A nice, peaceful hilly place, but the view is partially obstructed by trees.

Its a view to behold in the evening. Semi quite and just...nice.

One of the five best scenic overlooks of Pittsburgh, and the best of Oakland. Getting there is tricky, the Google maps does a good job of guiding. Picnic tables are nearby as is a playground.

Beautiful park. This is only a small part of it, as the park stretches for what seems like miles. There is a disk golf course at this location. Be sure to mind the geese. Great view of the city and surrounding area. There are the occasional park benches, and a kids playground at this location.

Pittsburgh is blessed to have two huge parks right inside the city, Schenley being one of them. The Schenley Park overlook is a place to watch sunsets, play Frisbee Golf, or just chill. It is such a great place, we love it.

I came to a 70th birthday party here. It was a wonderful place to have it.

Sunset view of Oakland and downtown skyline. Frisbee golf course. Sunbathing. Next to kids playground and a picnic shelter. The Oval track, soccer field, open field and tennis courts are nearby. Restrooms. Water fountain at the track. Many trails for walking, running. Please drive slowly on the road through the park. Walkers, runners, people getting out of their cars, lots of kids on the narrow road. Very popular for kids sports and club teams.

Last time I was there in 2015 can I used to run around that if thats the that Circle there whenever I get is and I like the new astro turf and I cant run around there I just like to look at it

It’s a hidden gem, perfect spot to watch sunset and relax. We go there quite often to watch sunset and have dinner sitting in our camp chairs. It’s our favorite evening picnic spot. You can have a great view of downtown too. People lie down and read books. Children will love this spot too there are swings right next to this spot. It has enough parking spot. It’s not over crowded. Everyone’s there to relax. Overall it’s a great place for friends, couples, families with kids.
