Nice park, but I noticed potential drug activity. There is road right next to this park that leads to whats called Rio Rancho Beach. For some reason I have noticed condoms thrown on the ground. A stupid place to have sex. Its right near residential area

Awesome little park. Went to a free event for Easter from Atomic Church, we live in the neighborhood and they personally invited us. Had a lot of fun!The park is very nice. Has a fenced in dog park, small skatepark -great for the younger kids. Picnic tables, covered picnic area. Hoops too! Just remember to clean up after yourself please and keep it beautiful:)

Spacious and diverse. Lovely skate and bike park area, plus 2 play areas and covered seating areas for the parents.

Need a shady spot next to play equipment in fact cover the play equipment so kids dont get burned on it.

Great hidden little park. Perfect place to stay secluded right now and theres plenty of shade here. I appreciate the picnic tables, trash cans and bbq pit even though I havent used it yet. Do be aware that there arent any restrooms nearby!

Small but very cool park. Nice fields around it and lots of unique and fun equipment for the kids to play on. Has tables and shaded area. Only has swings for toddlers; no drinking fountain so bring water! Great place for picnic in a quiet neighborhood, friendly folks. Great for kids and families!

Love going to this park as a kid growing up it’s not to far from my house but it is fun for kids of all ages

Lots of grass and trees. Sadly, the is a skateboard park and so the area is over-run with teens playing loud music.

Not too crowded on a Saturday afternoon

We just had a birthday party here for my 4 year old. Great spot to setup a jumper next to the gazebo with an amazing view of the Sandias. Park is maintained well and playground has been modernized . Wasnt busy at all either which we really enjoyed.

There are large expanses of thick grass, as well as multiple sets of playground equipment for children of different ages. The large rope web is very cool, and tends to be the main attraction. There are often people with dogs here, but not many people use the dog park because its just a gravel rectangle. A fire station is next to the park, which is reassuring. There is also one public restroom attached to that building. The biggest drawbacks for this park are no overhead shade for the playground equipment, no public water, and only 1 dog waste station, which is at the relatively small and narrow dog park.

Vista of the sandias is Awesome!!! Nice little skate park and good toddler and childrens play structure. But Asplalt basketball court with a large crack is a bummer.

Great park, well visited

Great park. 2 play areas for different age children. One play area, for younger kids, had the rubber wood chips which was better for my 16 month old to play in then regular wood chips or sand. Theres also a dog park, basketball court, 2 different swing sets for different age children and a large rope play area that has a bouncy center. It resembles a giant spider web.

Fun for the 7yr twins.

Love this place our son loves this place theres a little tiny skatepark in the corner plus a massive playground in the middle not as big as Park above but if you live in the area its definitely worth checking out they also have a dog park and many shaded areas for parents to sit and watch their kids play whether human or furry

Nice areas for a gathering with tables and protection from elements. Great playground for kids.

This place is huge its perfect for large events do you want to come and have a party or some large get together this is the best place to do it open grass open scenes they have gazebos shaded areas that have large parks with swings for kids to play on and the area is big enough for three large parties to be there at once or one giant concert. Got to think outside the box when you see places like this. Either way its great and I love it its a nice place to come and chill and sit under the sun and look at the clouds.

Close to the upper half of Rivers edge 1 and also inside Rivers edge 2 there is a big playground for kids even bigger grass feild also has a small skate park and dog park near parking lot with lots of covered benches for adults to watch the kids play

This park has lots of playground equipment, a large rope-style jungle gym, a full basketball court, a small skate park, several benches, a covered set of picnic tables, and lots of green space. There is also a tower that is an interesting focal point.

Throughout high school I had team dinners here for various sports, I take my niece here all the time, great for dogs, there is also a small skate park! one of the cleanest parks in Rio Rancho, and right next to a fire station with a cool clock tower!

Fenced in dog park area. Easy to find. No water fountain for the pups though, bring your own water and bowls.

Good to play with little kids on the playground and big kids on the field and basket ball court.
