Management to me is worried about the wrong issues. We have race toy had to move back nine with my mother. I was a resident here with her in this same trailer for years. 2003 we moved in and rent has never been late once. I repeat no late payments of any kind here. We are not loud or nosy we conduct ourselves quietly and respectful of every one. My wife is very sick with a rare skin cancer and a failing liver. I was out of work during this crisis. I had no idea moving back in with my mom would cause her so much stress. When clearly there is parties at all hours of the day and night right across the street and In front by mail boxs where everyone coming into the park sees and heres them.

Bigger park, everyone keeps to themselves, the upkeep on the park itself isnt that good. Tight knit group of people so outsiders are spotted quickly and watched closely.

As far as trailer house parks go, Wauona Trail Manor is quite pretty. The trailers are not packed in tightly as Ive seen in other such parks. It is well-maintained, attractive, and tidy.

I lived there for 10 years and the people were okay but the owner is very hard to deal with they are out for the money and that is all they dont have any thing for kids to do and they just want your home and money

Very nice manufactured home community. Home sites are clean and spacious. Prices are very affordable. They rent sites, but also sell homes. Very nice place to raise a family.

Used to be a nice park but really has gone down hill.

My mother lives there. Dogs are not allowed. Very sad some older people would live to have a dog.

Its mobile home park what do expect you own the mobile home but you must pay lot rent

Just moved here lot rent is great and management is friendly not to mention the park is well maintained and people are friendly

Nice enough area, but the roads have a lot of work that needs to be done; watch your step & your tires to avoid the potholes left by the winter plows and spring rains.

It is a place where people live in trailer houses. Low land so the grass gets soggy. Its a place to call home.
