OMG where do I start with this place.... they are hands down one of the best shops around by far. They are well staffed and always have someone quick to help you no matter how busy they are. My Dad and I both are returning customers here for a could years now and I dont think Ive ever purchased a bad jar of buds here. My Dad loves it as much as I do. And they Always have some great deals going on especially for returning customers. They also have a wide variety of products too. All kinds of accessories for your whatever needs. And they Always have consistency with products too so your not having to guess what to get. Plus they have new products in all the time too so you wont get tired or bored of the same ol stuff. I love how they have a glass and head shop rt downstairs too so its really convenient to go to both in one stop. Parking is never a problem as well. You gotta add this to your gotta do list if you are in the neighborhood or just passing by. Mary Janes is a quality place to go to no doubt!

Alex was super helpful and very knowledgeable. Told me about some famous glass maker items and some great local talent. He allowed us to browse freely. Nice selection of pieces and CBD product. The in house glass is REALLY NICE and I highly recommend getting at least one of their items.

They act like since their glass is artisan its worth 3 figures. All glasswork is artisan, Im not paying $150 (minimum) for a pipe.

They have some outrageously priced pieces but they also have stuff that is reasonably priced as well. Where this place really shines is the staff! They are patient, always willing to answer questions, let you handle pieces. Their friendly demeanour and good selection has brought me and my friends back multiple times. Cannot recommend this place enough.

One if the priciest places Ive gone. Ive visited places in Renton, Bellevue, Seattle and Kirkland recently and this one was the most expensive. Lots of product and a huge parking lot. I just wont return due to the prices.

The girls at the shop were very nice and helpful. However, the company policy IS NOT customer friendly. We purchased a vaporizer, floor model. We attempted to turn it on, however it was not turning on because it turned out to be defective. We spoke to the girls, and they informed us that due to company policy they cannot refund us the purchase that we had made not even 10 minutes ago. We can only exchange or get a store credit. The product we purchased was not available in their store so we had to drive half an hour away to get it replaced. Really sucks, because we enjoyed the store and the employees but their company policy makes it hard to EVER want to shop there again.

I purchased a vape pen at 50% markup, telling them the cartridge I needed it to work with. When I got home, it didn’t work with the cartridge. They would not refund (2 hours later) even though they said it would work. They are super apologetic and nice about it though. I would not recommend or return due to store policy.

Bought a torch for 50$ it broke in less than a week and i only used it maybe 10 times, took it in to return it and well i couldnt. Didnt have the receipt because the nice lady that checked me out told me my receipt was on file, lol. Never bought something and kept the box anticipating it to break but guess there’s a lesson for me.

Never have coil replacements for items they sell. Just poor service all the way around. *Addition: went back for a basic vape battery and was told the warehouse was out. No matter what I go in for they are always out with some piss poor excuse. This is just a way over priced glass shop. P.S. There is a vape store behind the 7-11 across the street. Do yourself a favor and run from Mary Janes. I cut up my loyalty card
