Shana is the worst realtor! She spent more time speaking to the live-in seller than with me.. THE BUYER. She was always late and even no showed to appointments. She brought the broker Gino with her and was making out with him during our interactions. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. When my offer was accepted and the inspection was done, it took a week for me to hear that the property is an “as-is sale”. Which was not disclosed anywhere previously. Shana acted like this was the word of God and literally told me I had 1 hour to decide (after 1 week of waiting) because she had other offers and I was welcome to walk away.Todd the owner, is a joke. I requested a new realtor and he told me to be an adult and grin and bear it because the process was nearly over. However, my realtor ceased communication weeks before my sale closed and I had to deal with closing alone.Nina in the office was the only helpful person! If it wasn’t for her, I would’ve walked away.

I was trying to buy a mobile in Sun Valley, and the realtor was appleonia, she was nice at first great communication (so I thought ) so I put in a offer on the house. She didn’t even let the owner of the house know I put in a offer( I know this because I stopped by and talked to the owner ) because she was trying to get the house for one of her friends,. who was trying to illegally run his business off of her property. she told me that the highest offer would get the house, so when I put my offer in she left her friend know so he could put in a higher offer and then when the owner of the house approved me (after she denied her friend because she found out about his business and that he wanted to run it out of her property ) they harassed me and the owner. I would not recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 starts I absolutely would.

Michelle sold our home in Donner Springs quickly. She was great to work with and was always positive. Her and her husband helped remove large items from our home at no cost and that is still shocking to us this day. They went above and beyond for us. Thanks again -Jeff

If you are in the market for a mobile do not go anywhere else. Michelle was so helpful. She drove all over Carson helping me find the right home. I was going through a hard time and was on a tight budget. She helped me find the home for my kids and I quickly.

My father-in-law bought a house we used Michelle Andrade. She was super awesome she answered all our questions. She really cared and listened to what he was looking for. She went above and beyond when we counters with an offer and made it happen. He is super happy with his purchase. And we will refer friends and family to Michelle.

Charge for restocking a part they would have to put back anyway. With todays issues you would think that would be waived.

Pretty disappointed with Tim and Michelle. Originally met with Michelle who said things like I just sold a house nearby last week and theyre selling pretty quick. We were paying them 4500 off the top and all they did was post to their website. Hardly ever heard from either of them the whole 6 months we tried to sell our house, they only brought one person in for viewing, and when we did hear from them it was to lower the price over and over.

I am currently working with Michelle Andrade. She is great at communicating and educating my family and I on the current market. She makes home shopping during a pandemic fun! Thank you Michelle!

The agent we dealt with was nice enough but lacked truthful oversight. Both he and the seller said the house would be clean inside, outside and READY to move in to. The seller did NOTHING. She left the place a disgraceful, filthy mess. She even left old furniture in the house. We had to pay to have stuff hauled to the junk yard and spent 40 hours cleaning before we dared move in. We were delayed nearly two days moving time while on a very tight schedule. Evidently building good public relations with proper oversight and by telling the truth doesnt mean anything to White Knight. I give them a minus 10.

If you want to sell your house, dont use them as they do not work with other Realty companies, not even their own. I Tried to make an offer on a property and the realtor completely ignored my text and refused because it was below the sellers lowest point, but that is what a counter offer is for.

Todd from the parts department fixed us up with a new door. He knew exactly what we needed and gave us a few pointers. He even met us after hours so we could pick the door up on the weekend. These guys are simply great!
