Made to wait until last month of my lease of where I live now and came to apply for loan made an appointment and the day of they told me they couldn’t do it. They always made up an excuse for me to come back and leave work early. They are not organized at all I’ve been coming back and forth for 2 months trying to live here but they suck at good customer service.

Very high density. Typical for mobile home parks. Reasonably well maintained, replacement cycle of old units helps this park. A lot of speed bumps.

Nice place to live but new management sucks. Had to repaint my trailer because they said it was too dark when the previous managers had already approved it.

This place is okay only for the more out of downtowns monotony. Otherwise, I would not highly recommend this place all that often. There are better places than this one.

Everytime Ive come to check on a trailer no one is in the office. It kind of worries me to live there alot of kids everywhere.

I am planning to move here. The staff has been very friendly and welcoming. They have been patient and extremely kind to us.

The owner and her husband are wonderful people. I had a wonderful experience living there. If anything is broken they make sure to come out and fix it immediately. I would definitely recommend them to anyone renting.Recent Update: me and my husband have recently come back to live here, and Deborah wormington the owner is always so sweet and helpful to our needs. Her and her Husband who is also the maintenance person always makes us feel welcome and at home. I have never lived in a place that I felt so secure knowing they truly care about how we are doing. Makes you feel good to come home knowing that you dont need to worry.

Another mobile home park making improvements to make a nice community in the north valley area. Adding new rental homes for the ever growing rental demands of a booming economy. Just a stones throw from Amazon and other new business in the area.

It very clean, friendly & busy. Everyone knows everyone. Like a family. Love it & the employees r really friendly & nice. Couldnt ask for a better place to bowl!

Lived here long time ago... lots of good memories.

I have family that live here. Some of the homes are trailers and some are modular. They just installed a bunch of brand new never lived in modulars. Theyre really nice.

The owners are great and we have very good neighbors. Its convenient, clean, and relatively inexpensive. It works for a home away from home.

Not much to look at. Homes varied from well kept to shoddy. No consistency. Some lots have gorgeous view of the valley. Dont know if Im too picky.

The managers exploit, badger, bully, and dominate. Lived there 20+years. STAY AWAY,KEEP YOUR FAMILY SAFE!
