I really liked this theater even if its a little old. The prices are some of the best in Richmond Virginia. The seats are large enough for my fat self. The refreshment stand is small but adequate. I have been here several times and and this is a good place to take a date.

Great service, nice roomy theaters, comfortable chairs. It’s not the most modern or unique theater, but we came here on Christmas to see Vice. They gave us half off our large popcorn with free refills. Two hours later I’m stuffed with butter and corn!

I love this place. Everyone is always polite and the concessions always taste fresh. Plus the seating can fit everyone

I go to this theater all the time, and I like fine, except that they make you wait in the concession line to buy tickets. Even if you dont want to buy any food, you still have to wait behind others who do, and it takes forever just to get a ticket. They have a ticket booth, but they hardly ever use it. Super annoying.

I love this theater. Nice and small and easy to get to without too much traffic. But the concessions take too long at times. Overall Its nice to have a local theater with a small town feel.

Giving 3 stars for family friendly. Seats are so tall that it is difficult for small children to see the screen. The theater was not crowded, so luckily we were able to sit on an end with the kids. Facility was relatively clean and concession lines were short.

Its a an older movie theater that is located on Broad Street, convienently away from the less congested parts of the west end.Its not as polished as the likes of the Short Pump theater or a lot of the other newer ones. The seating isnt as comfortable and the concessions are very basic. Its also a little smaller. However the place is still fairly clean and keeps up a family friendly atmosphere.The theater itself is reliable since it shows all of the big current movies and it has a sufficient number of screens.You may find parking to be somewhat of a pain since it doesnt have as big of a lot as the short pump theater but since its located in a shopping center you can usually find a place to park a little further away without much hassle.As I previously mentioned, the only real thing going against it is the uncomfortable seating. Otherwise its a good old reliable place.

I pre purchased a ticket online but when I arrived at the theater, no staff member was available to scan my ticket. I had to wait in line behind other customers. If that was the case I would have waited to purchase a ticket in person instead of doing it in person.I suggest to have a staff member readily available for scanning digital tickets.

Loved it. First time there and Ill definitely be going back. They have free boosters seats for little kids to sit so they dont fall into the seats. That was such a blessing! Then they gave us little trays for the whole family to share the pop corn. There was a bat flyer around in our theatre but the kids loved it.

Movie was great! Seats were comfortable and I like that I can sit where ever like in the old days. Prices were average for a movie now a days. Popcorn and soda cost an arm and a leg and possibly a kidney but tasted good. Nice theater.

I love this theater. Not too crowded with nice staff and comfortable seats.

Saw endgame here like four days after it came out, there were maybe 7 other people in the theater. Thats alone is worth twice the ticket. The seats seemed new and very comfortable even though the theater is dated. The bathroom floors were sticky but thats more on me for going to see a movie that was three hours long and needing the restroom twice. Will be back, maybe for John wick 3.

Enjoy this movie theater. Were going here instead of the regal at short pump, since we are required to pick seats at short pump when purchasing tickets. West tower is comfortable, and has friendly staff.

They had 3 lines, all for buying tickets AND popcorn, no separation. The line was out the door and it was definitely not thought out very well

Loved it here. Watched Jo Jo Rabbit which was not on at Regal 14 - our usual cinema. Lovely clean place with very pleasant staff!!!!

We went here as an entire family to go see The Lion King. It was very convenient and we all got to sit together to watch the movie. The movie theater was conveniently located near our hotel and we arrived to get tickets and seating. Had a great time the only thing that was a drawback was the seats didnt recline and it became somewhat uncomfortable as the movie progressed. Other than that an overall good experience.

All of the employees are nasty, not professional and non caring. A person can see that they are only there for the paycheck. No pride in their work

Regal West Tower cinema was great. Clean, no waiting to get popcorn and sodas. Enjoyed the movie Harriet. Excellent movie.

Normally a great place to go out as a family. The young woman working concessions was rude. We emphasize extra butter because we were unsure if we initially place the order that way. She shouted, rudely I heard you.. Then rudely tossed the bag in front of us. We try our best to avoid Short Pump, but will go there the next time we see a movie (which we do two or three times a month.)

The theater is obviously aging, but it was still a nice experience. Chairs could use an upgrade, but all in all the experience was fine.

This theater lacks stadium seating but the theaters are clean and have comfortable chairs. The sound and projection systems appear to be up to date with some theaters offering Real 3D.

Customer Service was poor. I didnt like seeing the bagged popcorn being picked up off the floor to be scooped in my bucket at the same time telling me it was fresh. Highly doubtful.

The seats hurt my back, couldnt sit for two hours without standing for a while. The bass sound effects from the theater next door were overbearing and distracting. Ridiculous food and drink pricing, but that seems to be common throughout the theater industry.

Ticket booth not open. Forced to stand in line waiting for others to purchase tickets AND food. Womens restroom not in very good shape. Sound system way TOO LOUD.

The movie was good. The staff and manager were AMAZING! My wallet got stuck in the seat and I left without realizing it. I called them, they checked and found it! It was my whole paycheck in cash! Im so grateful!!!

Nice location and roomy, but the temperature is too cold inside it was fifty plus degree outside and it felt the same inside. Maybe thats the reason why no one was there, it took away from the experience.

Im happy theyre still open. Regal has bought this theater so I can use my rewards account and earn free movies. Its not very busy and is perfect if you want a ticket on opening days. Doesnt sell out as quickly as other places

Best theater Ive ever been too. Its rarely ever crowded, staff is extremely helpful and nice, managers are approachable, sound and video quality is unmatched, and its really close to my neighborhood. It makes me sad that there are other customers that like to be rude to staff just because most of them are younger: theyre all hard working individuals who are just trying to make their customers happy and make a living.

I have been to this theater twice. Both times were enjoyable experiences. The attendants at the concession stand were very friendly and eager to make sure I was happy with my selections. The theater was clean and cool without being too cold. The seats were a little older but nicely maintained. There was not stadium seating in the two theaters I have visited. That did not bother me, but worth mentioning. The screen quality and sound were great for both films.

The movie theater is dated but there is definitely a management issue. Not the seasoned vet who is respected but the bow tie guy.....I would think safety would be number one priority. We found out...No!The support staff at concessions are the best in town. Sadly I am worried that if attendance does not increase here this theater could be closed by United Artists.

Took the kids to see The Incredibles 2 tonight. Was great as it was the last showing for the evening (10 pm.) So we ended up having the theatre to ourselves which my son and daughter found to be novel and exciting. For a older theatre (I recall seeing movies here all the way back in H.S. class of 89) they have kept up with a modern projector, Sound system and seats so nothing to complain about there. The carpets were clean as were there bathrooms. The staff consisting of the standard teenage brigade were friendly and helpful. Gave us free refills on our popcorn and sodas which I generally never buy at the theatre but broke down and did shell out for tonight. The only thing that I can really take issue with was the price of popcorn, drinks and candy. But if you are smart like most people these days you simply stop by one of the Dollar stores and stock up on those items and simply cough, cough, bring them in with you. Theatre chain owners have cried for years about declining attendance but when it costs 35 dollars or more if you were to buy all of those things at the theatre that coupled with the price of tickets may push many lower income families out of the ability to be able to go and enjoy a night out with their children. I am not trying to hear the theatre chains cry of were broke. From what I understand the theatres make very little off of the cost of admission and make the lions share of their revenue off of the concessions inside. If that is the case then they need to address their admission prices etc. directly with Hollywood and not try and rape the consumer to try and eek out a profit. In the day and age of 24 hour entertainment via cable, the net, redbox, Hulu, Amazon video and all the rest in order to stay relevant this needs to be addressed. Unless they do then the days of going to the movies make go the way of ToysRUs, Circuit City, Ukrops and the rest. Apples and Oranges I know but you get my point. That would be a sad day as even though I have a nice 4K 65 inch surround sound behemoth at home there is still a little magic in going to the movies and it would be a shame to have to relegate this tradition to the dust bin of history.

Terrible they couldnt get my card to work. I had to go across the street and take out cash at the atm at CVS which charged me 3.00.Then the movie didnt start at 1:35 but 1:55

Small theater with same level stadium seating. Not usually busy, but a good spot for dinner and a movie, by dining at one of the local restaurants.

Disaster!! Took my grandchildren ages 4, 7 and 9 to see Aladdin. The theatre had seats with backs so high that the children couldn’t even see the screen!! Who thought it was a good idea to put a children’s movie in such a terribly configured auditorium?? In order to find seats where they could see, we had to separate causing a very uncomfortable situation for the children and me. I’d have left and asked for a refund, but it would have really disappointed the children.

So went to go see Bumblebee with my boys. The movie was great. The screen was fine. It was the issue at the concession stand.So lets start off that there are no combo deals at this particular cinema. Fine.But then they charged me for the wrong food. Added an extra soda instead of the popcorn I ordered. Okay - so he went ahead and did a refund on my card for the soda and charged for the popcorn. I got a receipt for it.But looking at my credit card statements it does not show that at all. No refund for the soda just the extra charge for the popcorn.We hadnt been the movies in awhile. I wanted to make it special for my kids. Its bad enough that the concession food is basically highway robbery but the fact that they messed this up really makes me upset.

Ill keep it real with you this is the best theater in the surrounding Richmond theater. Slightly cheaper, great staff, and Ive never had a bad experience with people talking or being disrespectful during a movie. In this day and age I find this to be a real problem with people on their phones or having conversations while a movie is playing. I didnt pay to hear that BS... Went for a matinee.. reasonably priced and we were the only ones in the theater for a movie that had been out a while. 10/10 would matinee again.

I wished I could give this no stars. Its 10:30 and Im sitting here crying because of how rude these kids are. What happened to, lets make the customer happy? This is the first time Ill say this. These kids should be fired and not be allowed to talk to customers like that. Im not your mother for you to talk back to me and give me your attitude. This was my favorite movie theater! I despise this place now so thanks!

We watched an hour worth of previews.. it wasnt very busy ap that was a plus but I feel like there were wayyyy too many previews especially for a childrens movie!

Everyone who works here is super friendly. I like coming here more than the other theaters in town. Nice atmosphere and you dont have to worry about annoying crowds.

They should film a Stranger Things scene where the kids go to the movies in this joint.

I go to this theater every time I’m in town; once or twice a year. Not very impressed by it.. The staff is very friendly. But they need to upgrade everything; concessions, seating, etc.Theater still has the old style seating. The seats are uncomfortable and don’t give the best viewing experience.I live in a smaller city, but every theater has upgraded to either reclining chairs or stadium seating. It’s hard to believe that theaters in bigger cities haven’t upgraded as well.

Matinee was cheap and quiet. Went to a 1pm movie, theatre is real clean that time of day.

Went in for a 735 movie and sat through over 25 mi Utes of previews until the movie started after 8 pm.

Yes, West Tower Theater is dated, but thats part of what makes it consistently entertaining every visit. Visit and you will see for yourself. Even movies released for months shown on good sized screens. Fun staff, great, even though expensive, popcorn and sodas. Hey! Theres REAL paper towels to dry your hands in restroom. Dont miss this Gem.

We ended up at West Tower, an old favorite to see Black Panther when the Bow Tie was sold out. Clean facility. Affordable concession stand. It wasnt super packed but it was still busy. Oh and it may have been a few cents cheaper than Bow Tie.

Never extra packed! Movies that are sold out opening weekend at other theatres are always available here.

Older theater, clean and friendly employees.. I like the quietness.

Locked outside for 15 minutes and the guy laughed at us through the window, popcorn was cold also so you know. Maybe driving an extra 5 minutes to the other theater is a better option.

Was tucked back behind a few buildings and seemed a little tin down. It wasnt terrible, but the lack of stadium seating made it a little difficult to see well. Nothing particularly bad about it- out could just be better.

This is a great place to watch a movie! It’s kind of a hidden gem.

The place was very clean. The seats were very comfortable. The sound was very clear.

A great theater if you dislike watching popular movies in huge crowds. It has seen better days, BUT - parking is easy, the lines arent long and the seats are comfortable. A much better alternative to crowds and mess at some of the newer, bigger theaters nearby.

Went to see Equalizer 2 and 5 minutes into the movie, the sound was not playing and then all of a sudden the screen went blank. We were told that all theater showings were out and they didnt know why!!! After about 5 minutes we were told that the movies were coming up one by one in their rooms. Not once did they offer to give us our money back!!! Once we were all back in to finish the movie, it again started off with the sound going in and out. We did eventually see the whole movie but I definitely wont be going back there again!!!
