55+ community, a lot of nice residents and the dogs are super friendly

I love this place!

Had a family taco party in the clubhouse in December of 2019. The clubhouse is a excellent place to entertain...lots of room for whatever you want to do but still small enough to be manageable. There is also lots of parking around the building.They are gracious enough to let residents reserve and use the space free of charge...I’ve lived in apartments before where you could reserve a clubhouse but they always charged a fee so that’s nice.There is a full kitchen that has lots of extra serving dishes and utensils in case you forget anything. The space is well maintained and clean. They recently upgraded the flooring and it looks great!There are plenty of tables and chairs that you can set up in order to configure your event any way you want it along with a comfortable seating area near the fireplace and a pool table in the back so your quests can spread out and have conversations without having to compete with any other activities you have going on.All in all, a great space!

It was well kept.

Very nice,quiet,clean.And if you have a little dog well than there going to have a lot of friends.Just the little time I was visiting a friend saw 3 little guys .Just remember you have to be 55 or older to reside there if you are looking for a place theres a nice mobile home for sale in the park.no up keep theres a grounds keeper and what a good job he does it was probably the cleanest park Ive seen in a while.

This is a retirement community purlie I do a lot of trailer maintenance and services and meanwhile is a very quiet and calm environment if you are a retiree looking for a good place to go ahead and put a mobile of some kind or buy a mobile they have many for sale you would probably be best ventured off to look into this community very calm very cool very collect and meanwhile if you are interested their office is more than friendly and willing to go ahead and advise you on which is the best way to go highly recommended great place for a retiree

Very peaceful over 55 community

Ive lived here for 11 years it use to be safe But not now. I just had a guy two weeks ago trying to break into my back door. Cops were called. Said we needed security in the park. But thats not happing. They even have a picture of this guy. And we even have people steieling things.

This is a great place to live with a nice clubhouse, pool area, and even a gym. The residents are very friendly.

The way they have the spaces numbered is ridiculous

Park manager is awful. Border line elder abusive.
