Well kept Mobile Home Park. Very clean and quiet unlike many around the Reno/Sparks area.

While I was waiting to get a place to live I was staying with my granddaughter helping with her 3 children so she could work on see art work very talented girl. The pictures see out front or her place we gave to her are Out Door Furniture made from a tree about 223 Years ago little weathers but still standing.

I have lived and worked in the Stead area for 27 years and I can only go by what I have been told by families that live or have lived in the trailer park. It is extremely difficult to get things done when you notify the office of a problem. Some areas look nice, where others are filthy. There is no standard for the outer appearance. One lot looks very nice and the lots on both sides look like a dump. I would never let anyone in my family live there and would help my friends who wanted out to find a better place to live and raise thier families.

The property manager is so over intrusive! They constantly threaten to fine you over every little thing!

If your wanting to rent or buy from this trailer park there are so many rules of what you and cannot do the requirements there asking for some are ridiculous all cars have to be legal with insurance registration ex... Only two cars allowed in your driveway no parking on street your dog must tagged and or neutered cats have to be spayed your fence has to be low clearance so the neighbors pulling out of driveway is able to see. Any family or friends are only allowed to stay for up to a week. You must keep your property outside clean they dont want to see messed must keep it clean lawn must kept cut I mean theres just so many things you must do to be able to live there which I think is just stupid sorry but it is I do not recommend this place to people who have problems with other people giving them ultimatums its your place you should be able to do and live how you want

This place is incredibly invasive. They perform inspections on an implied basis that they feel allows them onto your property at any time for any reason. The manager, Pam, takes great pride in attacking others. This is an incredibly dishonest business. Be warned, THEY WILL ENTER YOUR HOME. Lock your doors or get surveillance. If you choose to live here prepare to be micro-managed to the fullest extent. Dont take my word, go ask residents, especially about the manager Pam.

I currently live here, and Ive lived here for four years, and I have to say, Ive been satisfied with the way that the community has shaped up. Just go to Google Earth and hit View previous maps. Things may have gone, but they also came. The employees are polite, and the park management are prompt. SSMHC is a great place to live.

It is a nice quiet place to live and the staff is very helpful.

Horrible. The feeling I get from this place is discrimination, especially from the two office ladies Pam and Shelby. I know they play favorites, they pick on people who they think can’t defend themselves. I see others getting away with rules they break and others that don’t. UNFAIRNESSToo many small rules that are unbelievably stupid.

I lived there for 4 years and found it to be a very good Mh park in all ways. I would definitely recommend it to qualified tenants.

Quite community and buying is better than paying someone elses mortgage.

If I could give less than one star I would. This is an incredibly invasive place to live. There are constant inspections, nasty notes taped on your door citing what is wrong with your space or mobile, intimidations and threats. Pam is the worst manager. Horrendous attitude. DONT EVEN CONSIDER MOVING HERE unless you have no other place to go. I could tell horror stories about the office nazi. Trying to find another reasonably priced home is difficult to find for the average person and this place takes full advantage of people that have no options

Where do i begin?... The groundskeepers half ass everything that they do, I dont know if this is to keep them having something to do, or if they just dont give a crap, but seems like nothing is done right... And Pam in The office is absolutely horrendous... Any time you ask for them to make repairs to what they claim is theirs ( anything planted or cemented in the ground) they would come up with a grocery list of things they want you to do before they do anything. Random inspections around the lots, so expect lots of threatening notes and it seems like its a case by case basis on who is allowed to have what on the property. They are biased on animals, claiming pitbulls are not allowed, yet I know at least 3 people that own them there.. They have plenty of handicapped senior citizens living there that are on limited income and can not afford to fix some of the problems that are plaguing their homes, yet sierra shadows insists that they fix cosmetic things immediately or risk being evicted for breach of contract...nevermind the fact that some of their homes are leaking and there is a major possibility of mold, yet sierra shadows wont offer to fix things on a payment plan... Some of the landlords that own multiple trailers just dont care about their homes it seems, opting to fix cosmetic things rather that making them livable structures, I.E. sinking, leaking, or just plain falling apart... On the other hand, its a ok place to settle if you absolutely have to, just hope you dont have to stay long...

If you are not a stead kid you do not know shite about this trailer park! That should be enough said but Ima talk about it for a minute so I can get my extra points for making a detailed review. So being that as it may if you are a stead kid you already know was good what this trailer park and you know who to watch out for and you know who is OG status. You know whats good in the summer time with the pool and then night time swim meets giggity. So yeah I think this is a long enough review 4 the trailer park that I owe so hated but loved growing up. So if youre really read all of this get a life LOL JK JK LOLOLOL

I live here and its awesome the people and the workers great place for families

They are sooo picky. And they will go months letting you do something then randomly come complaining about it. Kids are loud snd outta controle here.

The General Manager Pam short lady with bobcut is beyond rude, there is no privacy with this lady this women will go in your backyard or yard with no prior permission & has an authority complex. No clothing line allowed, cost to use the laundry 25$ key not including quarters, she breaks the rules for her pets no leash in the pool area but she has no sympathy for a service dog helping an owner pool cost 35$ to utilise every month.. They harass renters about small crap blinds instead of curtains, no locks on gates or latches. She is rude to all tenants.
