Lovely winery in a pleasant location in the Sierra Nevada foothills. A broad spectrum of whites and reds. Worth putting on your list to visit when near Placerville.

This was our first time to Sierra Vista and it definately will not be our last. It was so beautiful and the owner Jim came up and introduced himself and was so hospitable. The scenary was absolutely gorgeous. Well be back soon!

Nice friendly people

The winery was sold in 2019, and has new ownership and possibilities moving forward. This winery was one of the pioneers of the region and has been around since the 1970s. The new owner is investing in facilities and events which is nice. It is moving more upscale.Great Zinfandels, an excellent Merlot and some Rhone selections such as Grenache and Mourvedre are what stand out at this winery. The winery has a special label called Tiger Lily where they produce some of the better blends of the winery. Great for picnics and to enjoy the wonderful people who work here, and the special events that exist for the generous wine club.If you like Rhone varietals or Merlot you should stop here.

Love this sweet winery in the Foothills of the Sierra. Lovely shaded trees to sit under and enjoy a picnic lunch with one of the fantastic wines they offer.

Fantastic choice of great wines, very friendly people. To say this is to say nothing. They have variety of grapes on estate and make number of great wines. Grenage, Zin, Sira, Cab - all present in the list and all are good.
