Great place to spend a day outside of the city. If you do decide to check out Apple Hill, I advise you to go early and spend some time stopping by many of the smaller fair surrounding the mainstay Boa Vista. You will not be disappointed. Oct-Nov is the greatest time to visit.

Pretty empty on a weekday due to covid. Looks like most places are weekends only. Boa Vista, Able & High Hill were the only ones I saw open on a Wednesday around 11a. Still plenty in stock and great weather.

Oh my goodness! Apple Hill is amazing! We only went to two out of I dont know how many places there are here. We went to Boa Farms and tried this Candy Apple Wine which was amazing... And a few other wines which we purchased for Christmas and New Years. That also have so many other Apple type of products. (Ex: Apple Butter).Next we went to a place called High Hill... You have to definitely try the Apple Doughnuts,! So many different varieties to choose from! What a beautiful setting! We will definitely make this an annual Fall trip for us.Please dont miss this place...It will definitely put you in the Fall Season... Feeling ️️️AWESOME

I used to love Apple Hill, but now its an overrun by tourists. Inflated prices on everything. Some of the same Barsotti apply juice was $1.50 more per 1/gallon at one of the ranches than at local super market. The workers and other visitors were not social distancing and rudeness abounds. Less apples and less variety found. Lots of visitors shopping but waiting in a non distancing line for 30 plus minutes for a fresh apple donut is beyond comfortable. Less folks wearing masks and very little in signage to do so.

Ooh yes!! The BEST apple donuts I have ever tasted, by far. They also have lots of fresh fruits. The prices were fair. Weve passed here so many times on our way to Tahoe but, this was our first time to make the detour and checked this place out. It was worth it. If anyone havent been here, you should take an extra time to do so. You will not be disappointed.

Great treats and ciders, lots of fun but very long lines (which is expected on a Saturday). If youre gonna wait in the bakery line grab a hard cider or beer first, it helps. (Go for this part)The real food was meh, my BBQ chicken sandwich was just bread and grilled chicken with a packet of BBQ sauce, heres the kicker, the grilling station was just these three teen boys who were going crazy slow. Just a little under 2 hours it. (Pack a lunch or drive somewhere else, itll be better and faster)

Apple is open and a great family oriented destination. Go early and make a day of visiting many of the 50+ businesses, farms, wineries etc.. in addition to apples, apples and more apples, you will find wonderful pies and baked goods, jellies, jams, sauces and more, including candied apples and a variety of candies and fudge. There are wonderful artisans offering hand made jewelry, natural soaps, signs, holiday decorations and more. Some places even offer fishing (pay to fish, and per fish) costly but fun, especially for little kids.Although not quite as family oriented, dont forget the wine tasting. Some of the more popular destinations tend to be crowded and have long lines, so you might want to consider splitting your time between the big name locations and some of the smaller locations. They offer the same wonderful goodies, but at a slower pace and frequently more affordable prices.

The food and apple beer were delish! The lines were very long for both but besides that, cant complain. Lots of lovely pumpkins to pick from and trinkets at the vendors available. I purchased a lovely lavender goats milk soap bar, and some body scrub (both homeade). I also purchased two beautiful handmade bracelets (2 for $10) and three little pumpkins for $5. But lets get back to the apple beer which is nothing like Ive ever had before. It was very unique in taste and SO yummy! Hard cider is also available and wine tasting which I cannot wait to try at my next visit here. Definitely recommend this place but go early to avoid such heavy traffic! Beautiful scenery as well!

Crazy busy on a Saturday afternoon! Beautiful day and lots of options to choose from. We stopped at Apple Ridge for BBQ and Apple pie. Lines werent too bad and people were courteous. This is a really great place to take the kids for a weekend or a day trip. We went up there during Halloween weekend, there was a lot of people there and most everybody I saw was wearing a mask but it’s not really enforced. We went through the pumpkin patch which was fun they had a lot of things set up that you could take selfies and pictures with, the lines for the food were pretty long again no social distancing. We waited in line for an apple pie that was maybe the bad one out of the bunch just to be fair but it was completely bland and sugarless. Besides the bad pie it was overall really fun.

Boa Vista in Apple Hill is where I stop. The pies are to die for!! They have a BlackBerry apple cream cheese pie that is absolutely delicious. They also have Apple, BlackBerry and Peach!! The wine is also a show stopper. I always get the BlackBerry apple wine. Yes it is delicious!! They also have a Kandi apple wine that is good. Apple cider is real!! No joke. They have small bottles or a big gallon jug of it for $11.99. I definitely recommend getting the jug, well worth it. Tons of jams, some sweet, some spicy a little bit of everything. Lots of dressing to choose from as well. They also have a variety of honey from bees that go to different types of flowers. They also have a restaurant and a winery connected so you can try other items. I do also want to mention they have Candy Apples or Caramel Apples with or without nuts. I buy atleast 8 of them while I am there. The best apples Ive ever had.
