Great place to watch a movie.Really nice place. The staff are extremely nice and polite. Movie theater is clean in the movie rooms and they also have very clean bathrooms that are located back by the movie rooms and right before you exit the building on your left.I love going here and watching movies.If you like my review, can you PLEASE like me.Thank you.

I have never had a bad experience here. The seats are very comfortable and the staff is great too.

Very cramped everywhere but the actual theaters. Theaters are nice but the seats are unsteady and hard to get up off of or comfortable. Staff was kinda gruff too, not polite or friendly. Wont be making the drive back.

Lots of well-spaced theaters, great sound design, and plenty of seats. Fairly cleanly and comfortable seats, as well. Tickets are cheap and they accept online ticket reservations through Fandango and their website. Concessions are pretty pricy, though, and Id love if the seats were a little spaced apart.

Covid precautions seem to be going well. There are less staff though so it takes a little bit to get snacks.

Best & only Theater in Richmond. Its newer & has all the amenities that you would expect. A nice aspect of the theater is that it isnt usually very crowded, unless you go to opening week of a major movie release.

Always enjoy the movies here. Its clean, bathrooms and theater. Saw Doolittle and enjoyed it very much.

Great local theater comfy seating an not many ppl on weekdays

We had a great time. It was our first time back here in years. It was kind of weird picking our seats out at the ticket booth, but we had a great time

Didn’t check tickets but checked our seat numbers. But didn’t make everyone move only the people who complained. How can you regulate a theater if you didn’t even check to see if people got in free yet the ones who DID pay couldn’t even pick their seat.

Its always a nice and fun experience here! A bit pricey but its expected. Very clean, never any loud people. Would recommend.

Very cold! However, the main complaint is the pre-purchased tickets have assigned seats. We purchased ours so 7 of us could sit together. The folks that took our seats had also had their seats taken. Then it was a mess with another group having purchased the seats we sat in. Not a good beginning. Luckily the movie took my mind off the rocky start.

Pretty clean movie theater and student discounts on Tuesdays so you cant go wrong.

Always pretty clean and fast service! Only thing is that your move ticket will be 7.50 and the popcorn and drink if you choose to get one will be 22.50. Lol

Its higher than the movies at Somerset but good selection

Not impressed. I walked away from getting popcorn or anything else from the concession stand because the young person scooping popcorn was not wearing gloves.The ladys bathroom had only one sink with water barely running out of the faucet.The movie we paid to watch finally came on after 30 minutes of previews. The movie was scheduled for 1:45, it didnt start until 2:15.

Well, its the only movie theater around unless you want to go down to the busiest area of Lexington. I would describe it as a small, laid back theater. Employees are always cool, and the place is kept relatively clean.

Other than the crying infant someone brought to watch IT; we had an awesome time. The people ended up leaving after security came around.

Everything for the most part is great. My only problem was that the volume is always turned up way too loud. Which is the reason I had not been there in over 6 years. It just makes for an uncomfortable experience.

Highly priced but thats to be expected of a movie theater. Everything was pretty clean. Although I dont think a bottle of water should cost almost 4$ but I had a good time watching a movie there. Would recommend. But i dont recommend ever buying snacks there.

Power went out 15 minutes into the movie. After 30 minutes it was still out. Took 3 people to figure out how to refund my money and never even received an apology. Watched them laughing and joking and completely unconcerned with the patrons waiting there

I came here from Berea. While my town has virtually not much to do, not even a movie place, Cinemark was that gem, that Oasis in the middle of the desert, that offered me an escape. It is not as big as movies in big cities, but I it has a lot to offer. For that, I five-stared it.

Would have given 5 stars except that there was something in my seat. I had bites all over my arm and leg. Otherwise the place is in good condition, clean, friendly workers.

This place is way too high. 53.00 to watch a movie with 3 kids. And then 25.00 for 2 scoops of icecream, 2 icees and 2 bags of chips never will I see a movie here again. I only gave a 1 star because they wouldnt let you leave a review if you didnt. Believe me I wouldnt have given even a half of a star

I love going on Monday so I can beat the crowd. The kids working are nice and respectful and the theater is always clean.

I just saw Avengers Endgame, the seats rested my shoulders in front of me because of the shape, and after that 3 hour movie my shoulders felt terrible. Otherwise its a great theater, probably better with shorter movies, also really clean, friendly staff, so one of the better cinemas Ive been to.

Clean facility with lots of screens and variety of show times. Pricing is on par with most local theaters. This location is convenient and close to many restaurants and places to shop.

Great location with lots of show times and promotional pricing based on the day and time of showings. Tuesday’s are $5 ticket days. And the early bird first showing of the day is always the cheapest option any other day of the week. Good concession choices. You can even purchase your tickets ahead of time online and skip the line. Just have your QR code for purchase scanned before walking through to the theater. Would really like to see draft beer served at this location and reclining seats. We will often choose to go to Lexington instead just to have these extra amenities .

They kicked us out of the seats WE PAYED FOR. They made us move to the bottom of the theater. Pop corn was cold. Hated everything about it.

Times shown on the internet are not consistent with theater times. I would say call ahead to make sure it is actually playing but I can get no answer. If you show up just because the internet says it is doesnt mean it will be. 2 bad tasting pops and a sub par popcorn will run you 20 dollars. Its the movies enjoy!

Definitely one of the best theaters around the area. Its still new, so its easy to hold that title for now. Hopefully it stays that way. Seats are comfortable and positioned so that its hard for someone to be blocking your view. Sound quality is great, as expected. Concessions is pricey, as expected.

Theater was fairly clean, price the was reasonable, BUT it was uncomfortably cold.. asked manager to turn the heat up but they didnt.. very uncomfortable!!!! You may want to dress warm.

I love this place, I have been going to this place for about 10 years and it pretty good, nice seating, but its always a bit chilly so bring a jacket!

One of the best movie theaters Ive ever been to. Always friendly service. Very clean everywhere except for some pieces of popcorn on the floor. Highly recommend! 5 2+years later and its still nice but past 3 visits the concession stand has been very slow and very expensive. 3.5

The only theater in town, but luckily its on the nicer side. Only issue is that some of the internal theaters have sound issues. Most have been fixed, but it occasionally slips back up. Concessions are expensive, but ultimately are industry standard. 3D and Digital film mostly, no IMAX.

Went to see Halloween on Sunday, the 2PM showing. There were only two girls working behind the counter and they were swamped. No ice, drink machine nearly empty. These two girls could barely keep up. Management you need to do a better job with having ample staff on hand, especially when you have a huge block buster movie playing. I felt bad for those two girls.

Visited cinemark on saturday with my grandson, accidentally left my louis vuitton wristlet and didnt realize it until 2 days later. called them up and there it was with all my belongings! couldnt have been happier! TRUSTED STAFF!!!!!!

Cinemark are a chain of theaters that judging by the Cinemark in my town give you the experience of a locally owned theater decades ago. The look and feel of the theater really takes you back to a time when movies were important. Not only are there posters for classics like Casablanca, Rebel Without A Cause and other films of The Golden Era...........but in the front lobby in my theater there is also a poster for La Dolce Vita.These posters are just one example at how Cinemark cares about the history of film and giving the viewer a quality experience that is rarely ever seen anymore.

Watched Avengers Endgame, theatre was clean, kettle corn was addictive as ever.

Its a chain movie theater. The current management and crew are nice and welcoming but if you are looking for a classic movie experience got to Lexington.

This Theater has great screens, movie treats and etc. However it was mid july and Hot Hot Hot inside the theater almost unbearable.

The picture and sound quality is excellent.The concessions are pretty good, as is the movie selection.I would recommend recruiting more staff to help run the place, but overall, I love this cinemas.
