Some very lovely homes. They move quickly once you apply and get approved. You cant view any homes until you get approved for the community so that can be annoying. Cindy works in the office and shell be the one helping you. Shes very nice and has bent over backwards to accommodate us.

Cindy the Office Manager, is absolutely Phenomenal when it comes to solving any problem one might have.

Use to take care of a friend who lived there - Cindy & her office staff just rock! Always polite, courteous & go out of their way to help the residents anyway they can....

Horrible for kids. Coming from a nice quiet kid who grew up here, i couldnt ride my bike or scooter without getting yelled at by neighbors and getting the office called. Cant have any kind of kid toys outside like slip n slides, or just anything that relates with fun. They strongly discourage any form of celebrations like birthdays or holidays where family comes together. Cars in the road get towed no matter how long they are there. Also you get trapped in here with your contract. Creepy neighbors constantly stalking YES stalking you and others, an actual child molester lives down the road from me, found out from NWI crimes website. And just all around not a place to be unless you are over the age of 70 and have no family to visit you.

We go in here to visit our Son & daughter in law who have our grand children! The Manor is well kept by each member!

My father was rejected from this park because his credit score was in the 600s not the 700s. If your credit score is not in the 700s dont bother with this park. They charged 50 bucks for a background check and didnt tell him there was a credit score stipulation. My dad is a fine, upstanding gentlemen. They made a HUGE mistake.

Have to have to have a 700 credit score this place is a dump, all the trailers need to be cleaned on the outside, bushes need to be trimmed and you need a credit score of 650-700 to rent the land your trailer sits on for 367 a month !!!

Homes are too close together and some of the residents are scary seems like you get a ok home for your money but at what cost? I wouldnt let anyone I care about live there.
