When i went to visit family there was a neighbor that was vulgar and extremely rude. He spends his days walking around and gossiping about other tenants. He said terrible things to me when i came and when i left he ran out yelling more inapropriate things. This also happened when a visiting nurse went there to do her job. Something needs to be done with the crazy old man!

The place is ran down the owner spends the money he gets from his residents on fancy cars and cocaine. While the park manager embezzles the residents money. The water is un-drinkable the residents are forced to buy water to cook and drink with. The health department has been called in multiple times over the water situation that every time after they leave the trailer park takes out the good water pump and replaces it with the horrible one.

This place is absolutely horrible. A slummy place run by a slum lord. Maintenance that does nothing but mow and cut down trees. Nasty well water that stains your hair/clothes if it works at all. They tell you theyll buy your trailer back from you if its paid off and you want to move, then refuse to do so, and if you cant afford thousands of dollars to move it they fine you, and the slum lord keeps it. Also, bed bugs will move from your neighbors house to yours. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Nice place with friendly tenants as well as mangement. the sMaintrance team is very Helpful. Reasonable price for pretty nice homes that all hard decent yards. There is a nice field to run the dog in as well as nice well maintained trails that I walk my dog through alot.
