Wish I could give it zero stars they raise the rent every year and do nothing for the extra money. I have lived in this park for 10 years thankfully I am purchasing a new home very soon would not recommend anyone to move here they claim there is a pool the pool has not been accessible for 2 years so I can understand this year with the covid pandemic but what was the excuse the year before my nephew shattered his ankle because it is so dark by my house at night you cant see your hand in front of your face they put new lights in front of the new mobiles but not in front of my house but raised my rent 30 dollars a month like 100 stray cats all over the park roaming free no pool dont let them lie and say there is hasnt been up and running for 2 years.

The park/community seems very quiet and peaceful. The woman Kathleen My Wife And I Met Was Very Nice And Resourceful As Far As Our Questions About The Community. Hopeful To Acquire A Home There Soon. Definitely Worth Checking Out If Looking To Relocate

Very friendly management! Helped my significant other and I get a home very quickly! The maintenance team work very hard as well and made sure our home looks BRAND NEW and CLEAN before our move in!

We have lived here for six and a half years and can say we have the nicest, friendliest neighbors. Everyone on our block has been respectful and extremely helpful to each other, while maintaining each others privacy.The park is under new management and there have been new homes brought into the park, cosmetic changes like landscaping, speed bumps installed, and a nice monthly letter from the new management. We had no complaints about the prior owners and look forward to any improvements the new owners may provide.Overall, the community has been a very affordable, pleasant, quiet locale for us.

Place was nice 20 years ago.It got really run down. Terriblle roads. Dilapidated trailers New owners seem like they are trying to make improvements. Time will tell.

Just moved in and really love it. this place is under new management and the other people that live here say its a good thing and have seen changes. I read the other reviews and so far i have had a good experience.

No. No. No. Stay away. Find a different place to live! This park, owned by Yes! Inc. In Colorado, is determined to MAXIMIZE their profits (rather than accepting a Fair profit) and turn their mobile home park into the premiere MHP in NWIndiana. How? By throwing out all their renters and demolishing the old trailers (with a giant backhoe no less), and evicting all the renters from them. Including a woman whos lived there 16 years and other senior citizens and single women.Renting out half-sized trailers doesnt give them enough profit and upkeep is too costly. The manufacturers of mobile homes in Elkhart and its surrounding areas have been selling cute new small homes fit for one or two people but Yes! Isnt buying any. They dont Want people with limited incomes. They want only those who can afford rents of $1,000 a month.Also, the owners are VERY STINGY about general repairs (streets are badly patched rather than resurfaced) and maintenance is withheld if it costs too much. The company is putting its $$$ into cosmetic fixes that will lure mobile homes owners to rent lots at $500+ per month. An arrangement that is all profit for owners since they have to do nothing to privately-owned homes.Do not rent here!

This place is the true Def of a trail or park. Hardly any new ones just old broken down homes.

I work down the street from this park it looks like a pretty big Mobile Home Park always cars going in and out it looks like they try and keep up with it and make it look nice although like many of the people say they could do some road work in there. The people I see in my store from here are usually pretty nice and easy-going to.

I own a trailer in a trailer park in Portage Indiana. I have bought a house and moved on with my life. I have been trying to sell this trailer all year to no avail. I find out now that the reason I have been unsuccessful at selling it is because the trailer park is denying the applications for acceptance into the park for anyone not buying or renting from them. There is others in the same park trying to get rid of their trailer and the park is denying everyone they want to sell to as well. So I have been struggling to pay lot rent at this trailer with no one living there in addition to my mortgage because of these unfair business practices. Im on the verge of them taking me to court and putting me through the eviction process because of this. They cant continue to get away with this! I have had two perfectly good candidates in the past week that I could of sold it to and they were both declined for no reason. I need this looked into and help making sure this doesnt continue to happen to others. I have tried to contact customer service of the corporate office in charge of the park and they dont answe

Been living in this trailer park going on 2 years now. Roads are horrible nothing but potholes. Lot rent raises every year. Starts at $500 a month which is ridiculous. Boil Advisory almost every month and sometimes without notice. Roads are never plowed and if they are they are never salted. Main office never answers the phones when you call and always close early. The entrance/exit is a railroad crossing and sometimes the train stops so you cant go in or out. People speed in the park. Its 10mph. Strict swimming pool rules not even worth going to.When I purchased my trailer I was told my AC and Hot water heater were brand new. Well hot water heater went out in 2018 and it was 22years old and my AC had issues and its 8 years old. So they were not brand new like they said. They lied just to make a sale.

You get fined for every little thing they want to fine you with. They need to fix the streets so there isnt pot holes. There needs to be more than one way into this park. They have let all kinds of people into the park. It use to be nice and quiet. Not no more. Ugh.

The place is not maintained. Potholes, no streetlights, what used to be a park is now weeds and broken concrete. Only 1 entrance/exit to park- you are trapped inside when frequent trains block entrance. Sometimes the train stops for 10-15 minutes on tracks blocking exit- if someone in park needs an ambulance....oh well... Water is frequently turned off with instructions to boil water for 3 days afterwards. Electricity goes out due to ancient park property circuits and office tries to tell you that its YOUR problem- then it gets fixed by park after 3 days of calls.....you have to call corporate office in Chicago to get your security deposit back- staff in local office is incompetent and rude.

There is so much drugs and pot in the park the pool has been down more then open and the roads are so bad .trees need to be cut down and its just a run down trailer park and the ladys were two face about so much when things went wrong that needed to be fixed and yes going with out water was another dont buy a used trailer from them I have set and watch them take from other trailers to fix another even air conditioner

As far as trailer parks go, this is the nicest one I have seen here in Portage, IN

Used to live here. Wish theyd distribute apps for residence there without having to pay a fee. Why pay $50 for something that I dont know if Ill even be approved for?

It does not seem like the owners of the trailer park take care of the grounds. You can damage your car driving through the neighborhood.

I dont know how the community is or the pricing, but I have visited plenty of times. The location is unfortunate because of the train that can block entry. And they could redo the roads in the neighborhood, pot holes are everywhere.
