Hot tub has been broken for close to 9 months if not more, all the pools have been shut down due to work being done on them, they also finally hired a new grounds keeper so hopefully they start some much needed upkeep

I was offered a position three weeks ago on maintenance team than hired 9 days ago reported to work as ordered this morning and than they tell me an hour and a half later my offer was rescinded!! Ya....Ok. CoolThanks guys real cool

Gorgeous park.

Visited friends their management is horrible. They dont give answers and the one they do are all lies about the disasters in this park. Over 2 years and nothing gets fixed and the lot rent keeps going up. Gotta love corporations who dont care.

Very nice community, I know a number of folks who live here and they like it.

My wife and I purchase a home here almost 3 years ago and are very happy and content. It is a peaceful and very Serene place to live. I would most definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for a home. Have a nice day.

I did live there. I can not live there. The space rent is so crazy. What I live on? I had to down size. Sunvilla is one of the experience places. If the space rent didnt go up 2 times a year

Isnt very disabled friendly. Allows households with more cars than they have parking to take the parking supposedly for visitors. The monthly space fee is way to much for the services that are offered by the park. This is my opinion only.

I love this place

The place looks decent. but there are times i see a few of the homes look like they need repair. The pool looks like it needs a few more cleanings. The manager dave in the office is a friendly guy and is very knowledgable of the community and can answer any questions you may have.

Good quite community. Kinda strick rules, but ive never had a complaint. Year round hot tub is awesome. Always clean too.

Rents too high, all workers do nothing for you. waiting for you to die or cant afford to live there and take to sell your home.

Management is horrible, rent is way to high and the rules change as management seems fit.
