a very difficult order! Overall a wonderful experience and 10/10 I would go again!

I usually have no problems with this place but today 9/1/18 a problem was exposed to me. Im about 64 tall and wear a size 14 shoe. Today was daddy/daughter day with my 7 yr old. So I paid for our skate rental and as soon as hit the floor I knew something was wrong with my right skate. Went back to the rental counter and there was no other skates my size. Ok So I moved on then I noticed there was something inside my left skate. I stopped took it off and found out theres no insole in the skate. So I moved on. I was trying to show off on my skates and fell. I took my right skate off and found that the front wheels were actually angled to the right. Making the skate go right not straight the whole time. I paid attention to the skates. They are very old. I think the skates are from the mid 80s. They just keep putting new stopperson the front of them. So I looked at my daughters skates. Her left skate had no insole in it either. The outside of both her skates had worn holes also. Very very very very disappointing day. We left after an hour. Couldnt do it any longer

Great birthday party, everything was fun, WISH the walkers to help children skate was FREE, 10$!! COME ON. They are only PVC tubes with wheels, I think you can afford to let the kids use them for free!

Really enjoyed my visit loved the skating and played a few games. Wish the skating refs would have enforced more. Some not so young (18-23) man kept grabbing people because he had no control. Kept happening the 3 hours I skated.

We had a good time here. But the teens who run the place on weekends need more supervision. We left a pair of seeing glasses on a table and when they cleaned it up, they thru out my glasses. Couldnt find them. Their phone service is horrid. If they answer the phone the info is incorrect, the kids are rude and you feel like they dont want to bother with you. But my children had a ball. Food wasnt bad but price for pizza and pretzels.

The smell was awful, mildew and feet, the food was overpriced and horrible. I order a large pizza and was served cardboard stacked up on individual plates. We arrived early and I was ready to leave ten minutes later. It is nothing like it was when I was a kid.

I have not been to a roller rink in over 20 years and this place was above and beyond my expectations. The place was easy to find via GPS traveling from Syracuse. The atmosphere was very party like with multi colored lights all around a video arcade and a rink full of kids and adults skating to family friendly music. When my daughter fell and hurt her knee multiple staff came over to make sure she was OK and then brought me a nice pack of ice to put on her boo boo. Along with a little TLC from me she was just fine. The bathroom was clean. Theres a good area too if you get hungry or thirsty. My kids didnt want to leave!

I have never had a more disappointing experience at any place our family has gone. First they dont have any skate sizes for toddlers. Some may think this isnt a problem, but they tout themselves as fun for the whole family. Second after they scream at you for holding a child if youre wearing skates. If safety is a main concern, why do they sell blinking mouth pieces to children you wear while skating. Then you have to purchase the safety bars for kids to learn to skate on. Their safety regulations are a joke. And lastly we can move on to how dirty the entire inside was. There were an incredible amount of birthday parties, monopolizing every single table and there was garbage everywhere, from lazy patrons, but the staff made no effort to clean anything. I also watched a young boy wait for 5 minutes at the window to purchase something while the girl in the office flirted with a security guard. When I waved to get their attention the security guard mockingly waved back at me. Im disgusted by the experience as a whole. I wont be back. Dont visit if you want a fun family night. Visit if you are a tween interested in taking bathroom selfies with your friends.
