Another great experience at Warby Parker! They are taking great precautions to keep everyone safe during COVID. Went in to pick some glasses and sunglasses. They also helped me get my prescription from my eye doctor from out of state (must have lost it it in the move). Super easy and friendly process! Thankful for the team there for taking good care of me.

I have frequented this location often as my humans exclusively purchase all their optical here. I was forced to try on The Penny, because the humans just had to. I always get pets from the lab coat people and the other people trying on glasses or sunglasses. It’s always a great time here.All the people are all the nice to me. ️In case you were wondering, I don’t actually wear glasses or sunglasses.

Visited my local WP store in person to assure correct fit on the frames I’d chosen via their try-at-home service. Their Covid-era safety precautions are on point. Yes, you might have to wait outside for a while, but they make the process easy and as fast as possible, while still providing excellent customer service. They do a verbal screening prior to entrance, have hand sanitizer at the door, masks and distancing is required, and there are no more than 3-4 people in the store at any given time.The woman who worked with me to find my glasses and check out was friendly and efficient, and made the entire process easy and fun. Sadly, the only other customer in the store kept crowding me, ignoring distancing, and took off his mask repeatedly to try on glasses. The staff member asssiting me had to ask him multiple times to put his mask back on, reminding him each time that he could take the frames outside to try them on without a mask, and he acted like a spoiled child. I admired her calm demeanor as she had to remind him to put in his mask - over and over again.In this era of Covid I have an extra appreciation for workers like her who now have to not only do their jobs, but also enforce safety protocols with customers who are often uncooperative and unappreciative. The fact that there is an added element of personal risk only increases my respect.So, Warby Parker, an already excellent company and store gets extra high marks for operating and offering excellent service and products during this difficult time.

I’ve returned to Warby Parker time and time again for glasses because they just do such a good job! Prices are fair, staff is friendly and willing to help adjust frames after purchasing, and space always feels clean. They make the process of buying new glasses seamless, would definitely recommend.

Buying glasses during the pandemic was not an activity I was looking forward to. Glad this was my first (and what turned out to be only) stop. Their process is dialed, from limiting number of people in store to entry to shopping to check-out - every step is thought out. Best of all, the experience is even better than before because each customer gets a fully dedicated area and dedicated concierge service. TIP: The process can cause a long wait to get in, so come ready to wait or skip opening time and weekends, when they tend to have higher numbers of people.

When i got my glasses in the mail they were the wrong prescription wether it was my dr. Or warby parker I dont know and never will since the woman optometrist that helped me was really no help she told me maybe you just dont need glasses. is that what they teach you in optometry school? I really hope not .so now I am still without glasses. this experience made me not want to go back and be told something thats just not true.. so dissapointed .

Great store, good experience with staff. 3 Star review as there is no way to call to talk to a store associate as I thought I left something at the store. The phone line goes to corporate which then they contact the store and corporate calls you back. Not the best way to handle customer service for a local business. But needless to say friendly and helpful staff once your in the store.

Happy customer here. The optician Char is the best! I wasnt thrilled about having to come into town multiple times for staggered deliveries and a shipping mix-up but Char not only made the visits super pleasant with her radiant personality but she gave me the best adjustments Ive ever had on my eyeglasses :)

Always helpful and cognizant of my time. Most recently my car was stolen, which happened to be the same day my new glasses arrived at the store. They lent an ear to hear my stolen car complaint, but also gave me a slip to get a free cup of coffee next door. Awesome service. Thanks!

Maybe its just COVID, but my first experience (and last) with this company is of terrible customer service. Ive been waiting two weeks for the glasses I ordered and my order is currently still on hold because they want to up-sell me lenses that I dont need FOR THE SECOND TIME. Now I have to wait until 7pm PST to call or chat (again) because theyve cut their employees hours. Disgraceful.

Just went to this store for the first time for the reasonably priced and stylish glasses. And I was very impressed with the staff. Benito brought me like 20 pairs of frames to try on and helped me narrow it down with the help of 2 or 3 other employees. They voted on which pairs looked best on me and their rankings really helped me make a fast decision on a pair that I really liked.

So disappointed cause I was excited about going into store . I drove quite a while to get there . The three employees were helping others which is fine but not even a ‘welcome we’ll be with you shortly ‘ or even ‘hey’ . No acknowledgment what so ever that I was even there or any direction at all . I just left after a good 30 minutes. I don’t often ‘review’ but I’ve heard such good things so I’m really doing this to try and help . Just tell your employees to acknowledge people plain and simple .

I visited this store to have my frames adjusted and had a great experience. The first staff member was friendly and checked me in quickly to be seen by the optometrist. I waited less than 5 minutes and the optometrist was really pleasant to talk to and adjusted my frames quickly and precisely. She made sure that I was satisfied and that everything was even. I am very happy I went by as my glasses are no longer slipping down my face all the time. I really appreciated the positive interactions I had here and would visit again for another pair of frames or another adjustment.

I have been thinking of getting some blue light glasses with a little magnification for work and I loved that this place was within my budget and had so many amazing styles to choose from. I also love that they have the store so that I could try on the glasses before deciding because it seemed like most other budget friendly places were only online. The location is adorable and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Great styles but quality of lens is lacking. The view through the outer edges is blurry. The lens is only sharp through the center area. Cant complain about the great price though. They are great as a backup pair or for occasional use for contacts wearers but I would want a higher quality pair if I were wearing them every day. Ordering them is easy and they will contact your eye doctor for the prescription.

I called to ask about how much replacing my prescription sunglasses with new lenses and was given a price, so I drove out to the store. I was immediately greeted and helped by a friendly staff, but when I brought my frames in I was told a different price. The price I was given over the phone was not for prescription sunglass lenses, but for regular ones. However, they honored the misquoted price. Service like this definitely makes me want to continue my business here!

Warby Parker is fantastic! This store is the first Warby Parker store I have ever been to and it was top notch! The whole company rocks! As for the parking mentioned by another commenters, that is basically just how it is there. Park on the road a way down or park on the next block! There isnt really any other option.

I broke my glasses (not from Warby Parker) by sitting on them. I popped in to see if they could do anything. They fixed by glasses by replacing both screws and adjusted them. All for free! Will definitely come here next time I need new glasses thanks to the great customer service.

Super cute shop on 23rd with arcade games and walls of eyeglasses and sunglasses! We went in on a Saturday with the intention of just looking around, and good thing! They were swamped with wall to wall people. Their selection is large but definitely trendy/modern. Their prices range between 95+145 from what I saw which is awesome. I will probably be back on a weekday to order, fingers crossed theres people available!

I had ordered a pair of glasses from the Warby Parker website, and after they arrived via the postal service, I discovered they needed adjusted. I went in at 5:00 on a Saturday, and they were pretty busy. However, I was immediately greeted, by a friendly staff member, and told him that I needed my glasses adjusted. He then took my email. I looked around the store for about 5 minutes, and then a very nice and competent optical specialist adjusted my glasses, and then they looked perfect. She confirmed that they were a good style for me. As for parking, I used a parking ramp a short walk away from the store.

I had a horrible day at work and while going home I broke my glasses. I live really close and decided to take a chance and come in for the first time. I came in and it was busy but they saw me and my broken glasses they came right over, they even cleaned up and taped up my glasses just cause. They really took time and helped me pick out and helped me find the right pair (and I’m so picky) I won’t ever go anywhere else to get glasses.

Everyone working there was so kind, friendly, personable, and helpful (and bespectacled!). When I walked in I had no idea what I wanted but multiple employees were quick to spend a good chunk of time finding me frames to try on that would work with my complexion, hair color, face shape, and personality. Such good customer service! If it hadnt been for them I would have felt overwhelmed by all the choices and left without getting anything, but thanks to their help I found two pairs that I cant wait to wear. Never going anywhere else for glasses again!

I had a question about my return order and tried to call the post office and had to go through fifteen minutes of prompts only to be put on hold for another 30 minutes. I called Warby Parker and a real person answered right away and was able to resolve the issue. I will definitely be ordering my glasses from them from now on. Thank you!

I had a horrible experience with Warby Parker. I went in for a simple prescription check and ordered a pair of sunglasses. The sunglasses came in and were incorrect. Warby Parker had incorrectly transcribed my prescription. They said they would do a prescription update and then could fix the glasses. The prescription check would take 24 hours. Over the course of the following 5 weeks, they sent multiple incorrect prescription updates, all of them taking many days and sometimes weeks to get back. When calling the customer service team (which is located in NY) I would have to update them on my file every time. I was also unable to speak directly with my home store, as they don’t have a phone to call into. At one point a customer service rep told me my prescription had been updated and new glasses had been sent to the my store. I drove across town to pick them up only to find that none of that was true. I refused pickup of the original glasses because they were incorrect. I have still not been refunded that payment. Also, after 5 weeks and multiple wrong prescription updates, I have been issued a prescription that is still not correct and Warby Parker refuses to give me a refund at this point for the prescription check fee. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars, hours and hours of my time on the phone and driving to the store, and have now given up.

I must admit...the ease of picking and ordering was great. It’s the quality that is not. Frames were extremely crooked...screws worked loose in a month...small “WP” insert on ear tip fell out immediately. Customer service was on point...product is just cheaply made.

It was ok. They dont answer the phone here. I called ahead to see if they had certain frames in stock. The call was routed to the central office. The HQ employee told me they have the full collection in the store. Not true. They dont carry every frame or every color you see online. So I wasted an hour of my time. But the staff was reasonably nice in the store and on the phone.

Update - Braved the parking situation and went to the store. Very helpful staff. Found some frames and ordered on the website. Glasses arrived a few days later. Made another trip down to get them adjusted. They were very good about the fit. Warby does a good job making sure youre satisfied. Boosting my rating to 4 stars. (Parking is still a pain though)Original review - Couldnt find a parking place within a half mile. Gave up. Appreciate that WP opened in Portland, but locate where your customers can actually access the store.

I ordered glasses, loved the glasses they were so great the first time i went in there, the second time I went to pick up my glasses while i was waiting in line, someone cut in front of me I was like its fine just let it go... THEN someone comes up and is like let me put your email in so Im giving my email to them while standing in line at their little desk, then the person opens up behind the desk and instead of taking me they take the girl behind me and im still standing there and have just been put in line to wait even longer! The girl in front of me was picking up glasses and getting them slightly adjusted just like i needed. Im extremely annoyed that their customer service was extremely lacking, when it came to taking control of the situation when they had lots of people in their store. Honestly I wont be back to this location, I rather order online then ever go back there again and I live in the neighborhood. Wont be recommending this storefront to anyone.
