We have lived in Wellington Estates for almost four years. We have gone through three park managers, Christine being our fourth and we have nothing but great things to say about her and her Husband Joe. They are an amazing team. Quick to respond to any need and have made the community great once again. Christine even emailed me one day about my garage door being left open which we never do! So I truly appreciated all that her and Joe did for us and our time at Wellington Estates.

IVE BEEN THERE SENSE 2004 AN THE NEW MANAGEMENT IN THE LAST YEAR HAS BEEN THE BEST EVER!! HER AN HER HUSBAND HAVE MADE A HUGE IMPROVEMENT IN THE COMMUNITY AN FOR THE FIRST IS WILL TO HELP ANY OF THE RESIDENCE THAT LIVE THERE...THANKS AGAIN JOE AND CHRISTINE!

Great place to live. Christine and her team go above and beyond to ensure a clean, well maintained and safe place to live! She is quick to help and is always friendly. Love this place!

Community feels like they just crammed as many houses in as possible, and with a perpetual space rent over $700, even a 2 bed, 2 bath house with garage for $115k isnt really a good deal.Not sure how someone convinced people that owning and renting at the same time was a good idea, but it definitely seems like the worst of both worlds.Judgement, and lamenting aside, the community does seem to be well managed (clean and tidy, and I hear it gets plowed as soon as theres snow). There is a pool, and some other amenities, but I had a hard time absorbing the information once I heard pricing info.Could be a good first home to build equity with a lower credit score?

A nice community. I enjoy how the garages are attached to the next home an its not wall to wall. More privacy and less noise to be carried through. Sometimes staff can be rude an cut you off mid sentence because they think they know what youre gonna say but are wrong because they cut you off then attitudes start up and you end up back to square 0.

Not alot of space to park your car for visiting relatives & friends or youll get ticketed by a night security. Its ok place but space is limited. Home is home buying or renting but may rent your garages (seems additional forced on your monthly bills). Its cleans & quiet but not the greatest on space.

Lovely tight knit little community.

Friend lives there. His space rent is more than his mortgage! Ridiculous!
