Im an old guy, 62 yrs old, but I had a blast playing a game at this shop over the Labor Day weekend. The staff was more than helpful in explaining the how to. I would definitely do this again if in the area. Thanks

Weve been here twice. The first time we brought just our family. My oldest loved it so much he decided to have his 12th birthday party here. It was a big hit with the kids and the employee did a good job getting everyone set up with their games.

The employee, Josh, was very helpful. I brought young kids for a birthday party, he helped adjust everything to help out with their understanding of the games. He also pulled out a table and garbage to help with the food. I really appreciate his helpfulness and positive attitude.. We didnt feel unwelcome or a inconvenience, a nice and laid back environment. I will come here again

We were first timers with VR here. They made it easy to understand and use. We had a great time. Id love to go again.

Fun place. We booked an hour that can be shared, but it has to be shared one after the other. We talked him into doing it at the same time so we didnt have to wait for each other but it took some persuading. Needed a little more oversight from the help to change games. If you are patient it is a good experience. 30 minutes for gaming was plenty for us.

These guys are great! Any chance I have to bring my kids out to play here, I do. Its a little spendy, but worth it. The customer service is great, any time there has been a problem with the equipment, staff has always compensated for lost time and then some. There are so many games to choose from, everybody in my family has their favorites. There are a variety of multiplayer games that you can play with each other in as well--this is where I see the value--its too much for me to drop big $$$ on multiple VR headsets and computers to run and troubleshoot them at home, I can leave all that cost and headache to these guys. So fun to come out and play!

Great place to gather with family and friends.

I was initially intimidated by my first virtual reality experience, but it immediately exceeded my expectations! The staff was diligent about guiding me to use the equipment and the games were seriously addicting! The quality of the technology paired with the comfortable facility made me want to bring more friends for date night next time. I heard they will be hosting tournaments, which seems entertaining and well probably check it out. Five stars for sure

This place is so cool! What a unique and fun experience. They have some really fun games you can play in groups. The dodgeball game was a blast as was Zombies. I feel like the prices were decent. I will definitely be back.

Ive been a few times and have loved it every visit. They have a couple dozen games to choose from, both single player and multiplayer. The play area is sectioned off into different booths by physical walls & the VR headsets are well configured so you dont have to worry about accidentally punching anything (or anyone!). Their pricing is the most affordable that Ive seen in the area and they have regular sales and discounts, so you dont have to feel like youre breaking the bank to experience VR. My one objection is that their Beat Saber library has trimmed down considerably since the last time I was there. Else, a fantastic place to go play in a virtual world for an hour or so!

They have some pretty fun games for a decent price, and the staff are really nice and willing to work with the customers. A word of caution for people who get motion sickness easily: don’t play any games where your character walks around. I made the mistake of playing the haunted house game where the character walks through a haunted house and I got really really nauseated. But the games are great!

I am not much of a video game person, but I thought it was hysterical to do date night here with a few friends. Everyone looks a little ridiculous, but it is a pretty different experience playing VR and its fun. A little more on the pricey side.

If you haven’t experienced VR. This is a great place for you to go! With the ability to join up in multiplayer, turn your date night into an elic evening as you virtually play dodgeball, slay zombies, defend castles, or scare your pants off playing out a horror story! The VR arcade environment and staff are great!

We walked in without any appointment (not recommended) and were able to play for 30 min. It was great! The person there made sure we all connected and were able to play against each other. The whole experience was excellent.

This a fun place to spend some time with friends and family. We had a big group and the 1 employee there handled it extremely professionally and efficiently. Some of the games I played were a little buggy but overall a great experience.

Pretty cool, equipment sometimes stopped working. Worst part was somebody got the form pieces in the helmet sweaty, pretty gross but I understand they were replaceable.

State of the art fun!!! Walk in or book your hour on line. Great for groups or date night or individuals. My teen would live there if I would let him. $25.00 an hour to play.

We reserved all 8 stations for two hours for a large group activity here and it was amazing! Plenty of room to sit with nice couches, great computer equipment, easy to use, etc. They even allow you to bring in your own food!Everyone in the group loved it! If you have a large group, I 100% recommend this place. VR Arcade has the cheapest price per hour Virtual Reality gaming I have found anywhere, and Tuesdays are half off so it is even better! Definitely come here if you want to try out some virtual reality.Also, the employees are super helpful and nice. Cooper was the employee who helped us and he was excellent! He was very attentive and quick to help when people were stuck on a game or didnt know how to do something. A+++ employee

Best date night ever!!!!! Soo much fun!! My husband wanted to go and now I recommend it to everyone. We shared a time slot the first time and played best saber and super hot. Second time we did team playing of Quiver. It was so much fun. Takes a few minutes to figure out controls usually, but once you do it is so life like and really really fun!

I’m not a gamer but this place is so fun! They have a ton of games, and you can link up with other booths to play with your friends. The staff was available and willing to help with beginners.

Love this place. Ive gone at least 15 times. You have to go enough to try all the games there are some fun unique experience.

VR is really fun. We enjoyed our visit and will go again but we will try and find a time when we can get two for one or something. It is worth paying full price if you havent done it but I felt like it was a little expensive. If you are serious about visiting this place consider creating your own steam account and buying some games there. I believe if you do that you get your first hour free. But like I said, call first and find out.

My 10, 9, & 6 yr old girls love this place! There favorite game is job simulator where they are supposed to cook meals, but instead they have fun trashing the kitchen. They walked the plank this time and loved that game. Great customer service too!!

This was great! They had ten booths so they could easily accomodate our group of six. Reservations online were easy and they had reasonable prices. All of my kids from age 8 to 13 really liked it, but it was a little difficult for the 8 year old. They watch an instructional video before using the VR and he may not have paid close attention. It would be great for the employee to have a quick sum up of the important control functions. They could also use some sort of signal button or something if they need help that people could activate from their booth if there is a problem as getting the headset off to get an employee and then back on is sometimes a little more interuptive to the experience.We also really appreciated the couches at every booth for those that were there watching!

This place is really nice. They have eight booths each with its own VR headset. They have a wide selection of games so its pretty easy to find a game youll enjoy.

Best VR venue for groups - price and atmosphere are great. I recommend Smashbox.. This place has a great selection of games. Tough Ill admit, VR junkies has a larger selection of single campaign games (but who goes out to play solo??)

My boys and their friend had so much fun here that they bought the game they played here on Xbox and Steam at home. As their dad, it was fun watching them react to their enemies. There are comfortable couches for watchers to sit on.

We called 3 times and left a message trying to make a reservation and they never answered or called back. When we got there without a reservation we had to wait 45 min for the one guy working to help us although there were enough open booths for our party the entire time. A lot of the booths weren’t working so our party wasn’t able to get booths next to each other. Then we wasted a chunk of our time waiting a while for him to set up multiplayer and the microphones. The main problem is they are way understaffed. Not a good experience. Would not recommend.

The actual VR experience was amazing! Tech worked smoothly and my friends and I had tons of fun. The attendant however was slow to serve people, not only us. I understand its a difficult thing to set up especially multiplayer but I dont feel like the time restriction is fair then. I brought friends who had never been before and we lost probably 5-10 minutes due to set up. I wont be coming during full price times to only get a percentage of what I payed for.

It was fun and it was exciting. A new experience. I would highly recommend for anyone!

This place is great. I’ve enjoyed periodically going to VR junkies in the mall for almost a year, but I just found out about this place in Provo that’s quite a bit cheaper.

Ive been twice so far. The first time was incredible and flawless, probably a five star experience. The second time my headset was uncomfortable (padding messed up), and the lenses were super smudged and scratched, a remote quit working and the employee wasnt super helpful. I didnt get a punch card until my second time, after having paid for several friends... But, all in all it is a great place. Good selection of games. Space pirates, Arizona sunshine, beat saber, and quiver are favorites. The venue is usually pretty empty, and the price is a little steep, but they offer so many discounts that is easy to get half of for multiple people.

Took my kid here for his birthday with his friend. I like that we were able to reserve a VR booth and time online so we did not have to worry about waiting. The kids had a great time playing. They were able to connect the two booths together so they were playing in the same game.Seating was comfortable. I watch my kids laugh and play for two hours. Looking forward to returning.

Second time here. The experience is amazing. Its so fun. The owners are very fair and easy to work with. Had a party in the back and found the area to be plenty big and suitable for all our needs. Cant wait to go back. If youve never tried this, no matter your age, you should. Its very worthwhile.

My autistic son had been begging to go here for a father son activity, so I caved in and took him not expecting much. First I had to reschedule our appointment because I had a meeting come up at work. The guy I talked to was very nice and moved the appointment with no questions asked. When we arrived the person working was very patient and kind to my son, that needs extra help with basic instructions. He helped my son change games, explained rules of games to him, and basically personally took time to make sure my son had fun. The entire time my son would repeat This is epic! Great experience and people. I will definitely take my family there again.

Always fun! I like when the employees get us set up and going so we can all be in the same game but tonight the employee didnt help us...we were basically on our own. Still had fun though!

Went here for my bachelor party. The staff is way chill. The environment was really cool and fun. And the games were a blast!Not only can you play really interactive VR games by yourself, but there are also several multi player games which you can play with your friends in other booths.I dont like video games, but I spent an hour here and wished I could spent the whole day. It was such an incredible experience to be immersed in games like that.Id highly recommend checking this place out. I know Ill be back frequently.

Absolutely amazing !!! We brought 11 people adults and children and played for an hour !!! First time at this location and second time for some of us with VR. This setup is way better then Zero Latency... The team was awesome helping those of us that needed help getting adjusted and moving through the experience . By the end of our time ... none of us wanted to leave :) we could of gone another hour!! It went by so fast!!! And it was so awesome!!! Our kids ..twin 8 yr old boys and our 10 yr old daughter loved the experience !!! Great customer service and amazing price for the experience, I would have paid double :) Thank you guys for marking a memorable experience for our family !! We loved playing the team games :) it was so cool seeing everyone in the games :) An awesome addition to our family vacation :)

This is definitely the best VR place in Provo. They have a much friendlier and just overall better atmosphere than the others. Plus they have a wide variety of games, and its just loads of fun. Its truly a great experience!

Had a ton of fun here. Prices were reasonable, and the staff was helpful since it was the first time doing VR for most of us. They had a variety of games. The robot invasion game was my favorite.

Awesome service. Have plenty of Games. Maybe they could add headphones so people watching can listen in. But they dont need it. The inside has a good aesthetic, and is obvious when you walk in, that everythings there for a reason. You can call for help, like connecting to a multi-player game. The rules are clear, and once your inside the headset everything melts away. Maybe in the future they have bigger sections, but thats impossible in this location. Used the space well, and its so entertaining. Customer service is great, and they are friendly. The wait time doesnt affect your game time, and they cant change that at this location. All in all, this is awesome. 10/10 would VR again.

This was my first experience with Virtual Reality tech and it blew my mind! Virtual Experience has top of the line equipment and provides the PERFECT “virtual experience” (hence the name haha ) . A friend introduced us to this and we will FOR SURE be going back! That’s saying a lot because we actually live 40 minutes from it! Prices are fantastic and perfect for a double date, party, etc.

Very cool setup with 10 individual stations with a VR headset and two controllers. Each station also has a monitor and a couch for outside observers. Highly recommended.

My grown kids were here for thanksgiving and I thought it would be fun for them. I had no intention of playing but they really wanted me to try it. It was amazing. It transported me into a new, very believable dimension it was so much fun . I have recommended it to my 82 year old mother.

Took my teenage son who loved the virtual reality experience. We each played 1 hour. Currently Tuesdays have BOGO deal. Buy one hour and a second person gets an hour free. A fun time with a variety of games and experiences.

We rented out the entire venue for our networking event. Plenty of space for our group and enough booths to give everyone ample time in VR. Employees were responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend and will likely book again.
