I really liked this spray park in Beechview! My child really enjoyed herself. I was impressed with all of the parking! The park is more on the smaller side compared to the Troy Hill spray park. The park was clean. Everyone were friendly. The park had 1 umbrella table and a few benches. It was not very crowded. There is not a ton of open grass area for blankets. I did like that the play ground was just a few steps away. I was kind of bummed about the porta johns and the big rainbow mist sprayer was not working. Other than that, it is a lovely spray park with lots of fun to be had!

Two great playgrounds. One is smaller and great for small kids. My kids LOVE playing on the playground and then running through the water park that is right across the sidewalk. Make sure to pack a towel bc the kids WILL GET SOAKED.

Spray park is very nice and clean. We thought it was closed when we got there at 10:05a because the water was not on. Turns out you have to tap the green button on the pole, sensor or something? Lifeguard didnt show up til 1030a.

Needs maintained better. All the spray poles or whatever you call are broken. Could be cleaned better. Troy Hill is much nicer

Nice cozy place! Perfect for young kids, with the spray park and playground. Not a lot of places to sit if you just want to watch kids play and not get wet. My kids always have a great time here. Its hard to explain, but the atmosphere is just perfect, it feels safe, playful and fun!

My son had fun but we had to leave after 20 minutes be a use the smell of male cat spray permeates the entire area

Great place to bring the kids for the afternoon. Enclosed so it makes it easier to keep an eye on them!

The kids enjoyed it however they had the button covered that starts the sprinklers..meanwhile it said it was open from 10-8....wasted a trip but at least the kids still had fun at the regular park...and there was a lot of wasp and ants

Great hidden little gem in the southhills. Next to the water park is a normal playset. Life guards on duty.

Great spray park and playground. Also a tree filled hill for kids to climb behind playground. Perfect mix of natural elements.

The spray park is a great place for younger kids. I had a 7, 6 and 5 year old with me. They all had a great time. There is a playground and a water spray park. A free lunch is available at 11 and a snack at 2. These are first come first serve.

This is always a fun place to take the kids when it is hot out. Easier than a pool, too. I can actually relax a little while they play without the fear of someone drowning. My kids are 9, 7, 4, and 1 and they all love it.The one thing I think could improve it is putting a small gate between the spray pad and the playground. The older kids are able to move freely back and forth without issue, but for the younger toddlers this poses some danger. I casually mentioned that to a woman nearby who kept having to chase her little one back to the water side. This happened to be near the lifeguard post and the guard on duty overheard. Another lifeguard showed up and while they were talking, the lifeguard who heard me say it told the new one that people were complaining about everything. She proceeded to, right in front of me, tell her about the comment I made to the other patron but stated I said it to her, which I thought was funny. Oh well! Kids will be kids, I guess.

I live extremely close to this park, always beaming with happy children, can hear laughter from afar. Many times overcrowded, and parents should keep a closer eye on their children in the parking lot, but otherwise a great place to take your kids in the summer :)

No water was available AND the concrete was quite hot and burning our feet. We feel that a spray park with no water is just lacking. It looked like fun though.

Just having a place like this that is easily accessible, not to mention free, is fantastic during the summer. Play in the spray park, dry off playing in the playground, and youve got happy, hopefully worn out kids.

It was a nice small park for my daughter to cool down at. They had a lot of seating for adults but lacked shade. And not all the spray equipment was working.

We live a short drive from this park and my kids love it. We have a 1 and a half year old and a 3 and a half year old. They both have so much fun.We have found its a bit less crowded on Sundays than Saturdays, and the weekday crowd is always light. Saturdays it is right by a softball field so the park is sometimes overtaken by the 10-12 year old girl crowd. It seems super fun for kids that age also, but they play a little rougher than what my small kiddos can keep up with, so Sunday afternoons are a bit more our speed.Highly recommend!

The spray park is great for kids!! My son( 4 years old) was having a great time until a girl about 13-14 years old was standing in his face very close to him with a bottle filled with water and throwong it straight on his face..no parent around for the girl and the other kids with her who were younger..I ran over to get my son because he was crying hysterically..told the girl she was wrong, still no other parent around and the spray park attendant did not even know anything was going on because her face was glued to her phone the whole time as she sat under an umbrella eating and staring at her phone..and she was about 4 feet away from them. Parents need to pay attention to their kids, and the people who get paid to be there and make sure things are going ok need yo pay more attention.
