Neat place. Wish it was restored.
Awesome little trail. Hidden gem
Very cool piece of history in nature
Scenic, accessible, & overall delightful.
Really cool place to go.
Very pretty trail
Lets hope at some point....Richmond will be able to have enough money in the budget to refurbish this old beauty.... (After half The Fan gets re-paved & Richmond City Schools gets ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING THEY ARE DESERVED...10 FOLD)
The building is cool and I look forward to seeing what it looks like after the renovations, but thats the only positive thing I have to say. The trails clearly have zero upkeep, my friend sat on a ledge and had a horrible allergic reaction to some kind of chemical, and the water is absolutely disgusting. Some areas literally smell like a sewage plant.
A Place to relax, find peace and beauty in this time of Despair. Friends + Respect for all of Gods Children.
What a great place that needs some money put into it. Plaques are getting defaced, paths overgrown. Wish wer could go in and see the inner workings. Come find out what made Richmond so strong.
Yes, parking. When we went, we couldnt find a place to park next to the pump house. I understand that you have to have someone walk you through for a tour but we just wanted to explore the outside but didnt know where to park. We didnt end up exploring because we were worried about getting a ticket or getting towed
Way more beautiful in person, great photo site !
Very nice place to hang out. The old pump house is a very unique form of architecture. It is also a great place to watch trains if you are a railfan.
Historic, well maintained park, with easy access from the boulevard bridge.
This is a great place to access some less known spots on the river including a great beach and a great area to dive
I love walking the trails with my dogs. Been coming here for almost 10 years now. Plenty of wildlife to see (deer, fox, owls, etc..). If you have never been here it is a must!
Beautiful place
Spectacular place, very beautiful.
Pretty cool park but could use better parking. Also the bike trails werent that great. Still had a nice time however.
Pretty cool place, not a huge tourist type spot, but if you are in the area definitely a good stop. Cool gothic styling of the original pump house it neat to see and walk around it. It would be awesome if the inside was restored and was toured. Overall really it’s a decent trail walk or bike with some good views and historical value. I’ll bring a couple people back to see the building.
Great place to run or ride trails!
Great for hiking, walking, biking. I plan to go back asap!
Beautiful and interesting building and grounds
Nice day walk.
Absolutely gorgeous Park great walk
Only for because we couldnt go inside. It will probably change when the renovations and restorations are complete.
Beautiful!! Just completed a guided tour by the Friends of Pump House. Wonderful experience.
