We live just a block over on W. Franklin, so we go to this park almost every day. Im so grateful its there and its such a great place to meet other families and little children my daughters age (shes 3). I definitely recommend visiting if you havent already. Great sandbox, four swings, two slides, and a new community library make it all worth the trip to Triangle Park.

A pretty little park that you can tell is taken care of by someone who cares a great deal for their community.

My boyfriend and I were trying to find a nice park to take a little stroll around and it turns out this park is geared for very young children (its more of a little playground than a huge park). We went inside the little tractor and had a fun time (as two adults would) then we ended up finding another park. Definitely would recommend this for young children haha.

Loved it! Kids did not want to leave. I loved the extra toys around and the sand box (my kids favorite part).

Nice little playground. There are lots of toys that were left there that kids can play with such as LittleTikes-style toys, the playground itself, swings and sand pit. It is fenced in.

I love this playground. Its never crowded when we go and its in a neighborhood full of friendly people. My daughter gets obsessed with playing in the sandbox. I always have great conversations with other cool parents. Plus its clean and its shaded with benches for the parents sit.

Beautiful, shaded little park. Tons of toys to play with for all ages. Swings, slides, and climbing toys are the centerpieces of the park. The park is undergoing upgrades as of early August 2016 and should have new attractions come mid August!Youll meet lots of nice parents playing here, and the occasional ferret enthusiast will be walking(?) their pet here. Safe, quiet, and pretty. We go several times a week and never find anything to complain about!

Small but lot kids play there. Its a very good Park where kids can learn interacting with each other. Most of the time one hour free parking available. I take my son there so that he can play with other kids and interact with each other.

Great little park. My sons favorite! He calls it the sandpark because he LOVES the sanbox here. I love that it is clean and well maintained. My only con is the doors are hard to open. This is a plus for keeping little ones from escaping but often i have had to climb over the wall to get in.

My kids call it The Sand Park, because of the large sandbox. Its one of our favorite parks in the Richmond metro area. Its entirely walled in, but its a short wall. Three-year-olds can climb out. Theres no public restroom or water fountain, but everyone uses the bathroom and gets coffee at Kuba Kuba.
