My favorite place! Always do good there! And even if I dont, I dont mind. Their gifts are much better than any other casino too! The employees are all very helpful and pleasant. The buffet is a good use of your money as well.

Love the atmosphere here as well as friendly service in the High limit and love all the variety of slot machines. What I love the best is that they offer child care service which is awesome for parents with young children who barely get to go out alone. Definitely one of our best casinos. I dont think I like Hard Rock as much anymore because I get more perks here than there. We have hit many handpay jackpots here and probably spent most of it here too but had lots of fun

Like it here a lot. Everyone is friendly, its clean ànd womens bathroom is always clean, staff always keep it wiped down & fully stocked. Food is really good too. Fully stocked bars. Best of all is they dont try to freeze you out. Its cool but not cold.

I had a fun time, especially at the Willie Nelson slot machine. Max play at $4.20 gave me two big wins......my first at Roulette. I like Zoltar, as well. We ate at Hawkes and opted for Asian food. I always order double eggplant and take an order to go.

While the place is clean and large the staff are less than warm and engaging. Was here on a weekday, extremely tight slots. As in all places finding dining is tough...the Food Court is mediocre at best definitely a cafeteria ambiance and pricey for the quality. Keep on driving up to Stateline at Lake Tahoe, a much better experience.

Very unsatisfactory. Thought to get hubby a steak for bday, steak house closed. Thats fine, I should have checked. Food court had what looked like prime rib at the American food section. Got hubby and I attempted to order dinners with sides. It took at least 6 times to order because the worker spoke no English. The meal looked and tasted disgusting. Meat so tough it wasnt consumable. Shame on you REDHAWK stay closed. Unless you can bring some quality service and services to the public.

Felt profiled, stalked, and harrassed by the cops and security in the parking garage. Sat in car after coming out from casino talking to my wife on car bluetooth before heading home. Basically surrounded my car harassing me and my friends about drugs and trying to trip up my answers to their questions to find reason. Nothing in the car at all but i declined their search. Told to leave so we did. Followed out and watched all way out to freeway. And even on freeway a bit. Ridiculous.

Staff was nice. My first trip took home 120 more then i brought. So cool.

Redhawks one of my favorite casinos! They have a bunch of options when it comes to playing slots from all kinds of denominations so you can enjoy every type of game and not worry about only have to spend because the casino doesnt have penny slots or choices between denominations. The facility was clean and the member rewards ladies were friendly and helpful. The security was relaxed yet attentive the early morning bar tender was friendly and real HOWEVER the machines were in a lull like a bunch of sleeping hibernating bears over winter. Super bummed out but will give redhawk a 2nd chance of course....good luck to those who make it there and may you win win win a nice fat jackpot or a handpay on a day that its most needed.

Best place to gamble!! If other casinos pay out rate is 20c for every 1$ spent, Red Hawk pays out at least 50c. At least it feels like it. 9 out of 10 visits i come back home with more than i left with. Great place!!

Red Hawk is awesome! I feel, its up to standards due to COVID. Proper protocols are being followed. People are friendly. The scenery is beautiful if you stand in the parking garage and look out on the mountain. Definitely one of my favorite casinos if not my most favorite. And Ive won lots of money here haha

I was surprised to see All the machines turned on & they arent Socially Distancing..I called to see if they have mobility scooters they mentioned that they do, So we get there & Come to find out there for rent for $ 20 for 24 hours of use, we planned on being there for 2 hours & it was still 20 dollars..I can see if they had a Hotel, but why would you need it for 24 hours..So this is why I gave them 2 stars...It used to be 5 stars, but really Twenty Dollars is way to costly..Other Casinos offer by the hour, So Ill go there instead to gamble...I hope they change this because its a beautiful casino..

Ate at the All American restaurant in the food court. I got the brisket sandwich, it was delicious! Maybe I got lucky on the timing because the brisket just came out! It was tender, juicy and Smokey! Great flavor! And you can gamble here too if you want!

I once posted 5 stars, but boy was I mistaken!!! I won a 10k + jackpot and I am having to fight them to get it!! Great gaming lots of machine with protective covering machines are paying pretty good the food at the Chinese restaurant is very good I would recommend eating there also it takes us 2 hours to drive to Red Hawk.

They allow people to smoke and drink anywhere around the casino. Went here during labor day weekend and it was packed. They should have a capacity limit. No social distancing and people pull their mask down once they enter the entrance at security checkpoint. People on the floor dont enforce the masks.

Redhawks is the best casino around. Its the only one that actually pays. Better than thunder valley, Jackson, or any of them really. Great casino.

My experience at Red Hawk? ...extremely glad you asked. Not because i won over $1700 on a Wheel.Of Fortune slot.altho must admit that fact greatly influences my takeaway mood. Its actually a great time to go in and play right now and there isnt a huge amount of people there but there is enough to keep the machine warm. The waitresses and staff are in full service mode and the music in the casino as well as the bathroom music is the perfect tempo to keep a person saucy and feeling the winners mojo!

This has got to be my favorite casino out of all of them that Ive had the chance to make it out to. I dont know what it is, but this place just makes me feel like Im gunna win. That may not always be the case, ACTUALLY thats only been the case one time out of several dozen trips up the hill, but yet I still cant help but feel it anyway.

Terrible! The restaurants now consist of one burger place with overpriced greasy trash and nowhere to sit and eat it. The instructions for the covid 19 rules are confusing at best. Just take the hour longer drive and go to Tahoe... its worth the drive by far.

Ive been going to Red Hawk for years, and I love everything about it except they dont give good promo plays. I am a platinum card holder and the most promo play that has ever been given to me is $30 a week. Thats very low compared to how much Ive invested and to other casinos. Hoping they would give better promo play and comps in the near future!

As soon as you walked into the place you notice how clean it is to try to do they bad as well as bees in elevator. Staff there are very very friendly and very patient. The restrooms are very clean slots play fair to the point that you can sit there and play awhile and enjoy yourself instead of going from slot to slot LOL, that was fun part and most of all the food is off the chain! Complimentary coffee and drink stations were very well kept and most of all, the coffee wasnt weak tasting and the sodas were very flavorable as if you were at a brand name restaurant or fast food. Again, I must say that the staff there at Red Hawk Casino are very friendly especially when it is real busy but then have to look at those unappreciative facial expressions some people do, not taking it personal but professional. Impressive indeed!

Always a nice environment to gamble in here at RedHawk. Can always find an attendant if one is needed without wondering around forever trying to locate someone. Also like the parking set up much nicer then other local casinos that make you walk pretty far just to get to the gaming area.

Great slots and tables you actually win here had lots of fun I’m a regular at casinos thunder valley is a joke you can’t even get one bonus on a machine there all they do is take your money with out letting you have a little fun. I went to get a gift and use my free slot play. The gift wasnt exactly what it said it was, which I know happens and then found out that I had no slot play. As far as the virus goes, every machine is open either no portions in between so you are closer than 6 feet. People are supposed to wear masks, but a lot of people take them off while sitting at machines. It did not feral safe.

They do temperature check at the entrance of the casino room. They give outface masks if needed. Most of all I love the childcare center. They are open until midnight. Only thing bad is the waiting time to sign in or out of child care. Food is ok too.

I used to like this Casino, until they swept all bets off the table (roulette) including my winning bet $80.00!Claimed I did not have a bet on the table. This was a lie, as I had been betting all three rows for the last hourBrand new dealer, never isolated my winning bet as policy dictates. Sweeping all bets off table is a very real possibility but in Reno and Vegas they immediately correct bet and pay you, when pointed out. The buffet is exceptional.
