Line was confusing, ticket stand was closed had to buy tickets at snack bar. Employees were nice, but the speaker in theater 11 was blown and couldnt concentrate on the movie due to the rattle.

I havent been in a couple years so I cant say anything about it in recent years but last time I came was about 2012 ish and I still remember my time there it really brings back great memories from my childhood I always loved going there

The auditoriums are always clean and well maintained. My only complaint is that it takes too long to buy tickets and get through the concessions line. It would be great if they would upgrade to reclining seats!

Good service and prices; larger section of snack foods.

The theater was clean. And the prices are great compared to most these days. However, in the womens restroom, only 1 faucet worked and the water was ice cold with not temperature control. Also there is no changing station for babies. Othertl than that, very family friendly.

Concession stand shut down without warning. Still had 3 movies going on, and when my movie released at 8:30 no way to get a popcorn refill I had already paid for. All they needed to do was post the closing time or tell me when I purchased what time refills would no longer be possible. I normally love this theatre, but not sure if or when Ill go back.

We really like this theater. Seating is adequate the place is clean and comfortable. The wait time for popcorn and snacks are a little too long so get there early but it is a nice place to enjoy a movie with your family.

Good place to see a movie at a cheap price but food prices are insanely high! $3.99 to $5.99 to see a movie which is a unbeatable price. Nice clean theaters with pretty decent seats. Watched a 3 hr movie and it wasnt bad seating wise. Food however must of went up in price. $8 for nachos! $7 for a pretzel. $5 for bottle of water. Seems like its went up some since ive last visited but guess it evens out with ticket prices.

Wow if ever a place needed a good cleaning and update...Dirty, stained, walls peeling, stinks, is all words describing our recent visit. The movie was fine but the building is being completely neglected.This place definitely needs to be cleaned up and remodeled.Not returning to this one for the foreseeable future.

Not sure why, but the ticket line was shut down. We had to get our tickets at the concession register...which took us nearly 15 min. However, the theatre was cleaner than the last time we came. The movie, Overcomer was great! Never seen a bad movie from the Kendrick Brothers yet...this one will not disappoint you either.

Sadly this is the only theater option around. Both times we’ve been the snacks have been expired and the cashier just acted as if he couldn’t do anything about it. Never offered a refund or a movie discount to accommodate for the wasted money on stale nachos that expired three months prior plainly stated on the packaging. I wish management cared more to keep things fresh and to keep their customers happy.

Went to see movie at 1:40 on Friday. It was in room 9. The speakers were blaring music so loud it was unreal. After informing the theater more than once. By the way there was an older gentleman there and he tried everything he knew to do to remedy the problem. He said he called the manager in. It was past time for movie to start at this time we along with others left. We asked for a refund and they gave us our refund but was a disappointment for our grandson. We could still hear music blaring as we left. Unreal.

The movie theater is showing its age, bathrooms smells and the seat inside the viewing rooms are not very comfortable. This business is in need of a face lift..

Skip the popcorn bucket unless you go to the movies twice a week and get popcorn. Not a bargain for occasional movie goer. But they offer new movies, place is clean. Average theater. Staff is friendly.

Although we were able to enjoy the movie, the checkin clerk made multiple errors in the movie we requested, my account, and told us the wrong movie number.The concession stand was a filthy mess, the bathrooms were gross and lacked toilet paper, and almost every hallway trash can was overflowing with trash.

We went to a 7:20 p.m. show and couldnt get popcorn at 830 because they had already cleaned and swept. Who does that? Guess they dont want or need my money. So well go to piqua or huber heights from now on

This place is the closest to eaton and its not terrible but its not great eaither the food is overpriced the seats are terrible and they cut off the credits to the movie i watched on my birthday and there was a hidden scene that I only got to watch a few seconds of ... Taken I paid full price that should never happen but again its not too terrible

The place is kind of a dump, especially the older part. It is the same as I remember when I was a kid over 30 years ago. The seats are not comfy and the screens and sound are average at best. Weve decided to go to good movie theaters in Muncie and Keystone. For the kids who cant discern quality or when you dont want to drive, well, its all you got.

WOW!!! New movies at such a low price. But they make up for it at the concession stands. Wish they had more people working the stands. The lines were decent and moved slowly. But they did handle it with a smile on their faces and very poised. The seats were comfortable even without being recliners. Not having to pick your seat before going in was nice as well. It broughf back the feeling of not knowing something. Just like seeing a new movie. I think it added to the experience. To much structure is pointless. It leaves no room to adapt and overcome. I drove from Dayton Ohio to see two movies in one day here. I would gladly do it again.

Nice place seems fairly clean. Price is decent. Popcorn good. But the drink machine and staff was lacking there of in the concession stand. The had literally nothing diet at of 100 different selections.

An inexpensive theater. The people are usually pretty friendly and every time weve gone, we see employees trying to keep up with the mess movie-goers make. We enjoy being able to take our kids out without it costing a weeks worth of groceries!

Me and a friend went to see The Nun which showed at 7:15p.m, We got there at 7:25 to locked doors. We waited and knocked for a few minutes but the guy on the other side of the door said they were closed for the night at 7:30 (it was 7:28). We explained we had been waiting and that it hadnt yet been 7:30 but he insisted it didnt matter and we should leave because hes not allowed to open the door (I understand but it wasnt 7:30 yet and weve been waiting 5 minutes).Normally I wouldnt, care and would eh but we had an awful day and wanted to end it on a good note. Shame people can be so rude though

I miss going to the movies

Well let me tell you I spent $35 on 3 sodas A Large popcorn and 1 pizza. The price of admission is super affordable. But they really get ya after you get there. Best option is to share a drink and grab the annual bucket of popcorn. Then your next visit the popcorn is $4.50 to fill. Also sign up with stubs you get rewards money back.

Just watch the movie it 2 it was awsome but only giving 3 stars do to people was smoking ecigs n blowing it in my face n people was being laundry with there popcorn bags but other than that its OK to go to

The movie was great. However the service was awful the girl selling tickets over prices us, refused to check, then when I got my reciept and went back to get it corrected she was still rude and never apologized. Probably wont be going back for a long time.

The theater was ok floor sticky in some areas. But smelled better than the last time there. However Ive was out at the one drink machine and wouldnt stop coming out of the other. Also very messy and empty at the counters for lids and butter. Could have used an employee to keep up on those things since it was a weekend. But workers were friendly.

This place is falling apart. Walked into theater 10 do you watch the avengers movie. The theater floor was not clean and several seats were destroyed or broken. Then to make matters worse to people showed up 45 minutes into the movie that we’re not even supposed to be there. Making all kinds of noise and having their cell phone flashlights on looking for a wall plug-in to charge their phone. Management did throw them out and I did receive a pass to be able to watch the movie again. From now on I’ll go to AMC theater 12 in Muncie. At least you have an armed police officer that watches over the place. Plus they have designated seating arrangements. With leather seats 10 times better than a broken down theater.

You get what you pay for. Movie was good but the place smelled like pee. They need to do some major cleaning.

Nice place. Could use a little upgrade, but what more can you ask I paid $12 for two people to see a movie that just came out. Back home in Charlotte I would have spent like $25 or more and another $30 on drinks and popcorn. Very nice staff and clean!

Ive been going here since I was 4 Ive loved it then and still do. They have an amazing selection of food to buy. The restrooms are never a mess except for maybe a stall or two here and there. I give this movie theater a 5 stars. And Ive since Ive been going there its been the same, the nice good movie theater we know now. 5 stars ️️️.

This movie theater has insane concession stand prices. The ticket prices were fantastic though. I just found it difficult to justify $5 for a bottle of Dasani water and $9 for what was clearly a medium popcorn that was labeled a large. For less than $14 my boyfriend and I were able to buy two tickets to see Avengers Infinity War in 3-D, which I thought was amazing. However, for a large popcorn and two regular sized drinks, it was $22. Almost $40 for a date with no real food involved.

Dirty and disgusting. If there was literally anything else to do in Richmond, this place would be out of business. Pirate. Dont go here.

Strange little movie theater I visited Whalen I was in town. Nice people but very very uncomfortable old (really old) style seats.

I wish we had a theater this cheap in North Carolina. Its pretty old school in its presentation, but they have brand new movies and my dad and I were able to see a movie together for the price of one ticket back home. Im not in Indiana often, but this is always the place we go when were visiting.

Saw Lion King in theatre 3. It was hands down the filthiest theatre I have ever been in. We switched seats twice because they felt so dirty. There was old food and grime caked in between the seats. I went out to get a drink and the door of the theatre felt very sticky and dirty. I used my flash to get a pic and it was even more disgisting than I could have imagined!! We usually see movies at the Keystone Mall, Greenfield or Lafayette. I would drive the distance and pay the extra amount before I would come to this scummy theatre again. The ticket prices were really cheap, but that was the only plus to this place.

I would pay a higher price for lounge seats, but the current ticket prices is outstanding compared to many other cinemas around the world. The facility is pretty clean and not abused. The personnel are cordial as well.

It has some of the best ticket prices you will find anywhere, half as much as the big cities.After using points weve collected, purchasing sodas and refilling our refillable bucket, this is a great Saturday for under $30.The movies are always current, plenty of seating, and (usually) a quiet audience.This is a very popular location, and recent movie premiers have required parking almost all the way down to the nearby Buffalo Wild Wings.

OThe AMC in Richmond IN is absolutely disgusting. There was popcorn all over the floor in the lobby and the soda machine had soda spilled all over. The movie theater spelled like wet dog.

They are slow when waiting for food and they are so expensive. They have a nice set up and a good variety of movies. You could take a child or a teen and you could find a movie. The quality and sound are good for the movies.

Went to see Shazam, my son and I were stoked about it. Movie said it started at 10:30.. I chose to go here for the first time instead of just driving an hour to Beavercreek to the Greene because it was closer and my buddy talked highly about this place. Yeah, never will I go back. I completely “ understand you get what you pay for “ so anyways, got there and the rude young lady at the desk says “ Yeah I have no record of Shazam being played tonight” I said okay well online it says it starts at 10:30, then you could hear the rudeness come out when she says “ well there’s nothing in my system that says that” “sometimes it’s not the same online as it is in store” ohhh really? Well ain’t that just some false advertising. I honestly wanted to just leave but my son didn’t want to drive all the way to Beavercreek in his car seat and it was almost 11 anyways so we went and seen Pokémon Instead. The movie was great, but the screen sounded like it was about to blow up, reminded me of watching a movie outside while camping with the bug zapper buzzing in my ears. The seats suck, you honestly have to be skinny and not too large to fit in them comfortably, there’s no room, they are so close I felt like I was in middle school about to watch a play again. $9 bucks for my son and I, I thought well hell yeah im saving money lol well now I understand why it was $9 bucks. Then spent more on 2 bags of candy and 1 cup of soda ($15) bucks . Yeah my first experience was absolute trash so I don’t recommend for anyone & I won’t be going there again. I will definitely drive the hour or hour and a half that it takes to go to the regal in Beavercreek or the movies at the Greene, and pay whatever for comfortable seats and good customer service. What movie theater isn’t the same in store as it is online? Sounds dumb to me. I should of went to the girl on the right by the wall, at least she smiled and was nice. You don’t have to speak to someone to have good customer service... just so your aware.
