Great views, nice staff, great community use building and facilities in a family environment.

Seems like a very nice place to live. I am able to install a floor for one of the residents that live there. Very thankful for the work. Just Floor it!

Tipical trailer park overpriced

Considering what this place is, there are some really incredible views looking into the south east part of the valley. Some units are really nice and you can enjoy sunrise as well, but some really don’t seem to do any maintenance on their spaces or their units. It’s a nice place but I would be cautious before taking any rentals here as the units are not allowed to be rented out by the management company.

A play ground right next to a busy intersection that is only going to get busier with new connectors being built. Not so good for kids. Should have picked a better spot inside your community, not on the edge next to traffic. At least put some protective barriers up, preferably shrubs to combat the fumes and noise.

The staff is very nice! They explain everything in detail, and will explain it again if needed. They actually take time to sit and make sure their answer is understood. Also they give extra resources, and show you methods to make better use of the Wells Fargo bank account.

Space rent is extremely high. Property management is very strict, but cannot be found when residents encounter a problem. For these reasons, I would not recommend coming to live in this community.

Been living here for more than a couple of years. Every year, more than a couple times a year, they always have problems with plumbing. So water will be shut off for more than a day. This latest event with the plumbing, someone that works in the community messed it up. So more than a couple of us tenants living here has been having issues for nearly a week. And the only thing the manager can say is its in your contract to fix it yourself. When theyre the ones who messed it all up! I definitely do not recommend ANYONE that is thinking of living here! Even when trying to call them, they do not answer their phones. Theyre not even in their office majority of the time!!!

It was quite run down but is looking much better now that it is a going concern again. Somewhat overpriced but the views can be fantastic

Park to be really nice like its always been but I need to clean up the neighbors the ones on Lucy up trash everywhere possible on that straight side the back yard is full of s*** in the front is covered with old carpeting and they fight constantly keep me awake in my house the drugs and the people are not much better theyre just loud I dont want to give you a house number but I hope you figure it out thank you the Views incredible

Nice quite place to live with a view. Theyhave horrible management. The water and power is always out. My parents live here and they are always having no water without notice. I would not recommend this place to any seniors who need air conditioning or need power constantly. They are very inconsistent. Management usually leaves early on Fridays even though they should close at 5. Horrible management.

Its not the cleanest, lots of rude hispanics and white trash at the pool. The pool gate sticks bad and gets locked without notice. Some places are real nice and others are trashed.

Awesome mobile home community

I love this place i found a lot of friends and the noises around the houses it is so quiet.

Amazing view of Downtown Reno. Looks like they are looking for excuses to kick people out because they know how valuable that land is and probably want to sell to some developers.
