This is hands down the best VRcade I’ve ever been to. The value is incredible, the experience is fantastic, and the staff is great. Other places I’ve been to have not even been close to how well the place is set up and run. This is a gamer’s paradise.

We just had my sons birthday party here...it was AMAZING! There are plenty of games and a variety of systems to play them on. The area is kept very clean and open, and the staff is FANTASTIC! They were very helpful and patient with our group of 10 and 11 year old boys. Definitely recommend this as an option if you are planning a birthday party, or just need something fun and different to do for an afternoon. We had a blast

Very fun place to play games. We did an hour of VR here for $15. And we were able to play some games cube while we waited for our room to open up. It was a very fun place with very nice people working it. Definitely am going to be going back here in the future for some more gaming.

Had my sons 13th birthday party with there party package. Had a wonderful experience, the kids had a great time, the staff were very helpful. The package price was awesome which included food, drink, gaming time and a party room. Will definitely come here again and already planning on going here for my other sons birthday.

This place is hugely underrated. Its clean (like surprisingly), the lighting and all the decor are modern and sharp. Vr like youve likely never experienced, just get in here!

My friend is celebrating his 40th birthday here and I had never been before. What a fun place to hang out with your friends and play video games. The virtual reality was cool and it was reasonably priced. I can definitely see this being a place to have a party for your kids or your adult friends who still act like kids. Five stars for sure.

This is really a nice gaming lounge with something for everyone. They have console games, PC games, and VR. Theres also space for tabletop games, though this isnt their speciality.There are dedicated areas for individual players and for groups. Equipment is very modern and well maintained. Theres comfortable couches for spectating as well.Pricing here is better than the local competition. Staff is friendly and dedicated.

Had my husband’s 33rd birthday at Glitch. Everyone had an amazing time. I rented the place out for the event. Danni and Waleed are great to work with. I was able to come in early and set up. Everyone was so great and took time explaining games to people. Extremely welcoming environment. There was a game for everyone. My parents (who are in their 60s) played Mario Kart for the first time and had a blast. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this place for birthdays for ALL ages!!!

Really convenient location, friendly staff, free coffee. They have up to date equipment, kinda a necessity, and out of date equipment, former and ancient gen consoles, great place.

Absolutely THE BEST! We booked Glitch for a party for our son who was turning 9. Dani and her staff went so far above and beyond to make things perfect and the way they interacted with the kids was AMAZING! I get worn out just watching 18 kids under ten, but the Glitch staff tirelessly answered all of their questions with a smile and were genuinely happy to be doing their jobs and sharing the info with the kiddos. The facilities themselves are very nice. Super clean and nicely decorated with comfortable seating groups scattered throughout. Our family will be back (or maybe even just the adults for a date night) soon! Highly recommended for events and fun!! Thank you!

Booked a birthday party at Glitch for my son who is completely into video games. We got 2 virtual reality booths and they had 3 other systems set up for us. The staff was super helpful getting everyone set up with the games and showing us how to use them. We will definitely be back for some more gaming.

This place is amazing. The owner and staff are super nice. Plenty of games to choose from. All ages welcome. Its a very non toxic atmosphere for all gamers, casual or competitive. I wish I could give them 6 stars.

I love going in there. The staff is awesome and really helpful. The environment is really nice and the games are a lot of fun.

The building is great and so were the staff. The vr was trash though. In a little over an hour we only got about 25 minutes of actual gameplay. Nonstop error messages, black screens, and controllers not working. Dont waste your money on vr here, go right to nova vr in Kalamazoo. Sad part is I cant even get my money back.. piss poor way to end a day of celebration.

Glitch gaming is amazing. I’ve spent a lot of time at glitch gaming and have little to no complaints.customer service is great, prices are fair, very good selection of games on consoles PCs and especially VR. Only thing I would change is the size of tvs in VR but other than that I love glitch.

Not as big as I pictured in my head. However, they had most every modern game and system, a fair number of stations to play at, including setup PCs. Furthermore, they have 4 VR areas cordoned off via curtains and both the Occulus and Vibe. Very reasonable prices, plus Tues and Thurs are half off. Equals total win.

Pretty decent place more than fair pricing have only gone there a few times to use their VR system which worked quite well For myself I wouldnt use them for normal gaming but from how their setups look they looked quite nice and were very affordable. I could see using glitch gaming as a place to host a large land party because their equipment is set up quite well to host large parties Their selection of the art games was a bit lacking but still more than enough to entertain an entire group for at least 10 hours.

I am an old gamer. Pong was my first game if thats an indication. The staff is super helpful and polite. They answered all my questions and laughed at my out of date jokes. I paid for half hour on the oculus rift. It was awesome. I am certainly going back and taking my wife as well. Highly recommended .

Went there for a tournament and it seemed very disorganized. There was a discrepancy in a match and in the end, the rules that glitch gaming posted werent followed.The gaming lounge itself is very nice and well priced, but the tournament action needs a little more work.

Great place to just hang out with friends

This business is unique for this area. It is a nice place to go for VR and PC gaming. They have a wide variety of games and consoles and their computers are far more powerful than my home computer so it is nice to play on a decent system for a change.Overall the staff is friendly and the atmosphere is chill. If youre looking for a place to game with friends, this is the best place within a couple hour drive.

I JUST had my sons 12th birthday at Glitch & i am above and beyond amazed at how friendly, helpful and welcoming the staff was. They helped each kid, created a friendly environment for them and i couldnt have been more pleased. Highly recommend them for events and will for sure be coming back! You guys are the best

Its got VR rooms and a massive salon with gaming PCs and comfy chairs at a good price. This is a great addition to the City of Portage and were lucky to have them so close by. The staff knows the games too, and can make recommendations.

Awesome remodel. Place has a great gaming feel to it. Massive library of games. Nice to be able to try games out that you never play. Staff is real down to earth and great at making sure your experience is smooth

Owner seems to have decided that speaking out against Autistic kids is a good idea - apparently they should just toughen up instead of freaking out all the time, and their parents just dont know how to handle them. Odd choice for a gaming place, when a significant number of customers are probably on the spectrum.My Autistic daughters response is: ignorant people like him are pathetic - what is wrong with him that he cant just be decent? I have to say I agree.Got autistic kids, or respect those who do? Then take them elsewhere - dont trust this guy to respect children at all, if he cant understand why any kid might get upset or confused about things outwith their control.Why the hell is he even in this industry, if he doesnt like Autistic kids? Hell take their money, but doesnt care about them in any way. Sad.

The interior is really uninviting. It would help if they put carpet in instead of tile, it’s just not comfortable.The computers are also really bad. They kept failing to log in, and the mouse and keyboard are low quality.

Really cool and chill place to game. Nice setup with pcs, consoles and VR. Plenty of systems available. You but your time and if you dont use it all it saves to your account to use later. Staff are really cool and friendly. Ive been in there a couple times and just talked with the staff for awhile. Gone with friends and going to tournaments there today and more coming up.

My first and only visit thus far was the PUBG Tournament they recently held. The atmosphere is good and they have a nice setup with good PCs. The staff was attentive when issues arose and took care of them on the spot, for the most part (more to follow). The prices were good for regular play time and the rates for the tournament were very good.I was initially overcharged when I paid for the tournament over the phone (easy/minor mistake and they took care of it without a problem).In regards to the PUBG Tournament, the rules were pretty straight forward when we signed up, however, the competition didnt quite go as planned. (Note: I didnt expect to win, I went to have fun and check the place out.)First, the music and noise in the background made it hard to hear the game while playing. They turned off the atmosphere music without a problem when another contestant requested. We did have some issues with PUBG crashing, not exactly their fault, but they did take it into consideration and provided a handicap of sorts to the players that experienced it--kudos to them for that.The biggest complaint was the rules and points. The rules changed just before we started, and again 5 minutes into the first round. Initially everyone was going to have to wait to start and end a round together. 5 minutes in they said that everyone that has died already can go ahead and start another round and continue to do so without waiting.The last straw was when I noticed I had X number of points on the board. 10 minutes later I went down by 10 points, and again another 10 points before the tournament ended. (There was no way to get negative points). I spoke with the person in charge of entering the points and they replied Im bad at math. The points were never fixed. Yes, I wasnt going to win and no where near the top 3, but is it wrong to expect the points to be correct?I do believe a knockout tournament like rocket league or super smash brothers would go over much better than PUBG. I may try again there in the future, but not for a points based tournament.

There is not the widest selection of pc algames but there are some of the popular ones the vr is not in a separate room but has the best game selection I have seen.
