We spent around six hours here and still didnt do everything! The biggest hit was the mini bowling lanes for small children...they loved it! We also loved the laser tag! The prices are great right now and well worth it. Enjoy an ice cream or a meal without leaving as well! If you want to skip the crowds go early and youll be able to socially distance. I will definitely take the kids here for exercise during the winter months.
What a fun spot!! There are so many different options that you can’t possibly get bored. Great for big groups or dates or anything. The bowling is great, the wave rider is hilarious, there’s all kinds of laser tag and climbing and games...what a cool place!
I love Provo Beach Resort. There is something there for everyone! Laser tag, ropes course, bowling, croquet/mini-golf, arcade games, merry-go-round, etc. Arcade games actually work and the place is super clean! Perfect for family outings, office parties and game nights.
Provo Beach was a lot of fun. If you do the Day Pass it is a great value. Our family loved the laser tag which you get to do twice with that pass. Bowling and the ropes course was also a lot of fun. The mini croquet seemed run down and lame but part of that is probably due to the fact that we have no idea how to play croquet. Rules posted somewhere would’ve been helpful. The day pass also comes with five dollars to spend at the arcade. A bunch of the games were not working including the ski ball which took my money and didn’t work. But that is OK since the laser tag, ropes course and bowling made up for all the short comings Provo beach had offer. All in all this is a really cool place to spend your time.
We had a birthday party there today and it was really fun. They had so much to do it was truly a great place. Every thing was clean and the staff was very kind. The only complaint I have was the pizza, we ordered pepperoni but they literally gave us one pepperoni for each slice. That would be my only complaint.
The staff is always friendly and helpful and so many fun things to do. My grandkids love this place!
We recently visited Provo beach to celebrate my sons birthday. I had an issue with an activity card and the customer service was outstanding. The staff was friendly to work with and very helpful.Everything was very clean. Disinfecting wipe stations are set up to keep high touch surfaces clean. The thing that will keep me coming back is the wide variety of activities. We played laser tag, and did the ropes course. Both were awesome. I really like how the ropes course was open and above everything. I was able to watch everyone in our group master different challenges. The real highlight for my son was the FlowRider and it did not disappoint. I cant highly recommend this enough. Our group was able to surf and have fun for an hour. All the kids thought it was epic and they cheered each other on while they tried new surfing tricks. Some kids in the group had never been on a FlowRider, they were able to pick it up fast and have fun. The locker rooms were large and very clean. They have showers and changing stalls. This made it easy for everyone to shower off and get back to some friendly competition at the arcades. The kids were entertained for hours. My daughter is already planning to bring her friends next time. As a parent this is a win in my book!We are looking forward to coming back to try the bowling and other activities. This is a great location to have a party or just some family fun.
Our family has always enjoyed coming to Provo Beach. Decent bang for the buck if you get a passport. I thought they limiting numbers, but we came on Labor day and it was as busy as its normally been
I love this place! Ive gone multiple times and almost every time I did the VR. I would highly reccomend the VR part, they have really good games. The laser tag arena is also really nice and I enjoyed that very much. I would highly reccomend the place.
My kids enjoyed it a lot more then I thought they would. The laser tag was the high light for them. The food is excellent, especially the burgers at seven brothers.
I would get the day pass. You can do so much + you get to do laser tag. If you get the day pass the bowling, ropes course and croquet are free. You also get $10 for arcade. The wave runner is also fun but bring some friends.
Masks are a good idea but wearing one exposing the nose defeats the purpose. IJS.Provo Beach is a nice afternoon for children with the all-inclusive ticket.
This place is a huge step up from a nickel arcade but isn’t top of the line. Nonetheless the price is right when you consider how much you can do and stay entertained for hours. We did surfing and had best time in a long time. Then 2 games of laser tag. Next we did ropes course and spent some money on the games. The location is pretty convenient with tons of parking and good options right around the venue.
9/10 would recommend. Spent a lot of time here and always had a great experience. Amazing staff. A bit over priced. Miniature Croquet course is trash but everything else is great!
Had a great time doing the ropes course. The kids loved it!
We did the ropes course and it was so much fun! Their ice cream is also amazing. Its a great place to go for a date or family activity.
Great fun for kids or all ages, lots to do, the bowling got crowded on Saturday night so get there early. Staff was nice and friendly. Bowling was fun once we went the next time. The kids area is little but nice for the younger kids to run around for a minute. The older kids loved the surfing and boogie boarding. The day pass would be a great value purchase.
I love this place! Lots of fun activities, and great for kids! They have a ropes course, lazer tag, croquet, and bowling! Really awesome destination for birthday parties and a wonderful staff.
Pete at the flowrider was the man! Great worker, very friendly and super helpful. Impressed
This place is a lot of fun! I’ve been several times and I’m impressed with the variety of activities they offer. From bowling, to laser tag, to surfing, to arcade, and much more! Most recently we did the two activities pass for $12 and wound up spending a lot longer here than we thought we would. This was mostly because we spent a lot of our time playing the arcade basketball game. It was a blast. We each took a turn, paired up, shooting hoops and had a great time. The activities we did were bowling and laser tag. Bowling was great, but laser tag...The laser tag arena wasn’t very adventurous. Which I understand they’re trying to appeal to all ages. More frustrating was that my gun didn’t work 80% of the time. I even had the worker help reset it twice but it kept breaking. I was also surprised when the worker didn’t offer a refund or anything for the poor experience.Come have fun at Provo beach, but skip the laser tag. It’s not worth it.
Fun times with the kids. Only three stars because the arcades not only took our money, but about 1/3rd of their machines were broken. Also, the weight for bowling is SUPER long. 1.5hours so if you want to bowl, get you name on the list the moment you arrive.
Great place for kids and teenagers. There are places in the front when you walk in to eat and arcade games and different fun games on the first level. Some of the games are set up to give you tickets that you can redeem fun prizes for. If your inclined they have an indoor artificial wave pool. There is also later tag. There is bowling and a suspended ropes course. Its a fun place to spend time as a family as well.
First time and kids loving it, affordable price and kids friendlydefinitely coming back
Super fun place for the family. It is super high quality. The manager Tanner is easily the hardest worker there and is great at taking care of the people there.
Friendly staff, love laser tag, bowling was fun, hope to come again soon!
Great piace for 3 generations to spend time together.
Friendly people working there and unique attractions. We like the challenge of the ropes course because it elevates our physical activity. Looks totally stable for all ages it also helps with getting over a fear of heights. We went in the afternoon and had plenty of time to go through all the obstacles.
Dallas and Emily were so accommodating to our Elders Quorum Manrichment Activity! We had 23 people and they were so helpful and fun and made it not a big deal that we showed up on a super busy Saturday night! They got us checked in and were even able to get us grouped together on three lanes! This place was so much fun and we didn’t have a chance to do everything but man we had blast with the good music and super clean environment! We will be back to try out the rest of the activities this place has to offer! Unforgettable!! Thanks again to Dallas and Emily for making our night so much fun!!
Kids had a blast. Also has an elevator and is easy handicap accessible.
Pete was the best life guard ever 10/10 recommend.
Overall average. Very expensive but a variety of activities. Spacious and not usually overcrowded. Lots of broken games, mediocre bowling alley.Update: very expensive as far as the quality and game-play. For example, almost all of the arcade games cost a dollar, whereas nickle city is usually 40 cents tops, with some as few as 5 cents. I liked the 2 for 12 deal, but the quality of the bowling alley as well as the expense of the arcade made it feel over-priced.
Great place to go for date night or group outing. Not busy at all, depending on the day you go. Great environment and plenty of things to do.
So this review is reflection of Ike’s creamery. That being said here is my review.6/23/18 My wife and I came here when we came for the Beach Party at the Riverwoods. The ice cream tasted pretty good and my shake seemed to be softer than any other shake I have ever had, seemed to melt quickly. Still delicious. The place was super disgusting and floors were disgusting as well. There were no clean tables. I had to use my own baby wipes to clean our table. It was a turn off and we almost left, however it was hot outside and we wanted ice cream.A good thing that we really loved was the decor of the place. Loved all the signs.
Decent selection of activities to chose from. We did the ropes course. Which for 30 minutes costs $8/pp. less than thanksgiving point and just as good. They also have bowling, croquet, laser tag and many other games. Seemed a little short staff but it was a weekday. Staff was helpful and nice despite it being pretty busy. Fairly clean place too.
Amazing customer service! The Flo Rida was booked out when we showed up and she was really understanding with us. I would recommend booking ahead we’re going to head to make sure that you want. This place is great!
I love Provo Beach! Not only do I love coming to Provo Beach for personally enjoyment, its one of my favorite places to bring clients, and share professional experiences with those whom we work with. Its an incredible place and space to build valuable relationships and trust between clients and our friends. We are especially grateful for Christian Brinton who has facilitated a lot of our experiences with Provo Beach and has made a lot of those experiences memorable and outstanding for our events. This is a place I would highly recommend for both personal and business for a recreational experience that leads to increased valuation.
Previously I had a poor experience. The general manager invited me back to give them a second chance. And they didnt disappoint, the staff was friendly and attentive. And when an issue did arise they were quick to fix it. Also the mini bowling and crochet is pretty fun. Worth a visit.
Dis place be da bomb diggity do da. I can vouch for the fact that these people know how to partayyyyy. Kill the croquet course though.
Dont use your own bowling ball here it WILL scratch it up and ruin it... The management reached out to me and we were able to get the ball sorted out and fixed the customer service was incredible and I would recommend checking in with them before you use your own ball to make sure that this issue has been resolved.
Pete was the best life guard 10/10
Love this place. Indoor surfing is definitely my favorite thing to do there.
A lot of fun stuff to do. Id love to see this place grow and add even more activities. I picture it as a future Belmont park for Utah Valley, or the Chicago pier. A couple big rides in the area would be amazing. Some mini golf would also be cool. The laser tag is really good, but it isnt my favorite.
We have been coming here for years. My children are 5 and 2 and they love it here. When we have a long wait for one of the near by restaurants we come here and let the kids place in the play place to pass the time. Cost for the kids area is $4 and totally worth it. My youngest sister is 11 and she enjoys the arcade area. I also was recently on a girls night out and instead of sitting at happy sumo for our 45 minute wait we came here instead and played a round of bowling. I truly think that anyone at any age could find something enjoyable to do here :) 5 stars:
The life guard that was on from 2-2:30 today was friendly, helpful and so great!
Would highly recommend taking friends, family and dates here. So much fun to be had for everyone for just $20 a person. That may seem like a lot but it is a day pass and they have so much to offer. I really enjoyed taking my lady friend here, we had a blast
This place is so much fun! I have been in this area for over 5 years now and I wish I had found it earlier.Arcade games, bowling, ropes course, crochet, lazer tag, swimming and more. They have everything here.Seven brothers is inside as well with excellent food and staff. Affordable menu, and they offer free drinks for Military personnel.
Not impressed at all. I heard all the hype about this place due to working in the mall so decided to try it out for date night. I walk through the door up the the counter the worker had to finish his conversation with another worker before greeting or helping me. Asked what the all access pass was told me brief explanation what you get so I purchased it thinking that’s quite a few things. We go up play a game of bowling decide we want to try the ropes course only to find out it was “reserved” thought we would play some croquet that was pretty fun except a lot of the course was broken. Then we decided we would go play some laser tag to only find out THAT WAS ALSO RESERVED! Super frustrated at this point we went to play arcade games multiple were broken and out of order. I tried talking with a worker to express my frustration but was told “you already paid for it no refunds.” I was a rolled off issue. So I payed over 40 dollars for a two dollar bowling game and $10 credit of arcade games. Don’t recommend this place to anyone terrible customer service and machine quality. Would have been nice to be warned before spending all that money it was all reserved or broken.
We went this past Saturday morning/afternoon. The facility was really nice. It’s unfortunate that the whole place was ran by high schoolers that appeared to hate their jobs. The two boys at the bowling counter were extremely short of friendly. The kid at the prize counter literally said two things to us. He told us the totally amount of tickets we had and then he responded when I ask how many tickets were remaining. Some customer service training would go far in a place like this. We will probably spend our money else where next time.
The staff was great and the place was clean, Theres no problems with the workers there! Or with anything but the surfing area. But I wouldn’t recommend the surfing to anyone! It’s DANGEROUS. I hit my head falling sideways off the surfboard 4 years ago and received a MAJOR traumatic brain injury! I am still a long way from recovery and completely disabled now. I signed a waiver saying I wouldnt sue them should something happen, I just never imagined that I would be that person to whom the waiver was for. That injury caused loss of limbs, seizures, epilepsy, autonomic system failures and the list goes on.. the surfing at this place is not a safe place to go. And anyone who wants to go- I would recommend bringing and wearing ur own helmet.
It was a decent place but you can see very easily where they were trying to save money. The crocket course was not working at all and air conditioning was not evident. They didnt have enough balls for 6 people and barely enough clubs. We lost a ball in a random hole in the wall that was not supposed to be there. All in all, it was a terrible experience and I would not recommend this place for anyone.
Horribly! I guess I should have expected it, a bunch of teenagers running everything. Over an hour wait for laser tag with no warning, multiple people in front of me holding place for a group of 12, group of 6 and group of 4. The girl running laser tag did multiple games of ten people or less creating extra wait times for me and my son. All the arcades are 2-6 time more expensive than they should be, a claw machine with cheap toys, no guaranteed win, $1! It is beyond me that anybody comes back. I will never return!
I came here for a work event and had a great time! There is so much to do here: laser tag, croquet, bowling, arcade games, and the wave runner. The ropes course was probably my favorite, it is really fun and a great thing to do with a group. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. I will definitely be back with my family!
Provo Beach is an amazing way to let Children and Teens and Millenials and Parents be kids again! Such an amazing way to recreate! Highly Suggest this place to all friends, family, democrats, republicans, non-partisans, and just everyone!!!
Very fun for all. Thanks
Fun variety of activities for the whole family. Reloadable cards make it convenient and easy to do what everyone wants.
Amazing fun. The surfing is the best and not expensive for the amount of fun.
This a great place for a date. There is so much going on, you can decide between so many options. The customer service seemed tired, but they were joking around and having fun with me.I did the rope course activity and that was a lot of fun.
This was a fun place. Many arcade games, bowling, surfing pool, rope jungle, laser tag and food.
I had a blast! Laser Tag, the Ropes Course and the Flow Rider were my favorite!
My kids loves all the arcade games and activities available here, they specially had a blast in the laser tag and bowling.
We just came in with our own pizza and hung out while the kids spent all our money playing games and then we got ice cream which was really good especially with the waffle cone.
Was a ton of fun! The ropes course was a blast and so was the laser tag (that may be because I took first place by a long shot) :) relatively good prices as well.
The service was great because of the employee Caden V. He really made my night
I like bowling here and prices are fair
The games were awesome however the ikes icecream was a disappointment. asked for 2 doubles and got only one double and a single. I asked if I could get another scoop and they refused and said its based on weight (they never weighed it) and still got charged for 2 doubles honestly very disappointing.
Fun place!!! We are not from the area we travel all over the country and happened across this place. Our daughter had a blast, the rope course is the first we’ve seen. A lot of young kids running the place. More like social hour for them and taking plenty of selfies. Tried to buy a souvenir for our daughter but they didn’t have that we were told, and could ask a manager with a gray shirt. Never saw that person. A bit pricey on the games and some not working. But overall she had fun.
Lots of fun activities, from a topes course, bowling, Lazer tag, and arcade games. Plus the I e cream is pretty good.
PEG Companies recently participated in the first annual Boss Games in which we competed as a company against other companies in the areas of arcade games, bowling, ropes course, croquet, laser tag and flow rider.I found it to be a great way to connect with co-workers, network with people from other companies in a casual, fun environment and to also have a great time! The staff was kind, helpful and organized. They provided lunch and even a swag bag. Great experience for companies!
These guys are absolutely amazing! The employees are so friendly, the games, flow rider, bowling and ropes course are absolutely a blast!! Highly recommend everyone go here to have a blast of a time!
Weve brought this kids here dozens of times and lost many a laser tag battle but we always have a blast... See what I did there ;-) But really, great place for the fam, we will continue coming here often!! Plus the Ikes Cream... Yum.
Was pregnant when I came here and it was for my dads work party. I had been spotting and one of the staff pulled me aside in the bathroom and handed me a pad since she heard me crying over not having anything. Baby was fine just I was on bed rest. I lost her name but she was amazing. Told me it was okay and said if I needed another to find her.
We are SO impressed by the staff at Ikes!!! The three girls working tonight have been so helpful and on the ball! Truly the nicest gals ever- my kids have been down multiple times during our visit to Provo Beach and the service has been 5 stars every single time! Bravo! We will be back and we will spread the word! Our time at Provo Beach was a much needed family fun time and the staff at Ike’s just amplified the goodness one million times!
Very nice facility. Tons of options. If youre looking for arcade games, there are tons of open arcades because is just so expensive. $5 lasts 2-3 games, or 15 minutes.
I dont know how they keep this place clean and sanitary, but my family was not sick after playing here for four solid hours so kudos to them for sterilizing the place well. Please keep doing what you are doing by cleaning and disinfecting this place like crazy so it does not get me or my kids sick.
It was a fun way for the kids to spend New Years Eve
After spending a fortune at Provo Beach, I asked if they would refill the stuffed animal bin so we could play for some wins with the claw. They would not take the time to make the game fun by refilling the toys. Our family left not wishing to waste our money for nothing. Disappointing.
Lots of options, always kept clean. Ice cream and atmosphere are both good.
The arcade games are fun, but many are broken and cannot be played or do not accurately keep track of your score, which is disappointing. Also not sure why they changed from mini-golf to mini-croquet a few years back.
After an initial issue we had with our all day pass and trying to bowl while a huge corporate group was in there, one of the managers reached out and went out of his way to correct the issue. Appreciated the effort to make right what we felt had been wrong.
Always a fun place to be
The staff here is amazing! We came for my son’s birthday and a couple friends tagged along. They did the flow rider and played laser tag. The girl operating the flow rider was super nice and sweet and very helpful. They had such a great time. Thanks so much!
Great for family fun!
Went for a company party and the staff was super nice, even though it was crazy! Miles at the ticket stand was super helpful and helped us even after closing
Super fun family activities! Decent price and a lot of fun.
Its fun enough but to crowded for the size of place. Not enough employees to help with stuff, not organized at all, its just a lot of standing around to do sort of fun activities
This is the best value and the most fun for families. Loved it!
Seemed kinda cheesy and expensive. Just your classic amusement park with nothing too special. The ice cream shop looked pretty cool and the whole place is probably a lot more fun for kids and families.
Lots of fun for the family and decent prices. A little higher priced, but it was worth to get an all day pass, including the surfing to save money. We went as a big family group of about 25 people of all ages and had lots of fun. Dole whip is tasty, and you get a good amount for the price!!
Came with a group of 20 for a quick corporate event. Fun atmosphere. Had a great time. Ice cream was delicious.
We love Provo Beach Resort! It is always a super fun time with the family. You can do a lot with just a little bit of money. They have a bit of everything. Games to play that cater to older and younger kids.
My oldest brother had a company party here. This would be perfect and ideal for families! This place is very family oriented. You can find something to do for every age. The company my brother worked for had reserved Provo Beach for the whole day. Free games, bowling, taser tag, and much more! The workers are always checking on you and are willing to help you with anything. The splash pad is PERFECT for these HOT Summer days! Your more then welcome to come and buy food here. There are many options you can choose from that are near by, such as 7 brothers, ike creamery.
This place was a blast. There is a ton to do. My favorite is the laser tag, but Ill also crazy for the surfing. It doesnt feel thrown together or cheap. Everything is quality. Youll have a great time. Its fun for all ages.
Caden was very nice to our group and was very helpful
This place is great. I went here with my 5 kids and had a blast. The aracade is really fun and you get tickets with most of them to get prizes. Laser tag arena was fun. Ropes course was cool. And the bowling alley was more then I expected for a multi use fun center. I would go again
Was good, the rope course was a bit smaller than anticipated. We had a good amount of fun for 12 dollars though!
This was the best place ive been to in along time and everyone is so nice there
I love this place, the laser tag is fun and the flow Rider is brutal, fun, but brutal indeed, you can find bowling, mini golf and much more, also, having Ikes, Seven Brothers and Malawis is awesome.PD: Seven Brothers is my favorite
Fun place but during Spring Break its not worth it. Weve been here 4 hours and have only done one activity. All day wristband not worth it on a busy day.*update* Wow! I am impressed with management. After leaving my review and feedback I received a professional phone call where they truly just wanted to listen to my experience and took notes on how they can help their staff and customers. Thanks Christian for making sure families and employees have a great experience and truly caring about aring customer satisfaction.
Fantastic place. Management and staff were beyond helpful with accommodating a large group. Head Manager Travis C (dont remember last name off hand...) was a superstar! Ill be recommending Provo Beach Resort to anyone looking for a place to have a party
