Paid for private watch party. Our guest included kids 15 and under. Our group was followed by security and being lied upon by management. But once Mall security saw there was no rules being broken. I.E smoke. He quickly told us to enjoy our day. We spent a lot of on concessions and where treated poorly by management we will never return to this location.

Went on a Sunday expecting a lighter crowd. No. Lights out was packed. Staff was nice and fast. I would not visit this theater again due to the constant talking and heckling during the movie. Good food options though.

Good place to watch a movie, especially on a weekday during the daytime. Concession service is standard and they do a good job cleaning the theaters after each film.

Ima keep it real but this place is usually clean and employees are nice and treat you with respect. Unlike other cinemas you can bring your own food to this location.

Me and my wife went here on a Friday night for a late night show. The theatre is decent with a variety of amenities outside. Their popcorn and ice cream place are well stocked. We went to watch on the last show and good to see the foods are still fresh and well stocked.

Love it here! Quietly tucked away from other businesses and resturants. Ive gone with groups and even alone. Always feel safe here. Dont listen to the negative reviews....come on out and see for yourselves. The fact that it is Richmond should not steer anyone away.....do not play in to the negative reviews.....comfy seats, awesome popcorn and a good amount of movie choices!

The theater is fine their customer service is friendly for the most part...Except for the Indian guy receiving the tickets in the main entrance. I am a loyal customer since They open the place. This man didn’t want let me use the restroom. Was rude.

Went here with a friend to have some time together since its been years since we last had a good time. The seats were comfy and their sound systems were good. Staffs were friendly and their bathroom is clean.

This is an awesome theater to go to the movies at. I love the rewards program they have, its great and saves lots of money, discount Tuesday is where you really save some money get on it and enjoy the show.

You cant beat their matinee prices under $7. tons of parking. I love to come there during the week before 3 p.m. I wish they had dairy free options like breadsticks without cheese, sorbet instead of only ice cream and turkey dogs instead of only beef dogs

Service has gone down. Found hair in my kettle popcorn and the cashier didn’t seem to want to refund me for the popcorn. It seemed like a hassle. It was apparent it wasn’t my hair. It was melted into the sugar. Won’t be getting anything to eat from there- if i go back

Horrible place to go. Seats are rock hard purchased ice cream for me and my son. A guy gave me an overflow cup at the counter. They tried to charge me for the cup when I got there for three ice creams. Then the guy at register offered to pour it in another cup for me so I wont pay for it. With his unclean hands how would offer that while taking money an using a register.? Place is horrible dont go there go to Vallejo go to Emeryville. At least you can put your seat backs and enjoy yourself where you spent your money at. Place needs updated anyway. No reason to go there whatsoever. #Pass

By now I think most people know about the popcorn hack. You know where you buy a large popcorn and ask for the free refill right away. They just put in a bag instead of a tub. But the large drink refill is another story. Typically we would get our refills after the show. But what happens when the concession stand is closed? So I asked the clerk that question. She told me that even though everything was put away, the soda machine still worked and that if I wanted to I could go in and get a refill! Of course when we tried to go into the concession area that was roped off, the security guard said, Hey, their closed. I explained to him what the clerk had told us. He allowed us to go ahead and get our soda refills!

Its convenient for me because its close to my house. Its pretty cool theater, but I seen better. The staff are nice and pretty clean. Of course of over priced foods and drink. Lol but Ill still by those. Lol

I have watched a lot of movies here, and I have enjoyed all of them. This theater is no doubt the best theater Ive ever been to. The only thing I would change is the price of snacks and popcorn. I spend $15 so quickly.

My wife and I had our catalytic converter stolen from our car in the parking lot while we were watching Rocketman. They have a security guard and video surveillance! When we walked out of the theater there were four police cars hassling teenagers. They missed the ACTUAL crime! I have never been back and will never go back. I am an avid moviegoer and theyve lost my business due to complete incompetence. No Stars but I had to put at least one just to write this warning.

There are more criminals patrolling the parking lots from the one closest to the theater, the one across the street, to the one at the plaza upstairs vs one security guard who doesnt give af.Is it worth paying $6.25 or more while your car gets ransacked? Is it worth your familys well being and safety? I would highly advise you check this theaters Yelp reviews or survey the place beforehand yourself before making an educated decision. Safe travels.

This is the Cinemark Theater that made me cancel my Movie Club Memberships. I just moved to the area and this is the only reasonably accessible Cinemark to my house. I do not want to be a regular patron here so I cancelled my membership.Pros - It is located near the Hilltop Mall. Easily accessible from the freeway.Cons - One side of the concessions is always closed causing ridiculously long lines. The theater is always relatively dirty. Popcorn and trash all over the floor and the rarely cleaned.

The premium seating was comfortable but not a drastic enough diff from reg seating to justify the price diff. Popcorn was also stale and cold, the caramel or onion flavored popcorn sample I had wasnt too impressive either. The snacks at the arclight were way better. Also at ticketing I got a membership but they never really told me the benefits or discounts with the membership. I would think id be policy to at least explain the free membership to new customers. So Id say service is also better at the arclight. The only benefit would be the Korean subtitles for my mom. I also felt like they could offer some Korean snacks and be a little diff from the competition. They also only have like three movies or four at a time and not too many showings so I cant say ill be going back often. In addition the membership points dont reflect snack purchases... really?

Took my mother there during a weekday showing, and hardly anyone else in the theater with us, which was nice. The last thing you want is distraction at the movies, which was nice. Over all ambiance: sound was clear, seats were clean and kettle pop corn was on Point!

Go to place for Indian movies in the east bay - Reasonable prices and they have matinee and special prices on certain days - Decent seats and good screen and sound - Parking is a hassle sometimes as it’s always busy

They did not mention in the ticket or anywhere that I cannot carry my backpack inside the theater...nor can I check in anywhere inside..!!.I came all the way from San Francisco taking public transport and in the end wasnt allowed to watch the movie by the Manager Mohammed Illyak. This guy specially was very rude and was not at all helpful in my situation. He carried a very nonchalant face throughout the conversation..I had to go back without watching the movie. This sucks!!!

Theater is good, food good, atmosphere good & clean, but the parking was ridiculous! And look out for Racoons in the parking lot after dark, as it is greenery & they will pop out on you if youre parked wayy dwn at the end like we were after driving in circles 15 minutes or more!!!

Normally, when a person goes to the theater they have their tickets within 5 minutes. There was only ONE person working yesterday so I ended up not being able to see my movie because it had started by the time I got through the line!!!!!! Terrible management with having only ONE ticket person on a Saturday afternoon!

My girlfriend and I were very much looking forward to watch the avengers last night 5/5/19. I purchased the tickets day before through fandingo only to realize i purchased the tickets on wrong day and it was my mistake which i admit and didnt mind repurchasing the tickets. However the manager that evening who was servicing me was extremely rude, incompetent and impatient. Basically he kicked me out of the theater for asking him questions about different showtimes. I tried to call the HR to report him but I was not able to because of lack of information on website. So if i can get in touch with an HR, I would love to report an issue. That manager who did not give me his name is not competent leader.

Friday March 1st I went to the movies with my husband and son to see how to Train your Dragon 2. The girl at the box office basically yelled at me because I didnt tell her that I was trying to use my movie club rewards after she rang us up as a regular customers. I did not appreciate that at all and I go there alot we usually buy the tickets through the app so I didnt know how it worked at the box office. I was appalled by the way I was talked to over something so small. I hope she was just having a bad day but still no reason to be so rude when your in a service position.

Ive been going to cinema in 8 months. I only watched action, comedy and animation. I dont watch drama movies. Movie tickets are pretty cheap except the food prices are pretty high.

We have been coming to this theater since we moved to the area 6 months ago. Great staff, comfortable seats, large concession kiosks. Even with someone on crutches, access to seats is easy. We will become members to save money, so we can go more often.We saw Jumanji yesterday. What fun that movie is! Rarely does a remake top the original, but this one does.

Favorite place for movies. A lot of free parking. Free refills for large drink and large popcorn. A lot of theaters. Sometimes the lines are extremely long for the snacks. Both sides of the snack bar are rarely open lately.
